I had to call late on a Saturday and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing made it work. Travis came out and helped me with my sewer issues and took the time to understand my old house and plumbing situation. He recommended a go-forward path to resolve my issues. Super friendly and helpful for an emergency Saturday night call. More work is needed, but so far very satisfied.

I am so happy with the service from WyattWorks. They replaced the faucet on a jetted tub that had no access to that section of the tub. Jeremy took the time to review the option and proposed one that was cost-effective and allowed us to have easy access in the future. Friendly and thorough service. We discovered a water leak under our hardwood floors at late in the afternoon. Our restoration company’s initial assessment suggested having a plumber come out to locate the source of the leak {toilet? supply line?} to halt the flow of water. At 4:48pm.

By 5:53p we had confirmation a technician from Mr. Rooter would arrive that evening. Matthew was amazing, knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. Call them!

Horrible service! Plummer put our sink handle on the wrong way! We called and he said he would come and fix it on friday. He never came or showed up! When i called the company, they told us we had to pay 196 dollars for them to correct something they did wrong! We already paid 250 dollars for a 30 minute job. They customer service skill are very unprofessional. We complained to Lowes about they contract with them. I advise to stay away if they can not do they job correctly. The picture of the sink was on the box! And still our handle is facing the wrong side

Brett was awesome! Fit us in at short notice, was very professional and explained everything he intended to do before starting the job. I had the part and he trusted that it was correct and what I needed for the repair without questioning me. He gave me the total price for the job before he began and it didn’t change afterwards. His apprentice/2nd Plummer Andrew was a courteous and hard working young man. Over all a very positive experience and I would recommend them both to anyone who needs plumbing work done.
