Fernando had already attempted to repair this water heater on Wednesday. I was referred to an electrician. When nothing worked out Fernando came back on Friday and did not leave until I had hot water. I know this task was tedious but he kept a very friendly attitude and a smile. In addition to that he replaced the defective water heater with the kind I had before. Thank you Fernando! He was a professional to the end. Thank you Queen City Plumbing for sending Fernando. Josh and Mike came out to swap out a bathroom vanity and add some connections for another sink. They were thorough in their explanation of what would be done, comprehensive in their pricing and options and did great work, right then. The clean up afterwards was professional. Damion was beyond helpful on the phone, and made a few suggestions we should try at home. They were able to quote pricing over the phone, when other companies refused to discuss costs. Once the crew was at our home, they were efficient and found that we had a root clogging our mainline. They were able to get our plumbing working again but scheduled a time that was convenient for us so they could come back and dig up the front yard and replace our pipes. Their pricing was better than any other company and they were fast. I often say, you get what you pay for, but with Charlotte Plumbing you receive excellent work at affordable prices. I can't compliment this company enough and will use them in the future for any plumbing needs.
