Bobbie came in and repaired a dangerous situation that I had started wiring on my own in my kitchen. He insisted on maintaining high standards but still we figured out a safe and attractive way to remedy the situation. He is a whirlwind of energy and knows his craft better than anyone I’ve hired before. No nonsense, get er done approach. Highly recommend.

My service man Matt seemed to be very proficient in his abilities. He was very personable and caring of my needs. He was also quick and finished the job early.

I am giving this review a 5 star, but it does represent two different calls and if averaged together would be lower. This review represents our second technician. One of the technicians, Dusty Rhodes, was invaluable to help me figure out how to solve our electrical problem. Our first technician was very nice, but did not get the diagnosis yet we still had to pay the bill. Dusty listened, and really began some investigative work. Rather than replacing some breakers inside our house, he proved the problem was with outside lines (Duke Energy had already been here and said it was 'good' on their end). Not only did he do that, he stayed with me to call Duke Energy out again, specifically coaching me on what to relay to them. Well, Duke Energy came out three more times and fixed three different problems. All is working well now. I was so desperate for someone to listen to our problem, Dusty was the first one who did.

On 7/15/2021, Lal Zuala and Zo replaced an irreparably damaged, and possibly 100-year-old pipe, at my home. They called when they were on the way and arrived when they said they would. Despite the oppressively hot and humid day (and having to work in a crawl space that, undoubtedly smelled like sewage), they were always pleasant and professional even when I peeked outside, occasionally---but hopefully not too much--- to see how they (and the plumbing job) were progressing. For approximately 8 hours, Lal Zuala and Zo worked like a well-oiled machine: calling and responding to each other, alternating tasks (if someone needed to fetch a part off-site), and shuttling new and old pipe to and fro. They never complained about how difficult the job was, how smelly it was, how hot it was, or anything of the sort. They took one lunch break (which seemed far TOO short, to me) and devoted their entire time to the task at hand. I doubt they even took a personal call!When I learned that my job required an unexpected piece that was not included in my original estimate, Lal Zuala patiently explained the situation and my options. I was quickly able to identify the most economical and best choices for my needs due to his readily available pricing. In the end, Lal Zuala and Zo took the bad pipe from under my house and away with them (which I very much appreciated), replaced the soil around my flowerbed (which had been carefully set aside on a tarp), and completely cleaned up after themselves. When they were done, the only thing they left behind was a brand-new cleanout plug (and two incredibly happy customers).Over the past month, I have had nearly half a dozen repairmen to visit my home for various reasons. While all were good, those from Michael’s and Sons (both plumbing AND electric) were among the best. However, Lal Zuala and Zo, were exceptional. If I had to do all over again, I would definitely go with Michael’s Plumbing for the job AND would specifically request Lal Zuala and Zo, by name.

KG KG did an excellent job replacing our disposal. He was on time, worked quickly, and was very friendly. I would recommend him to anyone.

One thing I have learned after years of DIY projects is that I don’t touch anything electrical. I built out a pretty sizable addition on our home, but I had Bates come and do the electrical work because too complicated and dangerous to do on my own. Bates always has a good price, too.

Definitely my new electrician. David is the gentleman who answered my call. Respecting and helpful. Came out the very next morning bright and early. Fixed my electrical issue and had us up and running in less then an hr. Explaining the process along the way. Awesome experience. Will recommend and use again for all my electrical needs. Annual heating system inspection - I was very pleased with Robert’s experience and how capable he was. He hooked up my humidifier which I thought was already operational. Robert is a credit to Progressive Services!!
