Bill was professional through and through. He took a look at the issue and was able to determine it wasn't a plumbing issue and was able to get me the right people. He walked me through the process, where pipes were located, went in the attic and did a very through check to ensure no immediate issues, and let me know every step of the way what was going on. They came out for a sewage back up problem. They explained everything to me and said it was the main sewer line that was the problem and needed to be replaced. They said it would fix the problem. After having sewage back up into our shower, we felt relieved that this was going to prevent this problem. 2 weeks later and the same problems came back. They came out and said it would take another 3-4 thousand dollars to fix the problem. I instead called a better rated plumber who found the problem and fixed it within 10 minutes (a blockage by the road). No problems since! They acted more like salesmen than people who wanted to fix our problems. Will never seek their assistance again.

Called in the morning and was able to get John (and Dimitri) out the same afternoon. We were having a problem with our gas range and it turned out that a regulator that should have been installed with the gas line never had been. They installed one for us and it's been working like a dream ever since. Highly recommend!

They installed my new air conditioner and furnace. They sales person was awesome. He was able to answer my and my wife’s questions. When we decided to use them we were told to was going to be 2 weeks before they could install the new system. Which I was willing to accept that but asked if they could move it in.The very next day I got a call from the representative. He was an able to move it up. The. Next morning they were here installing the new system. The installers were also awesome. They did the install and cleaned up the mess inside and out. They explained the new. System to me and my son. There are such fine young men just like the sales representative.
