Home Run Plumbing is the best. Bodie replied quickly to my water heater problem and stayed in touch throughout. Very pleasant, efficient and the newly installed appliance looks beautiful. He saved me $$ by letting me know writing a check vs credit card. Also, all info about the rebate. Set up an appt with the inspector. HomeRun is excellent in all aspects of service from communication to cleanup after service. I had a 50 gal. Bradford White water heater installed June 1. My expectations were met and exceeded. I ask a lot of questions and Bodie had the answers to all of them. He also fixed a broken water supply line connection in addition to the water heater install. Plus explained how my recirculating device works in detail so it made sense to me as the prior plumber did not. I am completely happy, pleased, and relieved to have a new water heater in place. I was tempting fate with my 16 year old water heater. Rather than risk an emergency call for a leak I proactively scheduled the new purchase and install.

I made him aware of an unanticipated glitch in the recirculating pump, and he promptly addressed it to my satisfaction. The Albuquerque city inspector was impressed with his work. I've used Bodie a few times before. This time a bigger job replacing my water heater. I like to support small business owners as this is a one man show for the most part. But his truck, appearance, business ethics, are impressive. Ended up with a higher grade unit for less money and he offers 1 year warranty himself followed by 6 year oem. He did the warranty registration for me which was great. After using him three times I highly recommend his plumbing services. He told me he has been doing this work for 20 years and it shows. He is very knowledgeable and confident.

Very grateful we called Bodie for help with our kitchen faucet. The water pressure was extremely low, and we needed to replace the faucet as well as determine what the problem was. My water heater was just about to die and I was expecting company for the weekend so I called a couple businesses that were suggested on the Nextdoor App. Home Run was the first to reply, came out the very same day AND installed a new water heater within a couple hours. As a single woman, I appreciated the honesty and explanation of what was going on every step of the way. I've had the pleasure of working with Homerun for the last couple years - a replacement water heater in my previous house and a new one and gas line installation in a new one. Each time, the job has been done promptly and extremely well. In fact, in both cases I received compliments from inspectors and other companies who came by to do other work on how nicely the work was completed. While I hope to avoid any more major plumbing issues in the future, there's no doubt at all that Homerun will always be who I call first, and I can't recommend them highly enough!!

I recently purchased a new home in ABQ. On the day I moved in, I found myself with a plumbing problem. HomeRun Plumbing Heating and Cooling had been out to the property the day before to provide me with a free estimate on moving my refrigerator water line, as well as make a repair to my water box in the garage. On moving day, the water box leak had become a bigger problem and I was concerned I might have some major water damage if left until Monday. I called Bodie to let him know and he was at my home within an hour to check things out. He assessed the issue and made the repairs - same day! (This was a Saturday, nonetheless!) He charged me the quoted amount from the day before and got things back in working order. When he arrived on Monday for the water line relocation, I had discovered my evaporative cooler was leaking onto my kitchen ceiling.
After the water line project was complete, he found the issue and made the proper repairs at the same time.
I am MORE than happy with the service I was provided, the quick turn around and the work that Bodie did. He was upfront with his pricing and explained the work to be done in detail. Homerun Plumbing knows what it's doing!! Our service man was an honest straight shooter. Diagnosed the problem, repaired the issue, cleaned up some important parts, ran a carbon monoxide test, and even found and fastened our duct work that popped off our water heater last summer when we had roof work done. Previously, we'd had Wagner, TLC, and XYZ company over for misc. issues (repair a hose spigot, clear a clogged kitchen drain, and diagnose a laundry washing problem).
