I had ceiling leaks in a first floor powder room, and in the garage. I found Queen City Plumbing online under Best Plumbers in Charlotte. I got an appointment right away. My plumber TORE, was prompt and professional. TORE was methodical and persistent in his diagnosis of the problem. He knew exactly what to do. I feel secure knowing that I can call on Queen City Plumbing . I had a leak in the shower and a clogged drain in the powder room. I called Queen City Plumbing and they gave me an appointment right away. My plumber was named JUSTIN CHARLES and he notified me when he was on the way. He was prompt, courteous, and very professional. He explained the problem and everything he was going to do. I was very satisfied with the job he did.

The repair technician was on time. Called ahead. The repair was done in reasonable time. Price was fair. Tech was very professional. And would request him if we needed a plumber again. He did a great job.

When I ran water in my sink in the Master Bathroom, the tub would fill with water. I really had no idea who to call, but I knew a plumber was needed. I looked on Google pages and Charlotte Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called on Monday morning and spoke to someone about the problem. I was quoted a price and provided with a time window. Guitar and Mo came to do the job. Both were professional and polite. They made the process so smooth. I paid the price quoted and they did such a great job cleaning up. Just an overall great experience. Would definitely call again and would recommend to anyone needing professional plumbing service.

Great company to work with. William answered my call on Super Bowl Sunday and arrived at our home to review the situation since the hot water heater was leaking. Because of our situation, they moved the installation to Monday the next day which was Valentines Day. Dustin, the installer, worked all day to complete the installation. He stated he would not leave until we had water especially hot water. He finished around 7:30 pm. What a dedicated employee. Thank you Dustin and Mr. Rooter Plumbing for completing the job with such care and efficiency .

Joshua was on time. Sent a picture and arrived on time. Very nice young man. He checked on a few things. And advised I do the upstairs bath soon due to age. Suggested the same for hot water heater. No high pressure. I will use him again.

Posted my repair on Home Advisor. Call came in very quickly. Technician was at my house within an hour to provide me a quote. Staff on the phone and on site were extremely friendly. Only downside was the price. It was almost twice the price of the independent person I called myself.

We had an absolutely excellent experience with Roto Rooter. One month after we bought our house and had moved with our children all the way from Switzerland to the USA, we had a blocked main line and could not use toilets, shower, washing machine, dishwasher etc. Of course when something like this happens it is a weekend. 1 hour after we called Roto Rooter on Sunday morning the first employee was at our door step. He professionally checked the situation and initiated further steps which needed to be taken. To make a long and very complicated story short - we had the best men working their souls out for us!! Waide and Puia were batteling our situation from 1pm till 11 pm in the dark of the night with flashlights!!! They dug two huge holes by hand, removed a big bush of which its roots had grown through our pipe, they stood all day digging in the wastewater that had flown into the earth for 1-2 years, and was now flowing back. Not to mention the odors they were breathing the whole day!! It was disgusting and awful!!They did not stop until they had finished the work at the highest professional level at 11 o'clock in the evening. They replaced the pipe under very complicated circumstances and corrected the sloppiest work that had been done before. After filling up the holes in the earth by hand again they even swept our pathway leading up to the house.I cannot describe how grateful I am for the support and work of Waide and Puia. Not only have they done their work professionally, but they helped us extremely through this difficult situation by explaining every step they took, and their positivity and friendliness throughout the whole day and procedure was amazingly strengthening and encouraging.The commitment and dedication of these two men is priceless!! I called, All About the Pipes a couple of days ago, and spoke with Mary about a possible leak in my bathroom behind the wall of my shower. Mary, diagnosed the issue over the phone and said not to worry, that it was the hot water pipe contracting and not a leak.
I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. I have not used this company in the past but will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs!

DiJan Mitev and trainee looked at my shower drain issue and cleaned the pipe underneath. Water flowing easily now. The other sink drain issue was just the sink drain cover . He recommended faucet flow to be
adjusted by replacing faucet if warranty covers replacement. Otherwise, it’s working for now. Thank you

Wow! I have no words other than how appreciative my family and I are to Bliss Plumbing. My husband and I purchased our dream Mid Century Home, and we were extremely excited for the journey in Charlotte. With long travel and days, I love a nice soak in our downstairs tub. Well to our surprise, we found out the tub would not drain & caused overflow leakage into the guest bedroom closet. Talk about a disaster! Bliss was asked to come out & within the first few hours, the owner was able to provide me a solution. He was thorough with the process & that it would take two total trips. Great news is that I could use my tub same day with great improvement. What we uncovered is that during the construction of our home, the bathtub was full of debris. Not only was he able to clear the line but replace the drain, we are happy campers! Recommending Bliss Plumbing to our local family and colleagues; as well as continuing to patron their business in the future!

The only reason why I gave 4/5 stars was because he arrived an hour and a half early to the appointment and caught us unprepared! Otherwise a great experience, very friendly and upfront. He explained everything he did and made sure we knew what we were paying for. He also provided us with options in the quote. I would definitely recommend them as your go-to plumber!
