I called Ben Franklin Plumbing on a Sunday for a rental property I manage. They got there quickly. Adam Wahl called me and texted me several times all the way through the process. It was very upfront and explained everything very well. I have called Adam back to do a bigger job for me and I am keeping him in my contacts for other jobs.

We had a leak due to the garbage disposal, they worked with my schedule to provide us with a same-day service. Courteous phone appointment setup, skillful, Friendly and efficient. Charlotte Plumbing came out that same day at no extra charge unlike many of the other companies that we contacted. Agreed price up front was honored. No surprises, but a very pleasant experience. they worked with me to expand the job once on-site to a forgotten problem. Great experience

Matthew with Mr. Rooter came to help me with an unknown leak in my laundry room. He was able to diagnose my problem (a blocked drain for a/c condensation) very quickly and talked me through the best options for fixing the blocked drain. He was professional and made sure I understood exactly what needed to be fixed and how to maintain my system to avoid future problems.

Service was great overall! Ted came out and found another leak on top of just our running toilet. Saved us for a huge incoming water bill. Friendly and went above and beyond to stop our toilet from constantly running.

Quick response on the weekend to come out and fix my leaking sink in my bathroom.

All Hours Plumbing deserves more than 5 stars. Im not a review good or bad kind of person but I have to give Brett and his guys a pat on their backs. Hot water heater went out at 10am Thurs morning, by 12:30 that afternoon Johnny was out to diagnose the problem and give me a quote to replace my 15 year old water heater. I called Thurs evening to let them know I wanted to ahead with the replacement and they had it replaced with all new tank,piping,fittings etc by 11am on Friday. Very impressive,professional,fast, and competent company and staff. THANKS AGAIN ALL HOURS PLUMBING.?????

John was wonderful. He addressed our plumbing issues, was able to give us a price before repair, and fix all issues in the span of a few hours. He also showed us how to maintain our plumbing to extend the lifetime of appliances/pipes, and the damage he was fixing.
