Jamal was my technician, he was thorough fast and cleaned up after himself. I was handling the process remotely while out of town so to know that I had a trusted tech that sent pictures before and after and had a clear detailed invoice of the water heater work and faucet repair was invaluable.

So, I must admit that I was taken a bit by an undisclosed, unadvertised box truck sitting in my driveway when I arrived home today for a plumbing issue. From around the corner came Hollywood. He was ever so kind and straight to the point. He diagnosed my plumbing issues off the bat. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I know my review is preaching to the choir but I highly do recommend Charlotte Plumbing. Pricing is reasonable and the time and dedication taken for the work is great. Had gutter down spouts that were totally clogged beyond any imagination. They ran into under ground drains. William quoted the job and assured me all would work well. They went above and beyond and we discovered many broken lines etc. What could be fixed was fixed. I was very pleased with the communication, work , ethics of the company. Would recommend and use again.

We live in the South Charlotte area and realized we had to contact a plumber for a water heater replacement. We called Brett with All Hours Plumbing to get a quote. Brett and Eric came out and were both extremely professional and friendly. We purchased a new tankless water heater and the installation went great. Tony Williams showed up on time and was responsive and able to diagnose our issue to save us from a costly repair. He communicated everything he was doing and was able to clear the blockage.

One of the times I personally was not home, but another time I was walked through each step of the service performed which made me confident in the quality of work.
