Both sides of my kitchen sink were stopped up on the Saturday morning before the weather was supposed to turn very nasty. I called Julian's Plumbing and Jason worked me in to an already full morning. The service was terrific - I not only got my drain fixed but have found a plumber for any future plumbing needs.

I looked up a 24 hr plumber after noticing my hot water heater was leaking. Someone from Benjamin Franklin of Charlotte came out that evening. I thought it might be a simple fix but the plumber took a quick look and said entire tank needed to be replaced. He quoted me a price with tax over $5,000 for a 50 gallon gas hot water heater. He said the price included a 9 or 12 year warranty and maintenance contract guarantee on the hot water heater They were prompt and courteous.I did not use their service anymore and did not agree to installation. I called to make sure everything was canceled since they were working on setting up another visit. They agreed to cancel everything and I just paid for the service visit that told me it needed to be replaced.I used Benjamin Franklin in South Carolina to install a smaller gas hot water heater a few years ago and the cost was $850 but that is not the same franchise apparently.

Nick was great. He came to disconnect a water line to an old fridge / freezer that had broken. He went above and beyond and moved the old fridge out, moved the new fridge in and connected the water line to the new fridge. Great service, would totally recommend this company.

We had a issue with our toilet that we wee having a difficult time resolving. We contacted All About the Pipes and they were exceptionally helpful, advising us on how to DIY the problem more efficiently. We also had to cancel and reschedule twice due to our work schedules and they were very accommodating and flexible. Mike and his partner did an amazing job! I called 3 other plumbers who couldn’t give me an answer, including one that stormed out because we questioned him. I called CPM and Mike figured out the problem in 10 minutes and had it fixed within 20! The price was very reasonable. I am impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. We will only use this company for our plumbing needs. We couldn’t be happier with the work!

John is not only super friendly, but super honest, and willing to work with you on anything related to plumbing. We had an issue with one of our fittings he had worked on, he came back out late and night, fixed it, and didn't charge us one penny.

Previously, John has worked on our drain lines, installed a backflow valve, and re-did the valves for our bathroom showers. All quality work done for a great price.

Hire this guy, he's amazing, I wish there were more contractors like him.

Quick and did what they said they would to replace 10 feet of sewer pipe in my yard. It took two guys about 3 hours. I was charged $7,100. I had my back up against the wall with a sewer problem and feel like the company took advantage of me.
