Best Drain Cleaning Company in Charlotte NC

These guys are awesome! We called the night before when our sinks and disposals were clogged desperate for them to come either that night or in the morning! They showed up and took are of everything and even talked to us about what we should and shouldn't put down the disposal. Couldn't be more happier with service!! Recommend them to everyone!

We’ve used them twice now for large projects (and used them again because of the great experience the first time). QC did a complete household freshwater pipe replacement prior to move-in after we purchased our home (replaced al interior PB-2110 pipe) followed by an exterior freshwater pipe replacement (replacing old PB-2110) and full sewer drain line replacement after continuous rootball/clog issues prior to repair. On-time, courteous and very responsive with communication. Big thanks to Jeff, Fernando, Jason, Todd, and their entire crew for the sewer repair and the previous team on the interior pipe replacement.

Dependable and reliable

We used a few local plumbers in Charlotte with pretty poor results. (Unable to find where a leak is coming from, not fixing something correctly, etc.) Rapid Rooter was a pleasure to work with, and they fixed our issues correctly the first time. We are so grateful!!

Our technician John was beyond phenomenal. We had a leak in the wall behind our washer and this being our first homeowner issue John was upbeat, personable, reassuring us this was not our fault, explained every step and even helped reassure us about the homeowners insurance process and made it sound a lot less scary than we were thinking it would be. He was fast efficient and got the part ordered and expedited to get us back up and running asap. My dogs loved him too. Highly recommend. Thanks again John for being so positive throughout this stressful situation it was sincerely appreciated.

I had the pleasure of meeting Nathan when he came to my home to fix a light fixture by my front door!!We finally replaced the light fixtures on the exterior of our home. Unfortunately, we had one fixture that had not worked in quite a while and the new one we installed didn't work either! It was driving me crazy!!I found Michael and Sons Services and made an appt for the same week. On the day of the appt I received a text from Micheal and Sons with a picture of my technician, Nathan, and the time window he would be here. I also got a call with an estimated time of arrival from Nathan when he was on his way.When Nathan got here he was so pleasant and professional. I called Charlotte Plumbing & Repair to install my dishwasher. They said they would be over in 30 minutes, 30 minutes later a guy showed up and installed it. He was very polite and did a superb job. He ran the dishwasher and stayed for a bit to make sure there were no leaks, even did a little custom work to get the dishwasher to fit snug. I highly recommend these guys.. great price and great service!

It seemed impossible to find a company who would not only show up, but was also capable of repairing a condo AC Unit. Until I was referred to Travis Crawford. Fast, responsive and although it wasn’t necessary, they even explained what was wrong and gave me options for my repair. Definitely have their number saved!

Chris is a great plumber and a great guy. His prices are good and his work is excellent. We call him for any plumbing needs.

MKB came out and unclogged a drain. They couldn't give a price over the phone. When they got here, he didn't even talk about price. Just started working outside on the city pump system. And then only doing 10 minutes of work. Comes in and tells me that its 285 dollars. And said it's a flat fee and he can't go any lower on the price and the best he can do is 250 for 10 minutes of work. And their explanation was that is what everyone else charges and they're the cheapest and that it costs that much because they used a machine. I was never given a quote, nothing. This is absolutely insanity. Do not use this company.
