Best Tankless Water Heater Repair in Albuquerque NM

I have used Comfort Solutions a number of times since 2013. They installed a mini-split heating and cooling system at my business. They have been back to perform regular maintenance and repair of regular wear items on the system. Most recently I had them out to fix problems, on both the mini-split system as well as (2) traditional HVAC systems, caused by another mechanical contractor who was brought out by a roofing contractor. The tech who has come out most frequently, Eugene, is professional, knowledgeable, and honest. My experiences with the company and owner have left me with the same impression. This company is trustworthy and they will get the job done right. I hold their work in the highest regard and would not hesitate to recommend Comfort Solutions of New Mexico to any of my family, friends, and colleagues.

Very disappointed in the service I will NEVER call this company for anything. I will stick with TLC or try another local. I thought I would give a local my business, I just wanted to get a maintenance check on my heater, to be up to date; Nothing was wrong with my heater.
They were an hour late and never called to inform me, I CALLED TO MENTION I WAS WAITING & I HAD AN APPT! They took time out of my morning and work schedule. Yes, I set up another appt and thought my bill was to be $79.00, for the maintenance check. I was charged $145.00. I guess it was my misunderstanding that is what I got from the supervisor when i called again! They should of apologized & gave a discount or something. I am not a frugal person, I do not minded paying for a great service. but this company has NO customer service training for customer satisfaction. Very Disappointed !!!!!!!

I made the mistake of using a well known competitor when I first bought my house but AFTER they stripped a bolt causing me to have to replace a water heater that wasnt broken , I just wanted to know how to relight the pilot if it went out, I searched for another plumber

MARK & crew are honest trustworthy gentlemen. Now I ONLY use Central plumbing. I've had them out for air conditioning, heating and water leaks in the last 2 yrs and not once have I been disappointed in their services. I called Albuquerque plumbing to fix a clogged toilet Michael the technician pulled up some roots when he showed me I asked does that mean I have a cracked pipe he said yes. He got the toilet unclogged and he said it was OK now I asked him how much time he thought I had before it happened again because I had a project going on in the master bedroom bathroom., the toilet was the guest toilet he fixed he also replaced a flapper inside the tank. Anyway he told me it should be OK for awhile for now. I told him I would be calling them back soon to have it repaired. Well the next day I called Albuquerque plumbing back to let them know that the toilet Michael fixed was clogged again if they could come out and fix the clog the technician I spoke to, not Michael, that it would cost 125.00 dollars to come out I asked wasn't the work Michael did guaranteed he said no since they pulled up some roots, I told him I was not told the the job was not guaranteed. He said it's on the invoice, I told him I never saw or got an invoice that Michael was going to email it. I told the tech I was speaking with that I didn't even get a chance to see the email yet and I felt that this was unacceptable because I felt Michael should have told me verbally that the job he did was not guaranteed I knew none of this and they should at least fix it. It was the weekend he insisted that he had to charge again. I was going to call you people back to have the repairs done but now they have lost a big repair job because of their unprofessional job they could have given me the weekend but I will NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND ALBUQUERQUE PLUMBING TO ANYONE because first of all I felt that Michael should have told me verbally when the job was done that it was not guaranteedand why, and second Michael knew I was going to call to set up a time to get the problem repaired by them you think they would have had the courtesy to fix the clog since it was the weekend. Well I just flushed 140.00 dollars for nothing I would have understood ifI would have been told about the guarantee at the time of the job. And here I thought I finally found a plumbing company THAT I CAN TRUST, YEAH RIGHT LOL!!!!!!!!!!

Dom had initially come by responding to a stopped drain. He handled that quickly. While he was there I asked him to look at what I had guessed was a failing water heater. Before he left he had given me a ballpark estimate, which he later converted into a written bid. He wasn't the cheapest but he was prompt and professional. I had so much confidence in the quality of his work.

Stephan was very friendly, responsive and knowledgeable about identifying and repairing the elusive leak in my home. He was very professional and respectful of leaving things as clean as he found them including not dragging any mud into my home. He performed his duties above my expectations. We had Signature come out to make some repairs on our 7-unit split system. Two managers initially came out to assess the problems, and they were great; they listened and then outlined their plan for us. The workmen showed up on the day(s) scheduled, and they were skilled, courteous, and eager to work around our schedule. Adam and Joel were not only a pleasure to deal with but also were tolerant of our two dogs; they listened to our concerns and addressed them, making the necessary repairs while always maintaining a professional and friendly attitude. They were careful to clean the premises, to explain what they were doing, and it was obvious that they took pride in their work. Emergency call or routine maintenance - Hire THIS plumber! I’ve used many different self-employed plumbers or larger plumbing companies over the past 30 years in the Albuquerque area. So far this company is my very best experience! Despite being awakened at 5:30AM, Shaq Whitehorse diagnosed my problem (even identifying the faucet brand) immediately over the phone. He came out within a couple hours of the call and fixed the problem quickly. Reasonable pricing. I couldn’t be more satisfied. He earned every bit of the 50% tip I gave him. A true treasure!
