Shows up as promised, communicated if running late due to another job. Connected my AC a couple of months ago and came back to adjust the float. Just replaced our Master Cool pads.

Discovered water leak under concrete slab and Whitehorse Plumbing started project within 4-days. They did a lot of work in the evenings to fit my project in and had all new plumbing installed within a week. There were some delays with finish out, wall repairs and clean up, which stretched completion another week but happy to get all my galvanized water lines replaced with copper. Pricing was excellent and finished product is what I expected and asked for.

Second plumbing emergency, second time I called Whitehorse, second time he came quickly, did a great job, and charged a very reasonable price. This time I sent him a picture of the broken pipe under my kitchen sink. He was able to go to the parts store and get the correct pipe before even coming to my house. I am an extremely satisfied customer and will definitely call Whitehorse Plumbing for ALL future plumbing jobs. I can’t speak highly enough of this plumber. Thank you!!

My heating was not working and it was Sunday and no one was available. Whitehorse plumbing came in 30 minutes and Shaq the technician was very professional and courteous and above all was nice. Not only that he fixed my heat but also lit my furnace and showed me all the dampers and vents and also showed how to operate my thermostat. I highly recommend Whitehorse Plumbing. Fantastic company. With no notice and no appointment, they came out at night, in the cold (with masks on) to do a leak repair at the main line under my house. They not only fixed it but they replaced the piping that was poorly done and put in a shut off valve for safety (as it didn’t have one anywhere). Additionally, after fixing the leak we knew about, they checked the line and found another leak and took care of that at no charge. They went above and beyond, are VERY reasonably priced (seriously, such a great price), and kept us reassured. These guys did a great job and I will certainly be using them for future projects. The job was done well, no complaints about it, unless the water tank leaks unexpectedly. The problem is the owner needs to be polite and honest towards customers.

I always ask for price confirmation thru email before services start for my rental business, and he just wouldn’t do it. After I requested he just replied “I confirm “ in email, he hung up the phone. That is definitely an insulting to customers. I was planning to tell tenant call another company , but he showed up next day and agreed the price with my tenant .

But he asked extra $20 while fixing, and my tenant gave him without my knowledge.
When I received the invoice after service, he added extra $70, I told him I only pay what he agreed.
Frankly, this is NOT a person I want to do business with again.

They responded within a couple of hours of the request. Everything is back in service.

We called Whitehorse Plumbing for repair of broken hot and cold water pipes which caused us to be without water. He responded in less than two hours, quickly and expertly evaluated what needed to be done to fix the problem and had them exposed. capped and our water service restored in less than an hour. The charge for the repair was very reasonable. Thanks, Shaq !!!

Polite, prompt, clean, and never wasted time. Got back to me within 30 minutes where I got replies 2,3,4 days later from the BIG guys. Never ever heard back from the Roto people.

Emergency call or routine maintenance - Hire THIS plumber! I’ve used many different self-employed plumbers or larger plumbing companies over the past 30 years in the Albuquerque area. So far this company is my very best experience! Despite being awakened at 5:30AM, Shaq Whitehorse diagnosed my problem (even identifying the faucet brand) immediately over the phone. He came out within a couple hours of the call and fixed the problem quickly. Reasonable pricing. I couldn’t be more satisfied. He earned every bit of the 50% tip I gave him. A true treasure!

I accidentally broke a shower valve so that I had to keep my whole house water off or it would leak into the wall. With only one phone call and a photo, Shaq came to help the same night, made trips to get parts, and stayed with the job until we could turn the water on again. This was a really tight space and I don't think I could have done it myself even if I had plenty of time. He worked pretty late into a Friday night - again this is with zero notice or scheduling, I really appreciated how responsive he was!

The value was unbeatable, and the work is very high quality, you can tell he cares about doing it right.

I will call again next time I have any plumbing issues, for sure.

He came out in the rain and wind at 09:00 at night to unclog our kitchen sink. Got right to work, no messing around .He had to snake the pipe outside in the rain. Drain runs smoothly now. Would highly recommend! We have finally found a good honest plumbing company.

Whitehorse plumbing rerouted a line to my furnace and that was great. When it came time to get the inspection, they gave me the run around for two weeks saying: I'll be there tomorrow or some other excuse. Never showed up and wasted weeks worth of time. If you don't have the time to do something just say so. Now I'm out two weeks and still have to find someone to do it.

Very happy with this company’s job. They were professional, helpful, and very fast. Had a tough job of digging out the main water pipe to my house and replacing it, but they did a great job and left the yard looking exactly as it had before the plumbing work.

Shaq came out same day and unclogged my shower drain very quickly and at the same price he quoted me over the phone. He was very nice and left my bathroom like there was never a problem. Will definitely use Whitehorse again in the future!

They took longer than what they had said to arrive at my home. They didn't communicate they would be late until I asked for an ETA. This was the only thing I didn't like BUT they were nice and professional. They knew their stuff and were reasonably priced. They fixed my weekend problem that had me without water. The quality of work was much better, faster, and more affordable than all the other companies I've worked with, which is a lot, since the utilities in my complex are quite old and only licensed professionals are allowed to do maintinence. Left us hanging. Residential drain replacement. Water and sewage was off due to him breaking a water line (don't blame him at all. It happens) but next day doesn't call or anything. Had to hire a different plumber to complete the job. Bad taste with this man.

Called on a Sunday night for a leak (due to my screwing up a repair), they got to me despite a few other jobs in front of me. Told me it would be a few hours and encouraged me to call around and see if I could find someone who could get to it faster.

Repair cost less than half of TLC's minimum callout fee for after hours emergency service. Took COVID seriously, masked, professional, and fast.

Poor communication, didn't make it out at time scheduled and didn't have courtesy to call and say he was running late or make attempt to reschedule. Would not recommend.

Whitehorse Plumbing called me back after the last post explaining why he didn't meet me the other day. He scheduled me on for today, this time I was late. Mistakes were made during the job but Whitehorse Plumbing resolved all issues. I'm glad I gave this company a second chance. Whitehorse Plumbing has my business the next time I have heating and plumbing problems.

I hate to post this review because I was excited to work with Whitehorse Plumbing. I called the company to get an estimate, he came by quickly and told me he could do the job for a great price. I asked him when he could do it, he said he can come by the next day. I said okay but we didn't schedule a time. The next day I waited for him until 10 then I gave him a call. It seemed like he totally forgot he had an appointment with me that day but said he will come by after he's done with another client. I waited all day until 3 then I gave him another call but no answer. I waited a day for him to give me a call back to explain but nothing from him. Again I hate to post this because of the other great reviews I had seen. I just wish I had the the experience other clients had with Whitehorse Plumbing.

Servicing was efficient, and professional. Friendly while task focused. Reasonable rate!
