Sean went out of his way to install a new water heater fast for me when mine went out. He brought everything up to code. I didn't realize mine wasn't. He is very professional and reasonably priced.I Highly recommend anchor plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. I will definitely use Sean in the future.

Sean was awesome! I called in the morning for a leaking water heater, by midday he came to check it out to get the parts he needed to replace it, and by the end of the day he had it all done! His prices were reasonable, he explained everything he did / needed to do, and showed me how to do a few extra little things. He also made sure I didn’t have any questions before he left. 10/10 recommend!

After 2 1/2 years of dealing with a radiant heat system in my elderly parent's home that was had never worked, and many visits from, and phone calls and emails to, the company that installed it trying to figure out what was wrong, Sean diagnosed the problem in a manner of minutes (the company that installed it put in the wrong pump and wired the radiant system wrong). I found Sean from Anchor Plumbing on Nextdoor/Thumbtack and he was great!! Super responsive to my issue (seriously within 1 min). Sean texted regularly, was here exactly on time and charged a fair price. In fact, I sent a picture of the issue and he said it would likely be $350, but when he got here he said it was easy and would only charge a service call of $89 so that was very cool. Sean will be the first person I message for any of my future plumbing needs.

Jan. 2023 Sean came and replaced three manifold units to our radiant heat. He did his excellent work again.

Early in Nov. 2022 Sean Miller from Anchor Plumbing and Boiler Services replaced the boiler for our home’s radiant heating system. He did an A+ job.
In the late afternoon, we looked on Angi’s List for someone to do servicing on our radiant heating system. The next morning, Sean left us a voicemail which we responded to. The morning after that, he came by to see the system and give us an estimate. He arrived on time. He gave us a few options. We picked one and the job was completed five days later.
We found Sean to be consistently courteous, intelligent and professional in presentation, conversation & behavior. His 18 years of experience and expertise was immediately obvious and continued throughout the job. He explained everything clearly. It was so refreshing to do business with such a person. His workmanship is impeccable. His installation passed inspection with the inspector commenting, “He did a nice job.”
We believe Anchor Plumbing’s prices are more than fair. When hiring Sean, you save money. He does the job himself and his company doesn’t carry the heavy load of overhead that larger companies do. He also gave us a military discount for being a Veteran. Sean is a vet as well.
We couldn’t recommend a better person or company for this job. We don’t have any complaints about him or his work. Therefore, we give 10 stars for Anchor Plumbing and Boiler Services.

After 5 years the piping installed with the new water heater rusted out and started leaking. Sean replaced the piping with better quality piping and replaced the expansion tank because that, as an effect of the rusting pipe, was rusted too.

Sean is an awesome communicator. He also moved up my water heater install by nearly a week because I let him know the leak was getting worse. He's also very thorough and does fantastic work! Highly recommend!

I ordered the water softener from another source and it was supposed to arrive Saturday, but I didn’t want to make an appointment and then not have it show up. It did arrive Saturday and I texted Sean; he responded and said he would be here Monday morning! What service. The installation was done very professionally and he even installed a shut-off valve for my cold water line that previously had to be shut off outside in a very inconvenient manner should something happen in the middle of the night. Our water heater went out monday afternoon. Called Anchor plumbing and Sean was great - gave me options, was super knowledgeable, responded quick, and was even able to fit me in first thing the next morning with a replacement!

I showed him the problem unit, and he was off and running. Finished up after a few hours and walked me through everything he did. One of the EASIEST contractor experiences I've had by far.

And the quality of work is phenomenal. He made sure we have a leak detector and drip pan. Ran all new pipes and hardware. He even adjusted a valve so that it wasn't in such a weird angle on the water line.

Sean conducted the analysis of the issue with my water heater. He provided me a quote. And then he came by my house the next week to replace the old water heater (State Select) and installed a new one (Bradford White) in about 3 hours. Sean is very knowledgeable and honest. His work is top notch. He made sure the new tank is complicit with current rules and regulations.
