Kim was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the process and the required repair. He took time to answer all of my questions and gave the reasons why damage occurred and how further damage could be prevented. I was very happy with his service and professionalism.

I had several problems with my old toilets. My house was built in 1960, so you can imagine the problems. The technicians that came were very professional . Replaced both toilets quickly , placed covering on floors where needed , cleaned up, explained everything, they also were here at the time scheduled. I couldn't have ask for an easier day.

This is a great, dependable company! They did a major pipe replacement in our 60 year old house last year and their prices were very reasonable compared to competitors. The guys working in our house were friendly and helpful. We also just had them out to fix a clogged sink. Waide was our plumber and he was very friendly and professional. They were also able to come out SAME DAY even though it wasn't a total emergency. Highly recommend!

UPDATE: This morning I received a call from a Roto-Rooter representative inquiring about my dissatisfaction with the price of my service on Friday. The representative agreed with me and we settled on a new price which is less than half of the original price. I very much appreciate their interest and prompt willingness to work with me to resolve the issue. I can now once again recommend Roto-Rooter.I have used RotoRooter before but this time I was not satisfied with their service. This was a scheduled service in the morning and the tech arrived 2 hours and 15 minutes after the scheduled time, although he did call and say he was going to be late. Worse, the tech had told me that the work would take 7 to 8 hours and we arrived at a fixed price based on that. As it turned out, the tech was at my house actually working for only about 2 hours and 15 minutes, so the fixed price turned out to cost about $1,400/hour! (After subtracting for parts, tax and a $200 downward adjustment he made because, in my opinion, he was embarrassed.) The tech was a skilled worker but this was outrageously priced based on, in my opinion, a miscalculation or misrepresentation of how long the work would take. Be careful before using RotoRooter.

These guys are great. They were super responsive, honest, and did a great job helping us in a timely fashion. They made a proper diagnosis and we wish we would have found them sooner. Will be our first contact from here on out.

I had a great experience with Charlotte Plumbing Maters. I was having issues with my garbage disposal. Michael the Technician, came to do and an assessment and expain in detail the issue. The price was reasonable compared to other places. Michael was on time and gave me a courtesy call before his arrival. I had a pleasant experience and would use this company again.

Was having issues with sink draining due to clogging. Had an amazing tech named Tony come out and helped fix our issue. He was very informative and let us know the situation at hand.

Donald from D. R. Jordan Plumbing did a wonderful job replacing my pressure valve (I think that's what it's called) in my garage. It was causing a very loud whistle whenever I ran water in the house. Now I can flush the toilet and wash clothes without letting my neighbors know.
