FANTASTIC work, very professional! Our kitchen sink leaked for the umpteenth time and we were tired of thinking that we'd fixed it, but had not. So we called in the professionals! Before they even came to the house, they asked us to text photos. They came within hours of our call - wow! When they arrived (masked and then I told them they could unmask once I left the room) they went RIGHT to work! They cleaned up the pipes under the sink and it all works magnificently now! The charge was for an amount that I earn in a week - happy to pay it, but dang, I'm in the wrong profession (teacher for 25 yrs)! We will absolutely call them again when we need a plumber.

Rapid Rooter plumbing are true to their name. They were prompt in addressing our concerns and rapid in fixing problem with a blockage In a pipe at our home. Our plumber, John Bird was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond. He fixed the issue promptly and provided honest advice about how to prevent future problems going forward. I would highly recommend this business.

Took off his work boots before entry etc. Daniel is very well spoken, well educated, very professional, a lifetime Charlottean.After a few minutes, he was able to assess the situation and formulate a plan to fix my problems. He then methodically carefully and efficiently resolved every problem.Daniel is our plumber for any future problems. I am sure that all agree.

I walked in the garage to find my water heater had burst and was gushing water, I immediately called CPM and they were out within the hour and I had a new water heater by the end of the night, which was unexpected, I was sure I was going to have to wait, Diyan was very professional and worked into the night (after 10pm), also while it was freezing and starting to rain. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

Guy was appropriately friendly. Got right to work and very efficiently unclogged my drain. He was in and out of my house in right at 30 minutes. Even with a $75 coupon I got off the internet my charges were over $400. I felt like it was very expensive. I have had other service calls that took longer and were way more involved and took much more expertise for much less.

We had a drain problem at the kitchen sink/dishwasher. We tried the normal homeowner remedies and it did not work. The techs arrived and diagnosed the issue---built up residue from years usage. They then gave me options to solve the problems I was having. After I made my decision, they got the job done very quickly. They were both very polite and respectful to me and my home.
