Chris, our tech, was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and an efficient worker. He was on time and diagnosed the problem in less than five minutes, explained what needed to be done and provided competitive pricing. The work included cutting the toilet drain pipe, removing the toilet to pull out the pipe, install new pipe and flange, and reinstall the toilet. He completed his work without any problems. The toilet now sits directly on the wood floor. Prior to the repairs, it was shimmed up at least 3/8 inches off the floor due to the flange height. We are very pleased with the repairs. We were in need of a toilet repair that was beyond our expertise. I found MKB Plumbing on Angie's List. They were the first to respond to my request for service. To my surprise they said someone could be out in the next hour or so. It was not an emergency situation, but given everything going on in the world, I was happy to have such a timely response. Harry, our technician, was courteous, on time and respectful. He not only fixed the main problem but fixed the minor issues with the toilet also. While at our house, I got him to do some other small projects that we had been procrastinating on like switching out a showerhead that was too hard to remove. I thought the pricing was fair for the amount of time and projects involved. I will definitely have MKB Plumbing on speed dial for our next plumbing needs.

I came home Friday afternoon to discover that there was no hot water coming from the shower. After researching several companies, I called ER Plumbing Services. I spoke with Melissa, Customer Service rep, who was very pleasant and understanding to my situation. She scheduled me for an appointment the next day and informed me that another rep, Michelle, will be following up in the morning. Michelle called to confirm the appointment and told me that Josh Krueger, the technician, will be arriving soon and that I would be receiving an alert to show a photo of the technician to arrive. I received an email showing this information as she had mentioned. Josh Krueger arrived on time. Josh was professional, personable, and great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and explained the possible causes to the issues with the water heater. Josh was able to diagnose the problem and eventually repair the water heater. My whole experience has been very positive with this company. If I ever need to call again, I will be requesting Josh Krueger as my technician!

I was very happy with Michael & Sons service from beginning to end. Steven, the electrician, arrived early and went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with his work. I had 3 pendant lights installed and decided to purchase a whole house surge protector. Steven had one on his truck and had it installed in no time. I would highly recommend Michael & Sons!

We had a great experience with this company. The technician name was Duane smith and he was very helpful with any questions or issue he had. They were fast in sending a technician out to see what the problem was and it is greatly appreciated.

Quite concerned about the 5 stars this company has been receiving. Not only did we receive poor customer service, but we were also faced with the company's inability to comply with its contractual obligations, unsatisfactory and partial performance by its employee (Kevin), and the company's inability to provide relief to damages caused to the property by the employee. This company does not deserve the praise that they have been receiving and this should serve as a warning to those considering using its services. Legal action will be taken in order to recover damages.

We recently had a whole house repipe completed by Slava and he did a fantastic job. He took time to explain how they would install each section of pipe, and most importantly, took great care to minimize the cuts in my existing walls. All of the other plumbers who looked at this project wanted to make much larger cuts in the walls as well as my downstairs ceilings. Slava came up with a way to route the upstairs pipes that eliminated the need for any ceiling cuts. They also had the most competitive pricing and actually charged us less than the initial quotation at the completion of the project. His wife Rocco is extremely friendly and helpful as well.

100% recommend.
