Best Drain Installation in Charlotte NC

Our hot water stopped working, so we needed a plumber to come out at the last minute. I found Julian's Plumbing based on their Yelp reviews and I definitely understand why they have a 5 star rating.

They were able to come out the day after I called. He got my hot water back up without having to replace the water heater which was nice. It didn't take him very long to get it fixed. It was clear that he was very knowledgeable.

They communicate via text which makes it way easier for those of us that hate email and aren't always able to talk on the phone during the day.

They were very flexible and waived the credit card free for me too. They will also give you $50 off if you check in on Yelp.

They were incredibly patient and helpful. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Update as of 01/07/14As you can tell from my post below, a couple of months ago I had a great experience with Justin and QCP. However I have an update.I called last month to get a quote for Justin to do some more work, I left a message with his scheduler and he called me a couple of days later, we spoke and he said just let me know when you are ready.I called to schedule this service on New Year's Eve at about 2:30pm. The lady asked if I wanted him to come out that day, I said no it wasn't an emergency. She scheduled me for Thursday (day after New Year's) for 10:30am. Thursday at 1:00pm Justin had not arrived so I called and the lady said she would get a message to him straight away. I did not hear anything Thurs or Friday. Late Friday I sent a message on his Contact page of his website and still have heard nothing (although someone at his company has time to wish folks a Happy New Year and offer new year discounts on Facebook).The reason I have tried so hard to reach Justin was his great service. What bothers me is what if I had an issue with the work that was preformed and was guaranteed? Also, that I had an appointment that was disregarded and no explanation given.I do not enjoy writing this review at all.ScottP (concord)Previous post belowToo good to be true?So after reading so many glowing reviews about Justin and QCP I had my doubts seemed almost padded..not one subpar review? It was a fair amount of work.Justin came out when he said he would, listened to me ramble on about why we did what we did and not once did he give me the ole you get what you pay for (and he could have more that once). He summarized what I asked for, understood it, gave me a fair price (for him and I). He came back out on schedule, did the work in less time and did a couple of extra items that he found along the way (and explained what needed to be done and how severe it was or was not).As a previous project manager I don't give 4 stars much less 5 unless they are WELL deserved . Brian K was awesome. He came out diagnosed, provided some options, and ultimately solved my water leak. Brian took the time to explain what happened and why it happened. Provided a 6 year warranty on the work. Also was able to get to know a little about him. Very personable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend this company.

Great experience! The whole process was smooth from booking the appointment to having the work completed. Chad was my plumber and I found him to be knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was 100% satisfied before he left.

We called on Mr.Rooter for a sewer main backup emergency on a Sunday. The entire service process went very well, they responded promptly and communicated the arrival time. Travis the service technician was knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. We are pleased and will call again (hopefully not too often).

I accidentally dropped the plastic toilet paper holder into the toilet when flushing and down it went.

The service technician Ted was very professional, friendly and the cost was reasonable.

These guys were great! I called at 10:30 and they were able to dispatch somebody to my house by 1:00. John Bird was friendly, professional, and made quick work of the problem. I'll definitely be calling them again next time I need a plumber.

Called All Hours Plumbing late on a Saturday afternoon for a leak in the hot water pipe from the water heater and Eric arrived within a half hour! Professional with uniform, truck and tools. He was very familiar with this type of leak, replaced the pipe with new pex piping, and was finished within an hour for what was a very fair price. Not only was this the only company who could send someone out immediately (out of ten or more calls), but they had experience with this CPI Dura-Pex problem and explain it on their website. We are pleased to add to their Excellent reviews—Highest recommendation to this plumber!

High-quality Installation went very well. Replaced a 12-year-old leaking gas water heater with a new Bradford White brand 50 gallon. Very happy with the results..Mary, the owner, is phenomenal, and Alex and Noah, the installers, are fantastic.

Bliss plumbing did a great job detecting our leak and explaining everything about the job. Would definitely recommend.

Tony did our natural gasLeak. He not only found the leaks but change piping, valves to code that took all his day. He left our home about 9 PM! He wouldn't stop until all the work was done, done right. Being a handyman myself, I would steal him to work for my company if I wasn't retired. He's a teacher at his company and it shows. Everything was installed better then new. I'm not sure about the other techs but this one will make a great name for the company. He was also respectful of our property and home. Good guy! John is a wonderful knowledgeable plumber with lots of skills. Even on a Sunday he came and helped us greatly.
