We have a very poorly installed drain system. The developer actually put angles in one section to get the pipe to connect to the clean out when they subdivided the lot. We either have a crack or the seals weren’t properly glued all those years ago. This is the second time we have had this company out to clear roots out of the line.

Because of the angles Larry had a hard time getting the auger to go through. He kept working and we were to the point where we had consider whether to dog. I told him I was praying and suddenly it went through. He exclaimed “got it”. And just about fell over. I just about hugged him I was so grateful!

We are a medical family on the Covid unit and my nerves are shot. I just can’t handle anything else right now. In the future we will have them dig this up and fix it.

I called Brett on a Thursday afternoon to get an estimate on replacing a leaking water heater. He walked me through the estimate and options and was 25% less than others. Then he said I will be there tomorrow and have it done before noon. It was done by 11:30 with very good quality. He walked me thru what he had done and how to operate. A Class service and value.

I’m posting this for my mother who is the property owner. This account took place during the week of Feb. 3, 2019. With Roto-Rooter’s help, a 12 feet long plug under her kitchen sink was discovered. This kitchen sink drain is shared with the condo next door.Five different people worked this issue! First to find it and then to eliminate the plug. Sam, Rich, Jeff, Kris, & Stan. I must say that I have used plumbers in the past and these men were the best I have seen. Parts were replaced that we did not know that needed replacement until someone in the family mentioned the two ball valves were bad prior to Roto-Rooter’s visit and no one replaced them. Roto Rooter did! (Previous plumbing repairs with different results; thus they were not called again!)Professional is way to describe these men and it was a pleasure watching them work. I am a retired Sr. Process Engineer with a Fortune 200 company with 40 years experience with air, electrical, blowers, vacuum systems, etc and can speak to the credibility of these men.Would we call again? Yes.Mom bakes great sticky buns and sweet rolls and gave these as gifts of appreciation. I can't say enough about McCoy Plumbing. They were extremely kind, patient and helpful. We had a major sewer line repair and we really couldn't have asked for someone better to do the job. I highly recommend their work.

We had an emergency plumbing issue and Roto-Rooter sent out a team that took care of clean-up, fixing the failed pipes inside the house and corrected the problem outside so we would not find ourselves in this situation again. Sena our plumber(tech #3355) was incredible!! I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of service in the Charlotte NC area. He removed close to 70 feet of cast iron pipe in a 2' crawl space and replaced it with PVC. The job took 3 days but he strategically made sure we had some working areas throughout the project.
