Best Cleaning Drain Cleaning in Charlotte NC

Well its a sunday morning of course...... having a water backing up issue , so i googled local plumbers and i found Julians Plumbing. I spoke with a great guy named Jason explained my problem he said he would come out asap or come out on monday morning whatever i wanted . i know bringing him out on a sunday would be more and he expalined this also. However after talking with my wife we agreed to fix it on a sunday...he called me back promptly and said he would be there within the Hour which he Was. He not only fixed the problem he took the time to explain what he was doing and what not for m,e to do in the future.., Jason did a Fantastic job and i would not only Use Him Again i would REFER HIM ALSO!!!!

We needed the hot and cold water shut off valves for the washing machine replaced and Dave did a great job in a short amount of time and very efficiently. We would use this company again in the future if necessary.

Jeremy with Wyattworks came out to give an estimate for an outdoor shower installation. Loved him. Very personable, clearly likes the company he works for and he did NOT talk down or was dismissive of my questions, which is something I unfortunately run into a LOT as a single woman from the North. (I call it Good-ole-boy Syndrome.) I would 100% recommend this company!

Had a plumbing issue today...Guitar was the plumber that came out..He was friendly, professional and extremely informative! He quickly found and fixed the problem. My experience was awesome and the price was very reasonable. Ask for Guitar for all your plumbing issues!

I reached out to this company after hours to schedule service, and received a text the next morning saying that my appointment was scheduled for the previous business day. When I called their service line, they stated that the appointment was in fact this morning between 9-11. I then received another call a little after 11 stating that there were no appointments available for at least a week. This company’s customer service and internal communication is extremely lacking, and we’ll never attempt to use them again.

Joshua was on time. Sent a picture and arrived on time. Very nice young man. He checked on a few things. And advised I do the upstairs bath soon due to age. Suggested the same for hot water heater. No high pressure. I will use him again.

Amazing service, out within 20 minutes when I was dealing with a toilet flood in the bathroom. Fixed within 1.5 hours. Has warranty for a year. Chris was very professional to work with and trustworthy. 5 stars.

All experiences with All Hour's Plumbing have been very good. They are responsive, timely, polite, and knowledgeable. Hands-down the worst company I have ever dealt with!! Could not fix the same problem at our house! We have paid a lot of money and the problem still exists! When we asked for them to come out and fix it correctly the owner Chris said they will no longer come to the house and work on our pipes!! Stay away from this company!! They never fixed it right the first couple of times but kept taking my parents money! We will be calling whistleblowers and using the full extent of my job at the Better Business Bureau so that nobody else will have to experience this !!!

Charlotte Plumbing Masters was responsive, informative and punctual. The technician was very professional and courteous. We will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.

Joel and his team are FANTASTIC. We had him install a laundry room sink this Summer. He was fast, knowledgeable and tidy. Last night when our laundry room flooded, he was my first call. After hours, he walked me through everything and came right out today. Explained everything in great detail and fixed the clog. He is so professional, genuinely cares to educate families on the problems and how to prevent future issues, and does incredible honest work. Bliss Plumbing is on speed dial and I will recommend them over anyone for future plumbing needs, especially preventative work.

They started out nice and responsive, but then billed me to come out to fix their own work and tried to spin it that is was a mere coincidence that the pipe just happen to spring a new leak at the connector within inches of the leak they were working on. I cannot suspend reality to buy that argument and I would never use this company again.
