Paul, AKA Squirrel, was amazing! He was knowledgeable, experienced, and went above and beyond to install dual faucets in my bathroom. Plus, he will work on IKEA sinks (it was hard to find a Charlotte plumber who would). I will only use QCP for any future projects! 5 stars!

Mike arrived on time, was courteous, put on his shoe booties, and went to work clearing the drain line. I felt the price for doing so was reasonable.

However, I asked Mike to look at another sink where the stopper lift was difficult. He diagnosed the obvious problem and quoted the repair from his price book. The price was truly outrageous, I thanked Mike but told him I would repair the sink myself. If I was living in New York or New Jersey the price probably would have seemed more reasonable. I would suggest the Pineville WyattWorks come to an understanding that a New York based price book is far too rich for the Charlotte market and that its use will encourage customers to rapidly gravitate away from the company.

I had a plumber named Josh that at first I have a good review. I came back to edit my review because he came to inspect a leak in my bathroom by way of my rental agency. He told me that the leak in my bathroom might have been from water leaking but wasn’t sure, so because of that, he would let the rental agency know that the problem wasn’t our fault. So I gave him a great review and left it alone. A couple days later, they sent a guy out to do a little spray painting over the water spots and that was it. Next thing I know, My rental agency is charging me hundreds of dollars for repairs. Josh told them that we didn’t have Matts down in the bathroom. And we didn’t but that’s only because they had been removed before he got there so they wouldn’t be in the way. Then he told them that there was mold from leaking water at the bottom of the tub when it’s not mold but chipped paint on the wooden strip that’s placed at the base of the tub. He completely lied to us and made it seem like we were neglectful and destructive. These guys turned out to be con artist. Nothing but liars. He smiled in my face, then told lies to the rental agent costing me hundreds of dollars. I wouldn’t mess with these dishonest people at all. They’re no good. Character and integrity is everything. They definitely don’t have it.

Nothing but great things to say from end to end of the service. The customer service person who first took my call was unbelievably nice and helpful. They gave me a 2 hour window for a technician to come out. As the end of the 2 hour window approached, someone actually called me to let me know their previous appointment was taking longer than expected. I don't think I've ever had a company pro-actively call me to let me know they would be running late. When the technician, Jeffrey, arrived, he was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. This is the second time we've had to call on them in the past few months (different issues) and both times we've received fantastic service at every step and would strongly recommend them.

I called, All About the Pipes a couple of days ago, and spoke with Mary about a possible leak in my bathroom behind the wall of my shower. Mary, diagnosed the issue over the phone and said not to worry, that it was the hot water pipe contracting and not a leak.
I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. I have not used this company in the past but will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs!

A friend of mine had IRV give him a bid for a rewire of panel and run 2-110 outlet, and add 3 new gas lines with tank less water heater. The first red flag should have been they charged him an estimate of $52.00.The second red flag was the bid $14KIt took them a long time to come give the bid, I think they reschedule 3 times. when the bid was complete he received numerous calls to see it they could get the job.

My parents are elderly and needed help with some plumbing. John helped them out the next morning and got them all fixed up. Great work, price and a great man to do the job. Will call again when needed.

MC COY plumbing is a scam I own a rental property that they claimed they fixed and the call was canceled they billed the association and now I'm dealing with them. Be Aware!
