I've used Julian's Plumbing on several occasions and they've always been spot on! I've dealt with Jason and he's not only courteous and professional, but he's super knowledgeable and willing to explain the problems and solutions in full. These guys are A+ and I highly recommend them!!!

Justin and his team are absolutely fantastic. The customer service is the best, they are honest with their assessments of what's going on and do not try to get over on their customers. I really believe they value our business because they not only do fantastic work but are people-oriented folks. The communication between them, the restoration folks, and our insurance company was great as well. I can't say enough about Queen City Plumbing.....we're customers for life.

Had to replace a tankless hot water heater, expensive to do but Kim from BFP was incredibly helpful & professional. Got it installed the next day, and I can now confidently use the hot water in our house without concern. Highly recommend

Jeremy was super knowledgeable and friendly and gave me a very honest evaluation of the issues we were having with water hammer and high pitch squeaking from our toilet. It turned out to be an easy repair, but he took the time to make sure there were not any serious issues with the water pressure to our house. I would use this company again in the future.

Ryan came and set the toilet perfectly. We just had our floors redone and the new floor was lower than the old so he had to very carefully cut out the old flange and replace it, if not very careful the concrete would have to be torn up and replaced to get it out. It took quite awhile as it’s not easy but he did a beautiful job along with changing out 3 shut off valves. Very professional and super neat.
The following week Darrell came out to install our pedestal sink with faucets. Again very professional and extremely neat. He measured everything so it was precise and it looks great. Thank you Mr. Rooter for doing such an excellent job!

WOW! Option One Plumbing and “Tim” we’re both a 10 out of 10!! We are in a high rise in Uptown and decided to rip out tub to install tile and glass door shower to upgrade. Once the tub was ripped out, I called two different plumbing companies to be told “installing a shower was not a possibility”. Finally we called Option One, and Tim showed up on time, dealt with loading dock, came right up the service elevator, and got to work!!! It was not basic, but he exceeded with expertise!!! I would recommend and use this company for ANY job, large or small!!!

This is probably one of the worst plumbing companies around. The manager David Bruton is a real piece of work with threats and their prices are astronomically high the technicians left the old water in my home and there was leakage Their employees are strictly commission and they are told to sell the customer something whether they need it or not. I would never call this plumbing company for any problem I ever had. It was a very poor experience. I would not recommend them.

TJ from Rapid-Rooter Plumbing came to the house to replace a toilet. He was skilled and knowledgeable. The issue that occurred he was able to take care with ease. I appreciate the hard work and professional quality that he does.

These guys are great. Replaced an old 50 gallon water heater quickly and professionally. Several months after installation, there was a minor manufacturer issue that was quickly addressed and fixed. Brett was great at communicating updates and scheduling services. Give these guys a call.

Jeff H tech #1080 was very helpful fixing my water heater issue and gave me some tips for how to troubleshoot in the future. Polite, professional and respectfully socially distanced.

Sunday evening realized kitchen and bar sinks were having major draining issues. Submitted request via email. They called me first thing Monday morning and juggled their schedule to accommodate us. The tech, Dustin was great as was his colleague that also was there. Both followed Covid procedures. The owner was extremely helpful on the phone to help us too. Had a follow up visit the next morning and all went smoothly. Very dependable, prompt and quick to help us when we were having plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company. Good people.
