They came out to my house after hours to look at my septic tank. After looking they had things dug up and cleaned out. Did a neat and beautiful job of cleaning up the yard. I honestly would recommend them. I learned quality dosen't it pays !!!

I have had to have Roto-Rooter at my house 2 times in the last 10 days and they have responded within 1/2 hour with service both times. The repairman, Dennis Cordova #4980 has provided excellent service in a very friendly and efficient manner and has completed the jobs within 45 minutes both times. I call IRV for both electric and plumbing. Most recent experience was electrical. A switch plate had arced leaving a bedroom and bathroom in the dark. Jose Ortez was professional, on time, helpful and corrected the problem easily. He was very helpful with other electrical questions that I had. Service is very affordable.As a realtor, I also called IRV to winterize a home that is listed for sale. Again, they were very prompt and professional. They went through a check list required for winterization. Service is very affordable.

I've decided to get a second opinion on a plumbing job that was offered to me by another company earlier this week. Not only did this company offer a better price, but they also performed much of the service the same day. Your team is knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating, explaining problems clearly so that I, the customer (who doesn't know much about plumbing but knows a lot about pricing) understand the true cost, both the dollar value of my plumbing system and each Repair. I really appreciate the service I received and will use your services again.

Service tech fixed our problem.

Plumber ( Kevin) installed new sewer line from kitchen and connected to existing in front yard. During installation the soil was not compacted correctly causing is to settle and sink over a foot. This sinking and settling has caused the newly installed drain line to belly and bend in over 6 inches causing failure in the near future. This also has created a negative slope and water sitting in th brand new section of pipe. Kevin promised to come out but it has bee over 10 days without resolution.... Finally after submitting a BBB complaint Kevin came out to inspect. He agreed is like is bowed or has standing water he will fix it. After inspecting the line with a camera it showed water standing in a 10 foot span (breeding mosquitos and drain flies) and vertical cleanout bowing.
( this line is brand new and 3 weeks old and already failing....) Kevin will not stand behind his warranty or agreed uptown terms. Proceeding with legal to recoup cost and damages. Stay away from this business and it's flawed work and customer service.
