Very impressed with Benjamin Franklin, thus far. I was looking for a reputable plumber through Home Advisor on Saturday after 5pm.I got a call from BF Plumbing within 5 minutes and they have already been to my house to evaluate and quote the job before noon today, the following Monday. My technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also friendly and pleasant.

Was very satisfied with Brian's work. If the rest of your employees are like him you all have a great company. Will refer my friends to you that have plumbing problems.

Mr Rooter fixed my fireplace gas logs. Dustin texted me on his way, arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, clean (he wore booties) and most importantly did the job he came to do and asked if I needed him to look at anything else. The service was a little more expensive than I expected but I’m happy to pay more for good service I can trust.

Each time I called this unpleasant, unprofessional business the call failed. About two days ago evening hours I spoke to a technician named John. I just had questions for him to help me understand the situation. In my opinion, he didn’t want to answer my questions so he abruptly hung up the phone. A day of so I telephoned the office and finally spoke to the Chief Executive. When I finally got her today to make a complaint she was rude and accused me of badgering her employees, something that I would never do to anyone . I was do offended with Dianne. Maybe I wasn’t the right color for this company ! I hate playing the race card but that is how the both of them made me feel. TJ & John were the plumbers here at my home. They never respected me enough to tell me something. John claimed that they didn’t know whether I was the homeowner or tenant They ran my water for long periods of time and on several occasions I had to asked them when could I turn the water off. All bathrooms tubs and faucets were running at the same time full speed. Now, I do know the water has to run at some point. Due, to my urgent situation with the City of Charlotte and Ansco contractors is were the unfortunate occurrence happened. To recap, Rapid Rooter
here in Charlotte, N.C never will I call this company on my behalf ever for know reason. They are lucky that someone believes in them because I don’t . They are not the sharpest tools in the box. People be aware !!!!! I am just glad that know money came out of my pocket! My report card for this company is straight FFFF across the board !!!

We live in the South Charlotte area and realized we had to contact a plumber for a water heater replacement. We called Brett with All Hours Plumbing to get a quote. Brett and Eric came out and were both extremely professional and friendly. We purchased a new tankless water heater and the installation went great. We have been very happy with our new purchase and would strongly recommend this plumbing company.

Jeff was very professional and helpful in answering all questions that I had. He was careful not to ruin my flowers that were near the clean-out that he used. He explained the benefit of having the camera to scan for any other blockages inside or outside my house. I will highly recommend Roto-Rooter and Jeff to my friends and neighbors. Definitely this was a five star service.

They we’re very good they was very punctual they did great work but really expensive for us corona and people out of work . I would definitely recommend them to anybody I know just hope they have enough money to pay

The technician was good at his job and courteous. My only issue is with their dispatch service. I had a time a lot selected between 12 -2 pm. It got to 3:10 pm and I had to call to find out where they were. They told me a tech could be out in 45 mins but since we were closing in an hour I opted for the first available the next morning.

Eric Jones of EA Jones Plumbing recently came out to repair a leak in the wall of my bathroom. He carefully examined the issue to determine the best way to repair it. Before doing anything he explained the issue and what needed to be done. He was successful in repairing my leak issue with minimal damage to my sheetrock and concrete slab. He's very knowledgeable and professional and definitely takes pride in his work. Their prices are definitely reasonable. From start to finish it was a pleasure working with this family owned and operated business!! I recommend giving this company a call for any plumbing issues.

We were in need of a toilet repair that was beyond our expertise. I found MKB Plumbing on Angie's List. They were the first to respond to my request for service. To my surprise they said someone could be out in the next hour or so. It was not an emergency situation, but given everything going on in the world, I was happy to have such a timely response. Harry, our technician, was courteous, on time and respectful. He not only fixed the main problem but fixed the minor issues with the toilet also. While at our house, I got him to do some other small projects that we had been procrastinating on like switching out a showerhead that was too hard to remove. I thought the pricing was fair for the amount of time and projects involved. I will definitely have MKB Plumbing on speed dial for our next plumbing needs.

Had an issue with kitchen drain backing up into our bar sink. I thought the repair would involve changing pipe structure under the house and we talked about that possibility. After thorough inspection under the house, Taylor determined that if he cleaned out both drain pipes the situation should work fine and gave me a product to put down the drains periodically to keeps the pipes clear especially since this a 70’s house with cast iron pipes. Price was very reasonable so I had him fix 2 other things while he was here. Excellent work and pleasant experience. Highly recommend this company.

I use this company for all plumbing problems I have. They do a great job, their prices are reasonable and they don't try to force you to do anything you don't need to. They saved me money today by explaining the service they thought I needed and now doesn't. I can absolutely recommend them.

Duane was very professional, I highly recommend. He was honest in explaining the issue and what was required to fix. He kept to the original estimate with no additional hidden charges.

Honesty is key & they were extremely honest. Will be calling them again.
