Best Drain Leak in Charlotte NC

I contacted Queen City Plumbing to have the exterior Rinnai Tankless Water Heater flushed. Paul Glover performed a thorough flushing of the unit, including running the pump for 45 minutes so the descaling solution could remove the buildup. He went above and beyond by also doing the following:1) Cleaning the inside of the exterior tankless unit2) Moving the system module from the crawlspace to the interior of the house. It is my understanding with this being away from the crawlspace draft and moisture that it will be beneficial in the life span of the module.3) He notice the installation of the by-pass had been done incorrectly and was impacting the flow of hot water. It had been taking several minutes for the hot water to be felt, thus wasting a lot of water. With his correcting the by-pass, the hot water is now flowing quickly throughout the house.I appreciate Paul's knowledge, work ethic and explanation to me of what he was doing.Thank you Paul! I give you 10+ stars!!!

Receptionist was so nice and helpful; the technician had super prompt response time and fixed the situation incredibly fast on the Friday before a holiday at 5pm. Hands down, our new favorite plumber service.

Brian from WyattWorks did a fantastic job replacing my water main. They kept my sprinkler system intact and preserved my driveway and bushes. Very happy with the job.

I recently had a leaking hot water tank early in the morning. I gave Mr . Rooter a call and within 30 minutes they were here. Matt came in and fixed the problem in no time at all. He is a very knowledgeable plumber and knows his stuff!! I have used Mr. Rooter on several occasions. From frozen pipes to a leaking dishwasher they have always been there to help me. Day or night, weekday or weekend I can count on them to give me great service! I highly recommend them and wouldn't use anyone else!!

My husband called AAA City Plumbing to fix a leaky outdoor faucet. Shane came out to check the problem and was wonderful! He took the time to explain to me what was going on and what he was doing to identify the leak. He quickly discovered that the frost proof pipe had frozen and burst. He was quick and efficient with repairing the faucet. I would definitely recommend AAA City Plumbing!

I had a clogged toilet that caused a leak in my ceiling. What I thought was a major clogg was a simple replacement of the flapper. TJ made sure everything was good.

The technician Eric and the owner were fantastic to deal with. When no other local plumbers would give me the time of day, All Hours Plumbing were literally at our house in an hour after my call. They diagnosed the problem with our fairly new water heater and were able to coordinate the warranty replacement with the manufacturer and a local parts supplier. The work itself was done in under an hour and the install was clean and efficient. Really good guys, definitely folks you want to trust with your plumbing work. Thank you guys!

Our driveway storm drain was backing up and flooding our garage. Roto-Rooter was able to clear the pipe. However, this was the third time we scheduled the service. The first day we waited and were called 30 minutes before the window of time was up and told that no one could come. Rescheduled for the next day. Never got a call, window of time passed, and we called only to be told a commercial property had taken priority over us. Rescheduled again 2 days later and we flooded again before then. So, the job was done, but we had considerable damage in the meantime while waiting for service. Also, 30 minutes of service was extremely expensive.

A+ rating. Called yesterday after a pipe burst. Came out and fixed with in an hour. Mike was awesome, top notch customer service. Will use in the future, highly recommend! Thank you!

This is my second time using Charlotte Plumbing Masters, and John was the plumber both times. On a previous occasion he installed tank parts for two toilets. He was very fast and did the job right. This time he fixed a leaky faucet. John gave some advice about taking care of our other plumbing fixtures and was very friendly. He arrived early and did a fantastic job. I will call back for any repairs or renovations we need in the future.

Can't even put into words how awesome John is! He was friendly and focused on getting the job done in a decent amount of time. We were caught in a pinch due to our hot water heater leaking. We needed to replace it ASAP with a young infant at home. We called around and everyone continued to say not available until Wednesday or Thursday. This company and technician came the same day ( on a Saturday)and replaced our hot water heater. will definitely be using them for our future needs.

My basement was flooding and one of Roto-Rooter’s employees showed up within an hour of reaching out. He unclogged the drainage system, showed me pictures, and let me know what to do to prevent it again.
