Check this place out with the Better Business Bureau before you hire them. You will see plenty of complaints. Look at Yelp too. They sent a guy who did not know how to fix my problem, then said he could send someone else for a crazy charge that was 30 times what it should have been. Then they sent a bill for a call charge. When I called to complain no one ever called me back and then they sent me to a collection agency. Do yourself a favor and learn from my mistake. Very shady business.

Mike was great! He left the bathroom just like it was before he started working. He was polite, very professional and down to earth.

I requested an estimate. I was impressed with Shane. He was professional and informative. I will compare estimates and given similar pricing I would definitely prefer Shane to do the work.

I requested a revised estimate, twice, and was told no problem, I also requested a call back. Nothing was forthcoming. Appears they are only interested in first impressions versus providing follow-through.

Brett and his team are great. Very knowledgeable and very responsive, they work quickly and efficiently. Brett always finds the time to explain what they're doing and how things work. All Hours installed a tankless water heater at our house, which required some additional piping, and we're very happy with the quality of work.

The technician Jeff was at my house in less than 30 min from when I placed the service call. He was very nice and professional, would highly recommend and would defiantly use them again.

I called, All About the Pipes a couple of days ago, and spoke with Mary about a possible leak in my bathroom behind the wall of my shower. Mary, diagnosed the issue over the phone and said not to worry, that it was the hot water pipe contracting and not a leak.

John and Brandon were both super friendly while efficiently doing what had to be done. They came to fix what I thought was a clog in a drain to a sink. Turned out to be a clog in a more major line which required substantial more time to clear. They happily stayed until they made sure everything was working correctly. Arrived when expected, cost reasonable and very competitive. Will gladly recommend them!!

I wish every home maintenance experience could be this easy! Eddie and Lee were friendly and professional. They arrived on time and performed the work quickly and cleanly. They were very respectful of my home, which I appreciate. They worked separately, installing one toilet each, and it seemed like they got it done in no time at all. They even removed the packing materials from the new toilets, which I had purchased on my own. I chatted with Eddie about replacing my water heater and he gave me advice and a quote. I'll definitely be calling McCoy Plumbing whenever I need plumbing work done.
