Jason, the HVAC tech from Budget Climate Control, demonstrated excellent product knowledge, even for my 1992 Carrier furnace. The problem was identified and the furnace was repaired in short order. Both Jason and the office help were polite, courteous and prompt in their response.

Adam called me 1st thing in the morning and said I was his 2nd customer, which made me very happy. He was very personable, honest, and had taken pictures of the pads and explained what needed to be done. He replaced the items, and within minutes, I could feel the cold air coming out of the vents. We just had a Carrier mini-split AC unit installed in my son's garage today & everything went perfectly. Joe K did the unit installation; he was fast, efficient, courteous, friendly - and he knew his stuff. Eli did a great job with the electrical, too. We'll definitely use Budget Climate Control for future projects!

Great service. Charles (the service tech) came in, didn't assume anything and was able to have everything up and running quick. Also took the time to explain some preventative tips and checks regarding sensors and diagnosing failures. I recommend this company!

A/C went out called at 2pm “technician” didn’t show up until after 430pm. Technician was unknowledge able had to call someone because he didn’t know what to do. Charged $160.00 for coming out and telling me they couldn’t resolve the issue until they got an electrician out the following Monday. Called William’s Mechanical they were here in less than 45 minutes and fixed the issue promptly, thanks to Willams Mechanical we don’t have to go the entire weekend w/o A/C.

Bill was awesome! He was too punctual and was actually waiting for me to arrive. That doesn't happen regularly in my experience, and it was a welcome change of pace. Bill got to work immediately and quickly diagnosed my problems. When quoting a swamp cooler replacement, he gave me three levels of options, and explained everything that he did, and what he will do on the swamp cooler very thoroughly. I would recommend him without hesitation, and if the need arises I will hire him again immediately. In another testament to his customer service, he put the furniture back into the position it was before he started, and even hauled away a fallen tree branch that was in my front yard. Excellent, EXCELLENT customer service. Truly went above and beyond.

Steve came in, correctly diagnosed the problem with our furnace and then quickly ordered the parts to repair it. He came back and quickly replaced the circuit board and cleaned the unit. Great speed and service.

Adam came over and looked at my furnace and noticed that it had a Crack in the combustion chamber. He said he would look up the part and call me with a price. He also told me that a sales person would come over and price a complete swap out of my furnace. That was over a week ago and I haven't heard from anyone. They were happy and quick to cash my 100. Dollar check but left us cold. I feel like I got robbed by this company and will not do business with ever again. Do not call them.

I recently called Budget Climate Control to see if my swamp cooler could be repaired. Cameron Cox was the technician who came out. Cameron was very knowledgeable and was very thorough in explaining all my options of whether to repair the cooler or replace it. My cooler was old and I continuously had to replace parts, so I knew it had to be replaced soon. Cameron also provide me the various types of cooling systems that were available and made it easy for me to choose a new cooling system. I was very happy with the service Cameron provided, he was on time and very courteous. Thank you to Budget Climate Control and Cameron.

Budget Climate Control was very responsive. Another company couldn't come out to repair our refrigerated air for another week. Budget came the same morning. Joe B was pleasant and professional and worked quickly. We had cooling back within a couple hours which, since it was going to be over a hundred degrees that day, was awesome! Not sure about how competitive the pricing was because we didn't get another quote.

Originally called for an estimate (Adam) to install equipment that we would provide asked off the cuff for an estimate for normal purchase and installation of (BCC) provided equipment. Decided on the latter and then after a little back-and-forth was told that because we couldn't make up our mind, we should take our business elsewhere. Customer service negative 1 rating.. Desire to work, 0. Apparently they have way too many jobs.

Field Service Representative ( Bill Norton) resolved the problem of a malfunctioning condensation discharge line on my furnace. Bill's explanation of the problem was clear and concise and his work was performed efficiently.

Bill was awesome. He was on time, called to ensure we were home, and very polite. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem with our air conditioning in about 10 minutes. He had to go for the part, but was back promptly and we are no longer sweating. They are very reasonably priced and do excellent work. We have used these guys before for our gas fireplace and will definitely use them for any heating or a.c. needs in the future.

Bill from Budget Climate Control came out for a plumbing issue in a shower. The job turned out to be more difficult than expected, but Bill kept at it, and in the process saved $400. He could have easily given up and chosen the more expensive route but didn't. We were extremely satisfied with Bill and his work. We have grown to expect this kind of service from Budget. The company has always been very timely in their response when we call. We seldom have to wait over a day to have a technician at our house.

We had two issues with our AC unit over the past month. 1st issue was the air coming out of our vents wasn’t cold. 2nd issue was the fan in the exterior unit wasn’t turning on. Both times Budget was able to come out, diagnose the problem, and remedy it within hours. Adam, the technician on both calls, was very thorough; explaining what was wrong and options to fix the issues. We can’t recommend them enough.

We own a number of rentals. We've switched entirely to Budget Climate Control. They always come out quickly and have very competent people. Cameron helped us yesterday. Lightening-fast! Friendly, too. Managed not to make fun of me while correcting my (many) errors. Good company!

They came to fix our A/C unit that has stopped working suddenly during the heat dome. They came two hours earlier than they thought they would get there, and fixed it within 10 minutes. Yeah, they are exceptional!

The owner Jesse is amazing at following up after install. Installers were on time and efficient. Explained everything clearly. Office staff responded promptly to requests out of my control and very friendly. I will recommend this local company to anyone of my family members and friends.

Excellent service. Had to replace my swamp cooler. They were fast and efficient. Cameron took the time to take photos of the old cooler which helped me make the decision to replace it. He gave me his # if I had any questions and called when he was going to be 20 minutes late. He went over everything with me and I got the service agreement. Called multiple placed and Budget Climate Control was the only one who was able to send a tech out same day. Was told between 12 and 2. Recieved a phone call from tech with in 15 minutes of hanging up with main office. Charles B. Was the tech that contacted me. Charles was very professional and arived promptly and exactly when he said he would. Upon arival his 25 years of experience showed. He discovered what the issue was with my AC system with in the first 10 minutes. It just so happened he had the right part in his truck and my AC was back up and running in no time.

Damian was prompt, courteous and professional. I plan on requesting him for some future work.

They were able to get to me quickly in the middle of a heat wave - much appreciated. The tech was delayed but kept me apprised of his progress. When he arrived, he was thorough and remedied the non-cooling on my central A/C. Price was very reasonable, I thought. He kept apologizing for the price of the old R-22 refrigerant he had to use. I would call them again.

We called this company to come out and check our HVAC to make sure it was working. They responded quickly and was able to get a tech out same day. Adam came out and checked it out and he was amazing. Gave us a lot great feedback in our system and showing us why we didn't need certain things and didn't try to sells us on stuff. He was absolutely amazing and we definitely highly recommend him and this company!!

These guys are amazing, very fast response time. Furnace went out in the middle of the night on one of the coldest days of the year. Called right after they opened and had a tech out here within a couple of hours. Very reasonable with pricing also, allow different tiers of repair, which include a very through analysis of your setup to prevent any further damage or malfunction. Bill was very personable, and took the time to explain what the issue was and worked tirelessly to resolve the issue within a few hours. Highly Recommend Budget Climate Control for all your needs.

Total scammers!!! The worst service I have ever had. Unfortunately, you have to put a star to post. The only star they get is for poor service. They replaced our motor after it went out. Put in one and didn't work with a continuation of noise. Was told we now needed something else and said we will get a quote for you. I called and said our air conditioner was making a noise and we found a company with better customer service and true honesty Affordable Air Conditioner and Repair. The owner at Budget asked us that we send in receipt for proof of what Affordable in which we did. He said I am not refunding it's our problem. Yes, we lost $800 from Budget within a week of them putting a bad motor but in life sometimes you figure some honest businesses don't exist. I will never use them again and I warn other people that they are the worst. I never complain but the owner was probably the most disrespectful, dishonest scammer. The worst people to work with. Never again. Of course, he will probably write a post excusing him for his poor service. I know I lost $800 within a week putting in a bad motor don't lose yours. Horrible.

I needed my air conditioner switched over for the summer and my heater turned off too. I called and they were very professional and eager to answer questions about pricing and time frame. My technician Keith was just amazing! Showed up on time and did the work fantastically.

I had an issue with a leak a week later in the water line and they fit me right in. I just purchased this home and Keith was very helpful in answering questions I had about how to run it and set the temperature. They were less expensive than every other place I called and they went above and beyond in customer care and service. Thank you!

SCAMMERS!! I used Budget to repair and maintenance my swamp cooler. I’m new to swamp coolers, which I told them when I set up the appt, and felt that something had to wrong because it didn’t feel like it cooled at all. I also asked them for an estimate on converting to AC because the experience with evap coolers was so bad.
They had repair guy and the estimate guy come out at the same time. The repair guy went back and forth about replacing a water line, float, then telling me everything was actually in good shape and working properly, swamp coolers just weren’t very good in very hot weather or when the weather was wet. Told me converting would be a better choice, especially since I have my elderly parent living with me.
He left, and yet again the cooler did next to nothing. I went and spent almost $700 on portable AC units so we could at least be comfortable at night until I could afford the $10k they wanted to convert.
This was all in early May, before the really hot weather started.
Once temps got into the 90’s, my brother in law decided to take a look because their cooler worked really well in a much bigger house.
He YouTubed some videos and climbed up. Turns out the “repair” guy left my pump upside down which killed it completely, the inside of the unit was filthy, my filter basket was gone, the float he supposedly replaced was definitely nowhere near new, and the water line that was supposedly fine, had a huge leak in it, which explains the letter I got from the water department a few months earlier.
Between he and I, we got everything in order and now my house, even on rainy days and days over 100 degrees, stays so chilly that we tend to use blanket if we’re sitting anywhere near a vent.
All Budget did was take my money and damage my unit even more, likely in hopes that I’d pay them more to save me from my awful swamp cooler. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM.

I cannot recommend budget enough! I had them come out to my moms after 2 other companies couldn’t fix her swamp cooler. Her house was 80• for a week. We called budget @4:54 pm and they had someone out first thing next day. They took time to find the problem and stayed until it was actually fixed. I truly appreciate them and could not recommend them highly enough! Adam Mendoza was my tech and was kind and caring and stayed until the problem was actually fixed. Thank you so much Adam.

These guys were great! They found my problem and fixed it fast. They kept me in the loop about what was going on and had a no-pressure approach. They arrived a bit early, so if you're taking time off of work you should consider that and make sure you're home.

BIG Budget Climate Control! We originally gave this company a 5-star review a few years ago but things have clearly changed since then and a more recent experience with this business was completely different. We called ahead to schedule and got an estimate for the work we needed but when the technician arrived, he quoted a price double the estimate.

He called the office but said they would not honor their original estimate and I had to call myself. I called the office and they said the same thing. I suggested that - in fairness - we split the difference but the manager said 'NO.

We needed the work to be done and felt sorry for the technician so we went ahead and had him to do it but will NEVER call this company again and tell all our friends not to do so either. We know they overcharged us because we got pricing from other companies after the fact and it was roughly half what they had charged us.

Why a company shoots themselves in the foot like this is beyond us.

Great experience! They had a last minute cancellation so I was able to get a same day appointment. The HVAC Tech, Bill, was very professional and took the time to go over the issue I had with my HVAC. Most importantly, Budget Climate Control got it fixed at an affordable rate.

Freddy A. With Budget Climate Control was excellent all the way around. I was unable to make it home from work in time for our appointment. BCC rescheduled me for a later time and saved us from the heat that same day. Freddy is very knowledgeable, nice and approachable. He taught us how to do regular maintenance on the refrigerated air unit and showed us how he tested the capacitors, refrigerant and everything elae to make sure it was all working properly.

This company does not get any stars from me. I called them to set up my swamp cooler for the summer. The price was much higher than anyone's that I used in the past. They replaced the pump, but it was not working in less than 30 days, and while they did not charge me to replace the pump, they charged me over $100 for labor. They told me that NO WARRANTY would apply to the new pump. Within 22 days, even the new pump failed. I am now sweltering, and searching for a new HVAC service company. Also, the first worker, especially, was rude, careless, and left the cover for the cooler in a big mess. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!
The story only gets worse. My 82 year old father went up on my roof to see if he could fix my pump, and found out that the pump and pads he put in last year were still there. THEY REPLACE NOTHING!!! When I called the owner to work out this issue, he hung up on me.

We've used Budget Climate Control twice now, and each time the service has been wonderful. Jacob arrived quickly and addressed our problem right away. We appreciated his honesty and thoroughness. We'll definitely use them for our future needs!

We have been customer's of Budget Climate Control since 2014. All the staff, office and workers, have been exceptionally courteous and professional. They have accommodated us with getting workers out on time. All the workers have been super nice and work very efficiently and always available to answer questions. The workers are very conscientious about their work and clean up so it looks like nothing was worked on. This shows they personally have high ethics. Highly recommend this company.

Today was a stark contrast in customer service experiences. When Cameron Cox showed up to replace my 18 year old swamp cooler, I was in a very upset state due to an on-going, horrible customer service situation I was having with another, non-related, company.

Cameron's outgoing, friendly, can-do spirit immediately made me feel better. There was no question I was dealing with a knowledgeable, competent professional who also possessed outstanding people skills. He was efficient and never once complained about having to work in the brutal heat.

My swamp cooler replacement wasn't exactly what you'd call cheap, but my experience with Cameron made it worth every cent.

There is a saying that goes, people won't remember what you said or did, but they'll remember how you made them feel. Today I learned the true meaning of this saying from both sides of the coin.

Called for an estimate for swamp cooler replacement, Adam called to reschedule our appt time which was fine, he was an hour late without a call or text. We spoke for a moment and he says it will be $2650.Water and electrical whip is extra. This is not budget, this wasnt even a proper estimate, how can give an estimate without even going on the roof. His only interest was in selling us more than what we asked for. Not a good look for your company! You are not working with the landlord because we hired the company that went on the roof and gave me a proper estimate. The work was done with all included parts for just 1K less than the estimate you provided. When you called the landlord your only interest was in selling her more than asked for as well. Your response here shows what good business people you are....pay attention folks

Keith M. installed my new hot water heater, he was on time and very professional. He made sure that during the install my floor didn't get completely wet, and cleaned up any water that did end up on the floor. Thank you for all of your help with my hot water heater.

Had a leak. Called Angies list for a referral. Given Budget Climate Control number. Keith Miller was here within 30 min. This company and Keith care about customer satisfaction. I will never use Daniel's Plumbing and heating again. 5 stars for Budget and Keith. Customer satisfaction is important to them.

I was having an issue with my heater not working properly. Bill came out and did a thorough check of what was going on with my system. He pin pointed where my disconnect was with the thermostat and the settings. Bill did a great job and also went out of his way to use screws to secure my the wiring rather than tape that the builder used when installing the unit. Bill was awesome! This is the second time Ive had Budget come out for repairs , once for my cooler and now my heater and the service was outstanding! If you want quality and honest work at a reasonable rate, use budget Climate Control. They truly are about the customer. Thanks again! You guys!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THEY TRIED TO SELL ME ON AN $1100.00 JOB AND IT TURNED OUT TO BE A REPAIR THAT WAS $12.00. I SPOKE TO ADAM WHO IS ONE OF THE OWNERS BTW AND HE DIDN'T REFUND MY DIAGNOSTIC THAT HE HIMSELF CHARGED (AND DID NOTHING TO EVEN TEST THE SYSTEM WHEN HE LOOKED AT IT) I AM TELLING YOU THIS PLACE IS NOT HONEST WITH THIER CUSTOMERS!!!!!

These people are not nice and not professional. Sold me a Lennox furnace for cash and it never worked properly. They came to my house to fix it 15+ times and it has never ever worked right from day one They acted stumped. They blame Lennox. Job was never permitted or inspected. The license holder and dad to all the employees is a State Police officer and he tells me on the phone “your only option is sue me.” These people are not reputable. They’re not respectful. They’re crooks. Avoid doing business with these thieves at all costs.

Incredible company! I had to unavoidably replace my Central AC because of US regulations, and they helped me quickly replace my unit so that my family could stay cool this summer. Adam was incredible to work with, and super honest with the situation. He went above and beyond on the service call and was very knowledgable. Then when the installers came (Orvil), they worked solid for 9 hours to get the job done. Very friendly, committed, hard working, and cleaned up after the job was finished. Be careful when calling for a local job done!! If they are working a job in Albuquerque they will charge you for the driver having to come back to Rio Rancho. Even though they are based in Rio. They charged us for two hours of LABOR!! The guy was at my house for an hour and ten minutes. They refunded us for only half an hour, saying the tech wasn’t supposed to charge me that way. On top of this, the tech was definitely pushy as far as other things supposedly not up to code. Outrageous prices! I wouldn’t recommend these guys to my worst enemy!

Tim was a very courteous, clean cut young man. He was very determined to solve my problem which was solved. I can recommend him highly.

My system can be complex because of the manufacture. My technician Adam had to come by three separate times to fix it all because of the programming the manufacture has in place. I really appreciate that Adam took the time to come out to my house and got everything going. The system is up and running and I’m super happy.

Adam, one of the owners, was the one scheduled for our refrigerated air problem. He came on time, diagnosed the issue and replaced the burnt out motor. Fair prices, nice people both Adam and the receptionist!! Highly recommended for sure... we have found a new company to use and they are locally owned!!

Not only was the repair man late but it wasn't the person I was told would be here. I needed a leak fixed in my shower at the handle. After 2 trips for parts and flooding our bathroom he said he could not fix the problem. Not only was that not fixed now there is a nice stream of water flowing from the shower head which wasn't leaking before. I was told he couldn't fixing it and was told to call another company which I definitely will do.

I want to add to my review above. After speaking with the owner and his son everything was corrected. They were very polite and answered all questions. They made all problems correct. I would definitely us the company again. Don't know about other company's but if anything is done wrong they will make it right.

Installation of a pressure reducing valve on my water line was done at the time and price quoted. Shawn and his partner were very courteous and professional. I would recommend Budget Climate Control.

Taping duct back together was too difficult apparently suppose I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I called them in the AM to find out about replacing the Roof Jack, which is the duct that connects the Swamp Cooler to the duct leading down into the roof. I called several other places and nobody wanted to do the job because I wasn't replacing the entire unit. But, Adam came out in the afternoon to look at it, and offered to do the job the by the end of the day.

Adam and his installers came back and got the job done, putting in a new roof jack and adding 2 layers of flashing to my existing flashing to make SURE there is no problem with leakage into the attic space. They were finished by 6:30 PM and I am thankful they were willing to do it the same day! The price was fair, and they even secured my Swamp Cooler to the roof as we found the original installers didn't even do that.

I'd recommend them to anyone needing work done. A+

Rude, surly, unprofessional, we never got past the estimate on Wednesday, October 4, 2017, just before 2:00 pm, and to top it all off, the a-hole that came out threw out his empty water bottle in front of my home. Take your chances with them. Maybe how they treat you depends on who you are.

I would not depend on these people. I called and had to schedule a person to come out for the assessment. This cost 100.00. I don’t have a problem there. They will deduct it when the work is done. However trying to schedule them to come out was impossible. They say they will call you back to schedule but never do. I called, promised a call Back next day. Never received call. Then I’d call again. Same thing. This happened 4 times. It didn’t matter who I talked to. Talked to technician, office staff, and the person they came out for the assessment. They tell you that you need to put 1/2 the estimate down to schedule the job. I said ok, but they couldn’t schedule me then. They’d have to call me back. This went on for a couple weeks. I still have My leak, they have 100.00 and got no service. I don’t usually leave reviews. But this was so unprofessional I had to let people know.

Outstanding customer service. In early June Cameron was able to schedule my cooler replacement in two days during 99 degree heat. I replaced my old swamp cooler with a new high efficiency single-panel cooler and got a $300 rebate from the power company. Cameron helped me fill out the paperwork to get the rebate. They also installed coolestat switches that automatically control the temperature in the house. No more turning on and off fan and pumps. I couldn't be happier. Cameron and Reyes were a pleasure to work with. Five stars all the way.

Budget was good from the very start. Scheduling was very pleasant to deal with and the technicians were prompt and thorough. They made the necessary repairs at a very reasonable price. Also corrected an issue with evaporative cooler that we didn't even know existed. I would highly recommend budget for your HVAC needs.

The guy was supposed to come between 2-4, got a call at 4:17 from an unsympathetic guy not giving a care that he was just barely headed to my house, 30 min away. No call to say he was running late, no remorse. Very unprofessional and a waste of my day!!!

BEWARE!! This is nothing but a rude, patronizing, lazy, incompetent company, that I used to sing praises about. Since their exceptional worker, Larry, left 3 months ago Budget Climate Control has violated and desocrated our trust and loyalty. With Larry, it was service that was stress free; full of integrity; and everything would work, as promised!
Now, it is Josh....who was an hour late to begin with; then, he tried to sell me every nut and bolt that he could. When he finally went to work, he spent a ridiculously amount if time up there. When he came back down to show me the work that needed to be done, he chuckled, as most of the video he showed was him bouncing around, and getting phone calls! All I wanted to do was for him to leave. When finished, he spent 20 minutes writing up my invoice; told me to go sit down when I went to ask him if I could use a credit card, and even when he was done, I had to almost help him load his truck...and I am handicapped!
The best part was yet to come: two days later, my ac DID NOT work! A friend went up on my roof to check - and he said that the bottom was not cleaned out; everything done was sloppy! Also, I tried calling today, for Josh took my credit card, but I never got my receipt emailed to me, and nit only did they prevent me from talking to a manager, but the head of distribution yelled at me when I expressed how u nappy I was, not being transferred to a manager!
I was a committed and loyal customer to this company. I was impressed by the pure integrity of Larry. Now, that Larry is gone, the true disgusting truth of this company can be revealed!
If you want rushed, lazy work - with no respect to house and home, go with Budget Climate. Then again, there are 50 other ac hacks in the city that would do the same cruddy job. Guess one just has to roll the dice. Disappointed doesn't even scrape the description of what we feel for this company.

They lied to me and told me I needed a brand new ac and I only needed a water pump when I tried to cancel my apt less then 24 hours later they wanted to charge me 35% when I questioned it Adam got very unprofessional with my boyfriend and tried to fight him and call him racist names this company lies and scams people and gets mad when it doesn't worst company ever they will try to rob you for your money.

I am glad we called these guys. Our tech was very professional. He was able to fix our issues, gave us some great advice on how to avoid future issues, and pointed us in the right direction for when we need to replace these older units. When the time comes, we will definitely be using them again.

I called at 8:30am they said they could schedule me same day between 12-2:00pm. They did not make that time frame so I called at 2:20pm, the person on the phone said I would call the plumber to see what happened. Got a call at 2:45pm from plumber saying he would be here at 3:30pm. No one here , called plumber at 3:50pm and he said his boss was going to reschedule appointment. Was very mad, the guy told me Oh No we are still going to come and take care of your hose bib. Called main # and explained about what I was told about being rescheduled, and was really mad. They finally got here couple minutes after 4:00pm the job was done by 4:23pm. The guys were nice it was just the whole scheduling I didn't appreciate, probably will not use again, lets see what happens when they bill me, may right another review depending on their billing.!!

Very thorough explanation of the issue we were having with our refrigerated air system. Technician gave us tips on how to extend the life of our rather old system, and effective band-aids on our issues, as requested, to keep it functioning temporarily. Honest and helpful. Replaced two water heaters for us. Quotes were fair and reasonable. Workers were courteous and did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. My only complaint is that the office told us when scheduling they would be there about 9 and they didn't show until 10:15. Unfortunately that seems to be standard here in NM.

I was told for $90 cash someone would be out the next day to look at my furnace. Was told the $90 would be applied to the repair. Repair man comes out and says he has to condemn my furnace. “It’s too old, they don’t make parts for it and it’s releasing too much co2.” However, co2 sensors in the house never went off and no one in the house had been experiencing headaches or nausea. Repair man took my cash and left. Fortunately had a friend of a friend who does HVAC came and took a look. He fixed the loose wire in minutes and said the co2 reading would obviously be high if the sensor is placed right by the furnace pipe. Unfortunately, as consumers we always have to be prepared to be ripped off. How very unfortunate.

Fred and Matt did a thorough inspection and when we decided it was best to replace my ancient furnace, they rearranged their schedule to get me taken care of right away, given that I had already taken the day off. They worked diligently and got us taken care. They were professional, honest and I really appreciate the service they provided.

Budget Home Services saved us from spending way to much! Hannah was so courteous and when we called she quickly go us on the schedule to get our Air conditioning repaired. Our tech new exactly what the problem was and they took care of it very affordably. A couple other companies gave us a quote and told us we had to replace the unit. Called Budget primarily because they are a local Rio Rancho company. My furnace wasn't lighting and I've had this happen before so I already knew what the fix would be. Their diagnosis was the same as mine, faulty circuit board. Due to the age of the unit, a replacement board would be costly to find. I opted to spend a little bit more to get the whole unit replaced. I already knew what a new unit would cost and the price was comparable to what I was expecting. Adam and his assistant were professional, on-time, and a pleasure to work with. They even came out on a Saturday to finish the job and installed a power switch for the heater. A nice touch. Highly recommend for any HVAC/Plumbing work needed.

We are more than pleased with Budget in their timeliness of setting appointments, and then having the technician call before arrival. We called on Thursday at 4pm and was given a next day appointment at 12-2. Joe B called Friday at 10am to see if he could come earlier. Joe B arrived on time, actually earlier than original time, and was very professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem promptly and fixed it. We would recommend Budget Climate Control highly.

Budget is the best around! They come in with great prices and are so easy to work with. Today I returned home to a house that was at 87 degrees, I called them at 3:30 and Adam was out at my place by 5:30!! Adam was so respectful and did a great job! Converted from swamp to refrigerated air. Best price by far based on estimates from 6 different competitors. Quiet, respectful, and kept the house clean while doing the install. Installation looks very clean and everything is working great. Recommend these guys for conversions from swamp to refrigerated.

All the employees showed strong work ethic and obviously took pride in doing a good job. There were more workers but I couldn't add them. They all represented the company well. The only criticism would be the furnace is louder than the other. Perhaps adding insulation to the second air return would quiet it somewhat. There was insulation on the the 1st return.

Mitsubishi Ductless Mini Split System Installation! What can I say? I do a tremendous amount of research before I go after something this big. Jacob and his team were the best price hands down. They did a great job, and even though they didn't always have the answer on hand, they researched any questions and provided an honest answer instead of making one up. I had an item that needed to be followed up on after installation and they were fast to respond. I highly recommend doing business with Jacob and his team at Budget Climate Control.
