Installed water main 2 yrs ago. Fixed an issue with it that was covered by their warranty. Excellent customer service and value for money.

Rapid Rooter was recommended to us by a neighbor when our pipes froze. TJ came out and quickly figured out the problem, how to fix it and prevent future issues. Very reasonable rates, too!

Jeff the Technician was most excellent. He had been sent to our home several weeks ago to unstop a toilet. He was great then and he was great on this service visit as well. He called to let us know he was here as we live in a locked and secure condo unit. He identified himself and worked extremely hard from the minute he arrived. He was extremely professional knowledgeable and kind. He cleaned up everything before he left our condo and gave us tips to keep this from happening again. Jeff is an excellent service person and represents Roto Rooter in the best possible way. We highly recommend Jeff and Roto Rooter.

Diyan did exceptional work! Came out initially to do backflow testing. As we talked I brought up other issues I was having. He found the problem for one and was able to do a fix for the other. Very satisfied!

We were very happy with our experience with D R Jordan plumbing. We had a major issue with water backing up in our sewer lines which was causing the water to come up through the drains and not drain properly. We were so happy when Reid called and said he could fit us into his busy schedule. Reid’s price point was better to than the pricing compared to some of the bigger companies. He fixed our issue with minimal effort. Thank you very much for the great experience. Would definitely recommend this company if plumbing is needed.

MKB does excellent work. Ned was on time and very knowledgeable. I interviewed 3 different plumbers to install a laundry sink. MKB was the right choice. I plan to use MKB moving forward.

Scheduling was easy, I was sent a picture with my technician Terry ahead of time. Terry arrived on time and was professional and certainly knowledgable about the needs of my home's network of natural gas lines. We received a quote the next day, which unfortunately was the most expensive out of 2 other quotes (well 3 others were scheduled, but 1 company no showed!). Price and quotes can be complicated so I don't hold the difference in rate against the company and it doesn't diminish the professionalism of my experience. It's worth noting that, ER was also the only company of the 3 to charge a fee for a quote. It's their business, they can charge what they wish, just noting this for review readers.

I needed pot lights repaired, outlet receptacles replaced, light switches replaced, wiring for new outlets and wiring to install a pendant light in my kitchen as part of a remodel. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the electrical services Michael and Son provided me, specifically Carlos!! Communication was excellent, including direct calls when he was set to arrive, changes in availability and attention to detail in ensuring that the wiring was safe and done to best practice standards. Definitely plan on using them again as I continue repairs and upgrades throughout my home!

I use this company for all plumbing problems I have. They do a great job, their prices are reasonable and they don't try to force you to do anything you don't need to. They saved me money today by explaining the service they thought I needed and now doesn't. I can absolutely recommend them.

I really liked this company overall. Very professional and our tech Jake with his assistant worked very hard all day long to complete the job. They had to come back the next day to complete the service call, but provided us with a working system to get us through the night. Communication was excellent every step of the way!
