Best Water Line Repair in Charlotte NC

Professional, courteous, and SUPER FAST :-). Between my quote and them arriving at my door- was 25 mins flat! I had a bathroom sink that has been clogged for FAR too long and they fixed in about 5 -10 minutes - and it is finally clog free. If you need a plumber they will not disappoint.

If you need your house re-piped or a water softener installed, Queen City Plumbing is the one to call! My first impression was Imani, the dispatcher, she displayed exceptional phone etiquette and made me feel like I was their only call of the day. This was a big job that took 2 days with 2 technicians to complete.The technicians, Vinton & Jason, were professional, courteous and the quality of their work was excellent! They arrived on time, came prepared, never complained and answered all my questions. They even cleaned up the dust/debris both days before leaving.Overall, this company exceeded my expectations!! I will definitely use Queen City Plumbing again!

Kevin was responsive, straight-forward and quick. I had a leak late at night, and he came to the property pretty quick, and explained the issue in terms I could understand.The price was a bit on the higher end, but the service was good, so I am fine. Mike came by and checked my water heater and plumbing. I had no idea the water heater was from 1999. Mike gave me very reasonable estimates to replace the tank and to add on a tankless water heater. Mike was very nice, knowledgeable and honest. I would recommend this company. Thank you.

Second time I've used Charlotte Plumbing after having tried several other local companies...I won't ever call another plumber again. Timely response, straight-forward solutions, and top-quality work. Marty was highly knowledgeable and made it a priority to get me fixed up quickly and efficiently. Five stars all the way.

These guys were life savers. We had a major repair that was caused from our foundation settling. It cracked our sewage pipe, and had was leaking from the exterior, and starting to get in the basement. They were very understanding of urgency (and cost) and had it fixed that same day! They dug a 4 foot hole, jack hammered out my current connection, and had it fixed and repaired by the end of the day (around 7 pm). They sent out extra resources just to make sure it was completed on time.

They are also one of the few companies who will come out without an initial charge. I've had them come out before and they were upfront and honest about what I could do myself to save a few bucks.

Lundon was amazing. Showed up on time, quickly assessed the issue and provided great options with different price ranges to resolve the issue! I would highly recommend him and option one!

We spoke with a live person after 2pm on a Saturday. Alex Bishop #67 followed up with us shortly thereafter and continued to provide updates on arrival time. He was courteous and professional. He had to move a toilet to unclogged a major pipe 25 feet across house. He finished up at 9 pm. We would highly recommend this provider.

Called All Hours Plumbing late on a Saturday afternoon for a leak in the hot water pipe from the water heater and Eric arrived within a half hour! Professional with uniform, truck and tools. He was very familiar with this type of leak, replaced the pipe with new pex piping, and was finished within an hour for what was a very fair price. Not only was this the only company who could send someone out immediately (out of ten or more calls), but they had experience with this CPI Dura-Pex problem and explain it on their website. We are pleased to add to their Excellent reviews—Highest recommendation to this plumber!
