Best A/C System Repair in Charlotte NC

I texted Jason Julian on a Sunday morning at 6:35am. He was responsive and sensitive to my plumbing needs. I was up 2 hours prior looking for the best plumber and this company is it for me! He and his son, Chason arrived promptly just before 10:00am and were done before 10:30am! I will continue to work with Julian’s plumbing.

Fernando was our technician and I was extremely pleased with him. He gave me a couple of options and explained in detail the advantages of both. He completed the work to my satisfaction. He was friendly and patient in dealing with my questions. I recently had an experience with another plumber that was not so good. I would highly recommend Queen City Plumbing.

They were great. We needed open vents added to our pipes on the outside of our roof. They handled the request professionally and efficiently. We have no problem using them in the future if we have any issues.

I hate giving negative reviews but I scheduled online with an appointment for the next day which is the only day I could meet for over a week with a plumbing issue. I waited for the plumber to show up between 10-12 and as it got closer to time, I never got a call, text, email, or anything from them. I reached out after the 12pm window and the phone rang but never went to a voicemail. It said it hadn't even been set up. I was hoping for some kind of response because I called multiple times but never got any kind of follow up.

The company handled the job and communion very well! The problem was fixed soon after we reached out!

The company responded to my call in a timely manner. I was able to schedule the service on the same day which is what I needed. He was very professional and friendly. He knew exactly what to do and it took no time to make the repair. After searching I found Roto-Rooter very compatible and better than other searches. Thanks and yes, I would recommend to others.

Tony Williams showed up on time and was responsive and able to diagnose our issue to save us from a costly repair. He communicated everything he was doing and was able to clear the blockage.

Matthew was very nice and he was patient as I peppered him with questions. He did a good job explaining the maintenance plan. He was willing you partner with me on a warranty issue on my air scrubber that was installed by another company. Looking forward to IRV responsiveness on the matter!

John is not only super friendly, but super honest, and willing to work with you on anything related to plumbing. We had an issue with one of our fittings he had worked on, he came back out late and night, fixed it, and didn't charge us one penny.

Previously, John has worked on our drain lines, installed a backflow valve, and re-did the valves for our bathroom showers. All quality work done for a great price.

Hire this guy, he's amazing, I wish there were more contractors like him.

Who knew our AC unit drains into the same sink lines of an upstairs bathroom ? He did, solved our overflow/back flow issue....I'm a believer in the quality, workmanship and expertise of D.R. Jordan and his team !! I will call them again, and again !! Love the fact they are 24/7 and neighborhood offices .

I scheduled a backflow preventer check as required by the city. Roto Rooter was on their list of approved vendors. The technician was on time. Very polite. Followed instructions. When he presented me for a bill of over $300, I was surprised but I thought that all of the vendors recommended by the city must be similar. I found out later that some smaller companies will provide the same service for under $100. In addition, I had my own irrigation service checking the system a week later to install a new sprinkler control. He noticed that the backflow preventer was shut off. This is the first time I have had a negative experience with this company.

Reggie arrived on time and knew immediately what the problem's' were. He looked under the sink, then he went to his truck and put together the pipes he needed (gluing the ones that needed it). It was amazing to watch him work. He was fast and efficient, while being professional and courteous.

John responded to my initial request on Thumbtack almost immediately, which was really impressive. He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything when he came out for the estimate, and the work was completed the following week. He showed me the quality of the replacement parts and did a really excellent job (and cleaned everything when he was finished!). I cannot say enough good things about my experience with John and with Pathmaker Plumbing. I will only use him for any plumbing work I need going forward. Great guy; great service!!
