I called Roto Rooter at 11:04 am. I spoke with an extremely polite and friendly associate. Dennis, the technician, arrived at my house even before I did. He was also polite, friendly and professional (and answered all of my questions). He was able to identify the issue within minutes and by 12:15 the job was complete. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter and especially Dennis.

These guys are great. Had them come do a routine flush on my tankless hot water heater that they installed (no issues, works great) and they were fast, answered my questions, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Even installed some new washer connections I had purchased but not yet installed. Perfect, prompt, and great service. That's a win in my book.

I have a toilet bowl clogging issue and I called them. They performed a basic check with an auger for couple of minutes and it got cleared. Just for this effort, they charged $200+ bucks. For the next level of inspection to reset the toilet, he quoted an additional $440. But I’m lucky enough not to go that level. They are on time, professional, responsive and resolved the issue. But their prices look astronomical to me.

Great same day service by Reed to fix a gas inducer motor that Morris Jenkins wanted 40%$$$ more to fix!! Reed is my new HVAC go to guy!!!

Roto-Rooter Plumbing came out on December 31, 2020 and they gave me a time when I call and they were right in time. Aiden did a good job and very professional. I will try them again if I need plumbing repair.

I contacted ER Plumbing late last night. Candie got back to me promptly this morning to see if I wanted to be set up today. She gave me a time frame and called to let me know that someone was on the way. Lance was personable and knowledgeable. His honest, professional feedback was refreshing, as was his prompt, excellent service. He took the time to explain what my issue was prior to repairing it. I have a rental condo in Oak Island and my guests reported a leaking hot water tank at 12:00 noon on a Friday. I called Drew and he promptly came to the condo and sent me photos of a badly rusted out tank which needed replaced asap. He went back out and got the parts, quickly returned and had everything buttoned up by 4:00PM on the same day! Amazing service, saved my guests a weekend without water. Highly recommend!! ??

Excellent Customer Service! We have used Fatman Plumbing a couple of times. Professional staff from taking the call through the actual service! Same day service and very prompt arriving in their time frame. They were very knowledgeable in helping us to select the right products to replace the older models (water heater and garbage disposal).
