My husband and I are EXTREMELY pleased with the work that Adam, Kevin & Russ have been doing for the past couple of days. We contacted BF on Monday (7/25) morning when we discovered we didn't have any water. Adam came right over that afternoon to assess our situation (needed a new well-head). On Tuesday, Adam, Kevin & Russ worked ALL day, even during a torrential storm (until it started lightning) to replace the well head. Once that was done, they discovered that the electrical line needed to be completely replaced since the well wasn't working. Finally, after 1-1/2 days with no running water, we were up and running....until about an hour later after everyone had already left! We called Adam because the bladder tank under our house began gushing and wouldn't turn off at the valve (*Adam actually had advised us that this would probably need to be replaced down the road. Little did we know that it was to be a short road). Adam advised us to turn off our well breaker/switch as he proceeded to make the trip back to our house in Waxhaw after 8pm (from Matthews where he was finishing another job), to personally assess the situation. We cannot say enough about Adam's work ethic, overall personable professionalism including the extra time and energy he has been dedicating to us, to thoroughly complete the job! Well, my hot water heater went out, and a cold shower was not on the menu. I called Mr. Rooter for an appointment, they called early and asked is it alright if our tech comes early. Yes, after two days of cold showering (are you on the way)? Matthew showed up as stated with 25-30 min. Check my unit, did diagnostics, gave solid quotes, rechecked my unit, & fixed the issue. All work was professionally , had great attitude , & left magnet to place on frig. All complete within forty-five minutes again very nice, friendly, professional, Tech Matthew Smith. Thank you! Give that man a NINE (9)!

I called Brett on a Thursday afternoon to get an estimate on replacing a leaking water heater. He walked me through the estimate and options and was 25% less than others. Then he said I will be there tomorrow and have it done before noon. It was done by 11:30 with very good quality. He walked me thru what he had done and how to operate. A Class service and value.

Today I called to place a work order for water leak in front yard. In about 45 minutes Jeff, service tech arrived. He introduced himself and gave me the estimated costs and the process to correct the leak. He kept me informed during the process. Jeff was very polite and well mannered.

I had a plumbing situation in which a pipe in my home was badly stopped up. The plumber from Charlotte Plumbing Masters was very conscientious and not only able to fix the issue in a short time. but also offered suggestions to prevent future plumbing issues. I would absolutely use them again with no hesitation.

Not on time did not call and never did show up ?

We needed a new septic pump which MKB installed very promptly and perfectly. Then our pipes went hay wire and we were unable to use anything, from the toilets to the kitchen sink. Mike spoke with me all weekend and even had someone here Friday, Saturday, and himself on Sunday. Everyone was kind and professional and made my needs a priority, taking time from their weekends to ensure our problems were fixed and fixed correctly. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

My review is based largely on the level of E.R. Plumbing's customer service.My water heater was leaking badly from the top of the tank and I was able to figure out that the expansion tank that sits between the water heater and my water supply was punctured. I could've done the repair myself using a $40 replacement tank from a big box store, but ultimately I decided I didn't want to overlook anything.A technician was able to come out that afternoon. I explained my issue and that I wanted them to install a new expansion tank (I did end up purchasing one myself) and also inspect the system in case there were other problems. I was told that there was a minimum fee of $110, even though it was probably going to take only 20 minutes. I cared more about the peace of mind though, and I was thankful they were willing to use the tank I bought — after tax and the service call fee, I'd end up paying over $200 for labor.By the end of the visit, I felt like the service didn't measure up to the price. I wrote a review about it here and the owner (Dave Parker) replied right away. I went for the afternoon but by the time I got back, I had a couple of emails and missed calls too. I emailed back and forth with Dave throughout the next day and he went way above my expectations to make things right again.I chose to remove my original review because I believe my experience was uncharacteristic of the service that the company wants to provide. They might not always hit the mark on the first try, but they're willing to hear genuine feedback and they'll go out of their way to make sure that you can rely on them again.

Matt was great about explaining what needed to be done and why. He was patient and knowledgeable.

The company sent Nate to repair an electrical problem in our garage. Nate was prompt, courteous and professional. He not only fixed the problem quickly, he also provided us with a list of special parts we could obtain to prevent this problem from happening again. This is our first experience with the company and we will definitely use them again.

I loved that he gave me an estimate over the phone. I wasn't going to hold them to the price but was at least looking for ballpark numbers. I called 8 other plumbing companies who wouldn't provide any type of pricing over the phone. The other companies would, however, give me the price it cost to buy an estimate. I didn't want to be on the hook for an $89 dollar visit fee only to find out the repairs were going to cost twice as much as the next company which is why I wanted some idea of cost before sending someone out.

Kevin with Charlotte Plumbing & Repair, Inc was able to give me an estimate over the phone, come to my house next day, and complete the repairs timely. He let me know what the price would be for two wax ring replacements - which is all I wanted to know - and made sure to let me know he would inform me of pricing for any additional repairs, if needed. After he visited, no additional repairs were needed, and the price given over the phone was almost exact. Highly recommend! Thanks, Kevin!

I called clog busters on Friday evening at 6pm. They were at my door at 9am on Saturday and finished the job by 11:30. Both men were incredibly kind and professional. My water heater was in a small, cramped crawl space that was very damp. They went above and beyond to ensure the heater above water level and dry. They also managed to do all of this for $800 less than roto rooter had quoted me the day before. When I have plumbing issues I'm calling these guys and I'd advise you to do the same.
