Called this company because we needed work on our water heater. Not only were they able to get a tech out next day, it was a WAY better deal, and was going to able do it same day!!

Roto-Rooter was going to charge us $1000+ for a part replacement, as well not being able to fix it till next week.

Sadly the only reason we didn't use the company is because our landlord opted to use another company. If it were our choice, Motherroad would have been the way to go!!!

They were amazing and very professional. Roto Rooter quoted us over 1000 dollars to fix our water heater and we have to wait over a week. Mother Road Plumbing gave better prices for quality service and could fix it the same day.

I am so thankful I found this company. I’ve used them once before for my parents house and was able to call them again for a pipe repair in my master bathroom. Always easy to make an appointment and the technicians answer my questions easily. They did a great job and I appreciate how respectful they were of my property (cleaned up thoroughly afterwards).

These guys are true professional tradesman who take pride in their work. My 15 yr old A/C system lost all refrigerant during the recent triple digit heat wave and James was able to fit us in for a complete system install to include a furnace at an exceptional price. The new system was installed within one day along with a water heater which was inspected as well and found to be leaking. Highly recommend Mother Road for any HVAC/Plumbing/electrical work. They can do it all.

I've been a big fan of Alex's before he broke out on his own in starting this company. He and his staff are respectful, timely, and do great work. They won't be the cheapest option around, but you get what you pay for -- in the best way.

The owner Alex was such a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive and came out right away when our water heater went out. He was so thorough and professional. He took time to explain everything and walk us through our options for replacement. We had hot water again the very next day! I will definitely call him again for any of our plumbing, heating, or cooling needs and fully recommend him to anyone in need of those services.

I was struggling draining my water heater and flushing it. It was taking more than a couple hours. I called Alex, and over the phone he gave me the best gift, fully worth a paid visit, but no charge. He walked me through being able to flush the tank in 15-20 minutes! And additional after care of my faucets. Later I had a problem shutting off the drainage valve, and he came out and removed an obstruction. He is passionate about what he does, and knows the history of all things plumbing. He freely gives away the tips and tricks he’s learned over years of experience and hundreds of installations. He explains everything so a lay person can understand. And he lets you know all costs upfront. He is very responsive, stays in communication, and keeps you in the time loop, and shows up as scheduled. If there ever was a “THE ONE” plumber, it is Alex! Had an electromagnetic descaler installed. The equipment is very good. I have sensitive skin, but with this conditioner I am noticing my skin is less dry. My dishes and laundry are clean without hard water residue. Very glad I used this contractor again, and I am very pleased with the descaler and installation: it was fast and easy!

I was looking for a plumbing company to install a water heater for my grandparents in abq while out of state. My grandfather was happy with the work and with the gentleman who helped him reschedule. I would use these guys again they seemed easy to work with and did a great job for my family!

While I did not end up using Motherroad's services to complete my water filtration project, I feel compelled to leave a review after my experience. This was far and away the BEST interaction I have ever had with a contractor. Alex was prompt, explained my options in great detail, and did not try to upsell or push anything extra or unnecessary to my project. He told me exactly what he wanted to use, why he wanted to use it, and included a breakdown of every single item and its purpose in his quote. He also broke down his pricing for me, which provided that extra layer of comfort with the process.

It is clear that Alex really knows his stuff and takes great pride in his work. If you haven't yet, take a look at the pictures on his website; he is definitely an artist of his craft. Unfortunately, we did not have the room in our budget to go with him on this occasion, but I wholeheartedly believe he is worth his price and would be ecstatic to go with Motherroad on a future project down the road. Received several quotes to run a gas line for an outdoor kitchen, and Alex at Motherroad was by far the most thorough. Took the time to explain way more than I'd ever thought I'd know about gas lines, which really helped me
