Great response time. Great communication regarding technician arrival time. The technician, Donald, was cordial and efficient. Cleared the blockages and insisted on cleaning up afterward, even though I told him I would handle it. We will use QC Plumbing again.

Our dishwasher was no longer draining following a kitchen renovation. It had been disconnected and then re-installed by another Charlotte based plumbing company (MJ). We had a feeling something wasn't done right. After explaining our issue to Brett on the phone, he was able to troubleshoot without making a trip out. It turns out MJ did not install properly, and had forgotten to remove a simple cap/plug on the disposal where our dishwasher connects. Brett thank you again for your time and help. You've earned our future business!

I called at 10am with three clogged drains and by 2pm a technician was at my door ready to give a quote. Albert was courteous, knowledgeable, quoted a very fair price, and was able to start working immediately after my approval of the estimate. He worked quickly and cleanly and left no mess behind. By 4pm he was packing up and I had three perfectly working drains! We will definitely be calling Roto-Rooter for any future plumbing needs thanks to Albert’s great service. Thanks!

I turned to AAP after a big name competitor told me my tankless water heater was dead and quoted me $10k in new equipment. AAP came out, determined that the water heater was repairable, ordered, expedited and installed the replacement part - a $45 replacement igniter. Dustin was friendly, professional and even went out of his way to make the repair late one afternoon to save us one more night without hot water. Will be using again.

I had the part and he trusted that it was correct and what I needed for the repair without questioning me. He gave me the total price for the job before he began and it didn’t change afterwards. His apprentice/2nd Plummer Andrew was a courteous and hard working young man. Over all a very positive experience and I would recommend them both to anyone who needs plumbing work done. I will be keeping his number for sure!
