I had a major clog in my washing machine drain pipe. Called Charlotte Plumbing and they came out in a couple of hours and identified the problem. Their pricing and service was great. Guitar and Josh did a great job.

Once the work is completed they check to make sure things are back in working order.In my case a clogged kitchen drain. My retired plumber recommend this company to me. Had All Hours Plumbing out today to install a toilet, 2 hose bibs, and a new pressure reducing valve under the house. Johnny was great, on time, and pleasant to work with. I was texted, emailed and called every step of the way. Their prices were realistic and I was serviced next day. Highly recommend. They will be my plumber going forward.

We had a wonderful experience working with Tim, Diyon and the crew at Charlotte Plumbing Masters. We had an entire pipe and plumbing renovation done, so it was quite a big job. They were extremely responsive and worked overtime on our more difficult than expected project. We even had a manufacturer malfunction with our sewer pump and they came out and fixed it at no additional charge. We would definitely recommend!

John and Brandon were both super friendly while efficiently doing what had to be done. They came to fix what I thought was a clog in a drain to a sink. Turned out to be a clog in a more major line which required substantial more time to clear. They happily stayed until they made sure everything was working correctly. Arrived when expected, cost reasonable and very competitive. Will gladly recommend them!!

Adonis cleared our underground corrugated pipes. He was professional. The cost for the service is based on time yet he worked hard and quickly while also being thorough. I also felt like he worked around our house and property with care which can be difficult to come by these days. Satisfied customer.

We were moving into our home and noticed a leak - last thing you want to see as you are moving into a new house. We reached out to our insurance who put us in contact with Massey and Massey called us and the literally from the first point of contact to Massey contacting us was maybe 20 minutes! Amazing customer service! Jason came out to our home earlier than anticipated because he knew this was a priority for us to have fixed. He assessed the problem and knew exactly what to do. He stopped the leak and also provided references for us to redo the walls/flooring from the damage the leak had created. Definitely will reach out to Massey again for all our plumbing needs.

On Christmas Eve I came home to a busted water pipe. I called many companies and could not get anyone out till several days later since so many people had frozen or busted pipes and on the day after Christmas I called Pathmaker and John called me back within a couple hours and was at my home to repair the leak! He was friendly, fun to talk to and did excellent work. I will recommend this company to everyone! He had to disconnect my water heater to get to the busted pipe and put everything back perfectly, he found a hole in my wall and even put spray insulation in it for me. I am extremely happy and will be a customer for life. Words cannot express how grateful I am for his service today!!!
