Service manager Ronald was great, polite, informative and gave sound advice on unit. Needed Freon, and service was fast and very reasonably priced. AC was blowing warm air night before, called at 1730 Wednesday and appointment was set for next day. Company called me and noticed me service tech would be there in 45 min and he showed up on time. Great fast service. Hard to find good customer service these days. They were spot on.

a couple of weeks ago, I placed a service call to Signature Heating and cooling. I was informed the service call would be $115.00 which was surprising reasonable. I was a bit skeptical, however the technician was quick to respond. The disappointing point was I found out where they make up the great price on the service call when found out how much the part was going to cost, at this point I terminated the service. I do understand that there are expenses and to keep an operation going isn't cheap and I don't know what the industry practice is but, find out what the bottom line is before you are committed on the service. I spoke with Jeremiah regarding this unpleasant service practice which he assured me he was going to bring it up to the owner. Jeremiah left me feeling understood and I am hopeful there will be a correction regarding this pricing practice. for this I am upgrading my rating.

I would not recommend this company. If you need a quick honest review, read this.To put it simply I spent the time to obtain 5 quotes from 5 different companies. After receiving my 4th quote (all very competitive). I met with my customer service technician for Signature Heating Cooling and Plumbing. Long story short, after spending 2 hours with my tech (which included a useless presentation from Texas ANM, and a lot of back and forths, many we can't do that) I was provided my quote at nearly $10,000 dollars more then any of my previous 4 offers, with no ability to justify the discrepancy. To try and figure out the differences I provided the Signature tech a quote from a similar company. As he scoffed at its pricing he attempted to justify the $10K price difference due to a included UV light in his, and free allergy filters. When I challenged this he got mad, packed up his stuff and simply did not want to continue, after I gave him 2 hours of my time. Its clear that they have make no attempt to provide you with what you need, nor to be professional. Though this review mostly appears to be an issue with the individual, the absurd price difference without justification speaks volumes to the company's strategy to scamming people out of thousands of dollars.If you value your time, and more importantly your money, simply don't work with this company.

We had a new refrigerated air/furnace unit installed August 2018. We have had to call Signature several times for repairs. Unit just went out for the 4th time. Called a friend (who is licensed) to come take a look. The entire unit was installed incorrectly. We are now having to spend a couple thousand dollars to have it done correctly and safely! Never again will we use Signature!

Signature installed our refrigerated air system last summer. The install was mostly painless. They removes our old evap system. Just recently we had Alan Garcia come out and do maintenance on the system. He did a great job - cleaned the coils, tested the temp at the return, changed the filter, everything. He was quick and polite, even talking me through the maintenance that I can do myself. Really good experience and at no added cost as we just installed the system. Very happy with the service!

So I call for help with my furnace. A guy came out and did a diagnosis. That part was great professional same day all good. He tells me the problem. Bad inductor motor.1200 dollar repair. Seems steep so I need to discuss options with my wife.So begins the research. As it turns out. The inductor motor is in my model furnace. 130 dollar part. Installation must be hard for such an expense then you say?! No. It's four screws and two cables. Pull the old out put the new in. 30 minutes it took me with no real furnace expierence. Signature tried to scam me. Don't call them. They will probably try to rob you too.

We had a AC/Heat system installed - 6 hours from start to finish - very professional, neat, fast, knowledgeable, and attentive. Rudy Anaya, the electrician, did a fabulous job of installing the electrical. Very neat work.Rudy is a total professional and gets the job done with perfection. He took time to explain the operation of the system and why he placed the electrical where he did. He was fun to work with and we had total confidence in him and his work product. Thank you Rudy! Definitely would recommend! Thanks Ralph! Our furnace went out last night (12/29/2020) and had to sleep in the cold. Called many places and no one had any openings. Finally, we were able to find Signature Heating and Cooling (Now our go to company!). The receptionist, Haley, was friendly. She was upfront about times and explained how the process worked. Ralph came out and immediately understood it wasn’t a simple fix (no parts needed, just elbow grease). Ralph gave me a tutorial on how the furnace worked and answered many questions as he diagnosed the issue. Ralph not only fixed the issue, but went above and beyond. Ralph checked for other common issues. Ralph also made plans to make assisting us in the future easier. He added a part number to our file, thus if we need it, Signature Heating and Cooling would be able to get it quickly. Great service and will recommend them to all who ask.

Thomas was the name of the tech that came out. He handled a water heater issue we were running into. Very knowledgeable and was able to resolve our issue. He had to leave for some parts but was unable to find the correct ones. However, he did find a similar part and used the existing housing to fix the issue after swapping over some parts. Great service

I searched for a high quality electric contractor for complete kitchen demo and rebuild. Chris P. and Miguelle came to get the project scope and specs. Within a day or so their bid was transmitted. I accepted the bid. Chris, Miguell and Jason were on to do the electric rough in. They were professional, yet friendly. When they encountered unexpected problems behind the drywall, they quickly arrived at safe solutions.Chris and Miguell arrived on time for their project finish as scheduled. Their professionalism continued. As their project came to a close, they took time to explain and demonstrate how some specific electronic was operated. At the end of both days, they cleaned the job site.These 3 gentlemen are knowledgeable about their trade. They are professionals who are truly concerned about customer satisfaction. The sales pitch element is strange, like you’re buying a time share or something. We had a full system failure in winter. We received a quote and asked several times for a quote with different equipment. Ultimately, even though we told the company we needed heat asap because we have a handicapped person in the house (not to mention us was winter) they were not able to provide us a quote in time.By the time they actually sent the quote another company had made a quote and finished the job. There was ZERO urgency to restore heat to my home.I leave three stars because they may actually be good installers, but I’ll never know.

We had an amazing experience with Signature Plumbing services.From the first call, the customer support rep was helpful, fast, understanding, and really wanted to help with the urgency the issue demanded. Our washer hookup was spraying water everywhere, and she even helped coach me on how to remedy the situation until the plumbing team could arrive. This was well beyond her call of duty, and it was so helpful. Bravo for great customer service and fast scheduling!The team (Thomas and Nef) came out within a few hours and were able to quickly remedy the leak AND give us a quote for other work we needed on our sewer line. Their sewer line quote came in less than the other plumber's quote and they were able to get the work done a week before the other plumbers. We got to watch their work, and we feel confident that excellent work was performed with great attention to detail. They even cleaned up every scrap, swept up any dirt, removed the toilet they replaced, and left our yard spotless. Thomas and Nef did not miss a single detail and treated our home as if it were their own. They also wore masks the entire time while engaging with us, and we felt safe with the precautions they were taking.We've since called Thomas back a second time to help with another small issue with our hot water heater, and he was just as fast, knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I cannot recommend Signature Plumbing enough. I've already saved Thomas' card in our kitchen drawer-- he's the only plumber I will be calling in Albuquerque.

Signature did a free estimate on a new water heater after an onsite inspection. A competitor asked for photos and offered a cheaper basic quote on the phone, but after seeing the photos said their free estimate would require an in-person visit that we would be charged $80 for, if we ultimately decided to use a different plumber. Instead of playing that game, we chose Signature, and they provided a very professional installation and clean up. William was super efficient, and did a great job while also explaining everything to my satisfaction. This was our first time using them, but should not be the last.

Thomas and his helper worked on relaxing our hose bib. They were quick, efficient and asked for my feedback on where I wanted the nozzle to face. Quick and easy to schedule and very happy with the service performed on my Pioneer mini-split system which was no longer heating/cooling. A refrigerant leak check was performed and leaky connection found, the leaky connection was redone with sealant, and the unit was evacuated and refilled based on line lengths feeding all the indoor units. The service technician, Joe, did a great job and my unit is pumping out heat again! I'll be calling Signature HC&P next time I'm having any AC issues, thanks again!

After being disappointed by another company who failed to show up, we called Signature Heating & Cooling to turn on our evaporative cooling system for the summer. They were prompt and polite, confirming our appointment the day before and calling ahead to alert us that the technician would arrive in 20 minutes. Once Freddy arrived he got acclimated with our system, explained what he was doing and why he was doing it, gave pointers on how to get the best use of our system, and made sure I felt comfortable properly using our thermostat. I can’t thank everyone at Signature enough!! After my AC went out and two other failed companies, they were the only one who actually called me back on a Sunday morning, which today happened to be one of the hottest and most busiest days for them !I was miserable and upset and made to feel my call was important, received constant updated calls on when they would be arriving since the Technician on call was extremely busy due to the heat and other customers, which he also called letting me know with an updateSignature than called in an employee on his day off ! The charge to come out to my property and assess is steep compared to other businesses, moreover, the wait for services is anywhere from one to three weeks right now. I was able to get a technician to make a fix without a charge to assess the issue from another reputable company. I recommend doing some research as some of these businesses are running a service in demand-racket with their clientele. Telephone customer service needs work as well, the behavior in response to my questions and concerns is largely obtuse.

Our heater went out the day before Thanksgiving and we PANICKED because we have a baby in the house! No one could get us in and every other company we talked to was ridiculously unsympathetic. On top of that, if the other companies had gotten us in, their prices for emergency services were insane. Signature got a plumber to our house within an hour! Chad did more than an excellent job keeping our costs down. He was thorough, honest, and had so much integrity. His positive attitude and happy demeanor made the experience so wonderful. We actually felt lucky to have spent an hour with him. Thank you Chad and Signature for giving us a great experience! We will definitely be using Signature in the future. If Chad is available, request him! He's seriously one of the coolest guys we've gotten to hang out with. Definitely the positivity we needed during the holidays.

Signature offered us the best bang for the buck with our conversion to refrigerated air from evaporative cooling. They weren't the cheapest bid and they weren't the most expensive bid. I was impressed with the straight forward process led by Daniel Fenton and the installation crew was top notch. I needed the condenser on my AC unit moved to the side of my house. I called three other heating/cooling companies requesting estimates. Aire Mechanical was the only one who sent a real life person out to my house to give me an accurate quote of the work that I was looking to have done. They showed up when they said, the job took as long as they said, and they made it look pretty sharp.I will only call Aire Mechanical going forward.

My husband and I were return customers to this company as the first time we used them the service and price was better than most. When our unit started giving us problems it was a no brainer to call this same company back, again service was great but this time the price paid for a simple cleaning of a flame sensor was outrageous (almost $200) the technician literally took 5 min to diagnose the problem and even less time to clean the flame sensor with a piece of steel wool. After seeing other reviews of people being overcharged by this company my husband called to voice his concern, a message was left with an employee and she assured she would relay the message to a manager “Shane” and he would contact but we still have not heard back and this was over 3 weeks ago! We even went as far as leaving a message on the website to have a manager call us back to no avail! It’s a shame that I even have to leave this review but it’s also not right for a company to take advantage of its clientele.

We just swapped from swamp to refrigerated air. The salesman came twice, once for initial assessment and then after providing a quote for paper signing and a final quote. He came after 5 on a weekday and then again on Sunday! So nice not to have to take off work! Then came on Monday with his expert to double check requirements for actual installation. Tuesday afternoon two crews of guys, one for electrical and one for installation. Electrical work was done within 4 hours, installation crew had to return the next day due to rain.The installation crew, Joel and Adam, were personable, knowledgeable, efficient, professional, thorough, tidy, and down right amazing! Everything you could ever ask for in a team. I will 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for a company to swap over their system!

Premium installation cost for mediocre work. Don't get me wrong, they'll get the new system you paid for up and running, but don't expect great service. It took 2 visits to get the sales contract signed, and it took 3 visits to get the AC system operational.Signature provides a completely average service masquerading as premium. I'd recommend shopping around first for a better price, as you aren't going to get the best bang for your buck here.

We had really bad hail damage and the coils of the AC unit were pretty bad. They were able to get it fix it in a timely matter...due to time of year that this took place we had to wait after our roof was repaired for them to come back and check one other thing on the unit. Well last week they came out and Chad looked through all the vents to make sure that all the vents were pushing out the required air. Educating me on why the numbers were different and what to expect. The overall customer service was amazing as calling me beforehand on when to expect so that I wasn’t waiting all day. They are honest and will not try to upcharge you!

We had a multi day project with numerous repairman. Every single one was courteous and went out of their way to enhance their service. One even swept leaves out of my garage before leaving. The manager who came to my house at the beginning to tell me my options took loads of time explaining everything. He told me about his family and asked about mine. He felt like a neighbor. Had to replace two furnace/AC combo units. Went through Costco and this is the company contracted with them. You can tell they try their hardest to keep that contract. Had a great experience from the assessment/estimate through to the actual installation. Had two crews on a Friday and they knocked it out. Oscar, German, Junior, Tenn, and Mike were friendly and hard working. Even the roving parts guy Jose was a pleasure to talk to even though he’s a Dodgers fan. The units are working as they should and are so much quieter than our previous system. I had one nittenoid item of taping the duct insulation on our downstairs unit and notified them. They came three days later on the Monday to remedy the situation.

We had a wonderful experience. AC was out and we called and fortunately got same day service. Chad (AKA Big lumber jack dude) was super nice, had the right part and was done in no time. He was very polite and did not try to make problems where there were not any. The next day David came out to fix my sink. Thanks to the awful hard water in Rio Rancho. He solved the problem with minimal effort. We had the same issue with another sink and the previous plumber had us put in a whole new faucet set. David was great and was not trying to gouge us for services not needed. I really appreciate this!!! David was very nice and polite too. We hope we don't need you soon but if we need Heating and Cooling or plumbing work we will use you guys again. Thanks !!!

Signature is truly a step above all the rest. I was in the market for a new condenser for my HVAC system. We received a letter in the mail, and gave them a call. Jerry, one of their project managers came by and looked our system over as well as took home measurements, and came up with 3 different plans biased on price points. Never at any time did I feel any pressure from Jerry. We decided to buy, and felt the price was so good, that we had them replace the heater as well as the water heater. The following Tuesday, Sam and German showed up around nine in the morning and quickly started removing my old HVAC system. They spent the rest of the day installing my new heater and condenser, and may I add, these two were very professional and polite. When they left, they left as if they had never been there. You don't see that alot. The following day, Emmanuel and Oscar showed up and did a beautiful job installing my water heater. Again, two very polite and professional individuals who I felt very comfortable having them at my home. If you are looking fo a reputable company to take care of any of your heating, cooling or water heater concerns, Signature is the way to go.

The best experience I have ever had with a company period. We needed A/C fast and affordable. With in three day a salesperson came and quoted us. Found us the best possible unit and price. Four days later they installed it and had it going before lunch. Later we had a pipe freezing issue, that same day someone was here figured out the problem and fixed it the next day that was best for me. They came fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Very kind and very professional. Like I said the best Company I have ever dealt with.

I had this company come out as my furnace would not come on. I had found them on Google search as being near me and with a good reputation - bad luck for me. On the positive side, they were quick to send out a technician and he was polite. On the negative sides the technician was fresh out of school with apparently very little experience and took forever to figure out what the problem was. Turned out to be my thermostat. Fine. I suggested I would like one that could be operated from my smart phone to which the technician replied that those are quite expensive and difficult to use. He then replaced my high end Aprilaire thermostat with a very basic Honeywell unit. When finally finished, he had me sign for completed work on a small screen on a handheld device saying he'd email me the invoice. This service cost $500 which seemed high but I now had heat and house guests arriving the next day. When I got the invoice I immediately noticed that he had invoiced me for a high end wifi capable thermostat! I looked up the two (the one I got and the one I was invoiced for) and on several different websites the cheap one ran around $50 and the other from $150 to over $200!. I called the company to discuss the situation. Finally being able to talk to the manager, she explained that for them the two cost about the same (ok?) but she would be willing to give me a $20 refund. She was rude. I said I would rather just get the thermostat I paid for then. So she agreed to having a technician come back out to install the wifi unit I was invoiced for. Long story shorter, the same newby came out, spent hours trying to install the new thermostat, discovered my furnace can't use a thermostat that doesn't have back up batteries. Gosh, he was so sorry and swore to have the manager call me about refunding me for the much more expensive unit he had accidentally invoiced me for. Right, ugh, never heard a word and really don't feel like dealing with these people any further or ever again.

Requested a price quote for a new furnace through Loews and Signature contacted me. The salesman, Jerry came to the house and did an amazingly thourgh survey of the needs. He measured the house and gave me a very easy to understand estimate of the work required as well as upgrades required for the hot water heater, shares the same closet, to pass the current code requirements. Obviously not a “fly by night” organization!Two days, that’s right two days not three weeks, later the installers were here. Greg and Samuel with Chris (electrician) worked very quickly to remove the old furnace, not-up-to-code - vents, piping, gas connections, etc. They were friendly, informative, thorough, orderly, and cleaned up nicely. Leedro was very nice and patient with all of my questions. He explained the different parts of the HVAC system and how it should be working and where to look for error codes. A little late but as a result I am able to review the entire process from start to finish to follow up. As a homeowner it is never pleasant to have to replace a major piece of equipment like an HVAC system but Signature made the process so much better than expected. From the very beginning the entire team was working efficiently and communicated every step of the process from start to finish. Specifically I would like to thank Joel and Oscar for their help. They made sure every part of the install went smoothly and addressed any concerns with supreme knowledge and understanding and used technical expertise to finish everything in what seemed like no time at all. They were able to adjust to my non standard set up for return grating, bring it up to code, and the craftsmanship is above and beyond expectations with major aesthetic appeal.The city came out on the scheduled date to perform their inspection and found some minor things that needed to be addressed. They came out the next day to correct the issues and the install passed final inspection shortly after.Finally, replacing the filters was again a very positive experience. I was immediately greeted when I walked in the door and my filters were provided right away from the friendly staff.I must say that going into the process I was skeptical and dreading it but, I was pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied with my experience.

Alan, showed up right on time he said he would be at our residence, he introduced himself and went to work. He diagnosed my problem in about 15 minutes. Came back in and explained what was going on. Needed a new thermostat, he left I was called in 10 minutes after he left, providing me the solution and cost to repair. And they put me on the first stop of the morning. Should take about an hour. I had my ac break down at the end of the week right before a holiday. Signature squeezed me in with a tech who came out and assessed my unit. They kept me up to date on everything that was going on and took care of the issue. Turns out my unit is busted and can’t be fixed, it needs to be replaced, but while I wait for the work to begin they went and bought a new portable ac and brought it over to get me through the holiday weekend.

These 3 guys were great!!! They had a tough time getting my old furnace out but they never gave up. Once the old one was out they had the new one in and thermostat installed in no time. They were done in under 4 hours and cleaned up everything before leaving. I highly recommend!!

I contemplated having them fix what they broke but all I can expect now is the same awful service and lack of care. Signature installed a swamp cooler a while back when I purchased it from Lowes. That initiated the negative experience when I heard their guys drop it as they were lifting it onto my roof using a ladder and not the hydraulic lift they should have used. I gave them a chance to once again fix an issue this time during our heat wave. They sent a young kid out who left all the screws loose and we had a gust of wind pull them off forcing me to climb up and realize.. I had to write a 1 star review and never hire them back again. They might serve high end customers well but multiple experiences like this has me livid and completely fine looking elsewhere in the future.

5-star furnace repair experience. I used their answering service very late on a Sunday. The answering service had the dispatcher call me, and she confirmed my appointment, and explained I was third in the queue. Excellent!Dispatcher told me technician’s name, Michel S., and that he’d call me 30 minutes prior to showing up. Excellent!Michael S. called, said he’d arrive in 30-35 minutes, and he did. Excellent!Michael arrived masked up, had all his gear, and was very polite. Excellent!Michael S. diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes, and attempted to reset the failed component in an effort to avoid having to replace it, and he gave me clear and complete descriptions of the problems, and all of my stupid questions.We needed a new part. He called, found the part in the supply chain, drove to get it, installed it, checked that the furnace was truly fixed, and he was done. Excellent!I am telling all my friends to choose Signature Heating, and to ask for Michel S. by name. What a great resource here in Albuquerque. Thanks again, Michael.

We had a water heater emergency. Our regular plumbing company could not fix our water heater until 5 days out (and they were the ones who installed it). We could not go without hot water for almost 1 week. So after some searching and reading sone reviews on Google I took a chance on Signature Plumbing Heating & Cooling. Glad I took the chance ... they were able to squeeze me in same day. They sent William L. to address the water heater issue(s). With Winter coming in it's not a good time for your heater to give out. I made a phone call and these wonderful gentlemen came down the 1st day named Jimmy and Alan. SIGNATURE sent me a gentleman named Saul Saul is tremendously friendly he has a personality that is just totally made of gold. I couldn't believe how mannered this man is, he is very patient worked very hard and he is absolutely amazing there was one piece that was so corroded on my water heater that it cracked he did not hesitate to get the plumber down here immediately from their company. I mean these people from Signature are amazing if you want your work done well in your home these are the ones to call. And so far all the people that have come here are gentlemen.PART THREEAs I mentioned Sal called for the plumber and he did come. His name is Thomas, another gentleman very sweet big smile and extremely professional. Thomas got that work done it was a little trying for him because the peace broke inside the hole of the water heater. Thomas was able to get that sucker out of there and get the new piece replaced. What an awesome group of men that work for signature. I have to give them the gold star. I have to give them a Blue Ribbon, they are the best.I don't know what garden they pick their employees out of, but that's where they need to keep picking all their workers from because they are totally amazing. Thank you signature Thomas was incredible.PART 4, They are NOT as good in air conditioner as they are in heat. The last one that came out just gave me a list of everything I was going to be needing for the air conditioner by next year. The pads are nothing getting wet and usually my air conditioner will throw a little water from the top of the roofing, it is not. You can't hear the pump at all. On video I had to call him back, no air was coming through. He fixed it. The VIP package was coming to a end and so was there good work. I had to call them to get the air conditioner going which was part of the package. Didn't seem they were so happy about it.

David Garcia came to our home assessed our needs, he gave us all the options; then he suggested a tank less water heater. We liked the idea of on demand water and no tank to worry about. David’s installation was a thing of beauty, it was a show room quality. David is a super hard professional with excellent plumbing skills. He worked until 9:30 one night and came back on his own time to make things right. He went above and beyond what was expected. He told us he would take care of us and he sure did. Mark and David came out to my home to service 2 air conditioning units in July 2018. They were knowledgeable and professional and did everything promised in their servicing. Very reasonable.David came out to diagnose a recirculating heat pump in August that had failed. He was attentive and knowledgeable in diagnosing my problem. Signature recently installed a new gas furnace, central air conditioner, instant water heater, and water filtration system in my home. You can see from the photograph that they did an excellent job and installed top-of-the-line equipment. As I told the installation crews, they did more than a workman-like job (adequate), and did craftsman-like work (elegant).I contracted the work through Lowe's who also did an excellent job of setting up and guaranteeing the work, and arranging financing.The only areas for improvement I saw were the need for better communications from the project manager, which I addressed with him, and the fact that drywall repairs necessitated by new in-wall piping were not included in the contract.Overall, I am very happy with Signature and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

I had been contemplating converting our evaporative coolers over to refrigerated cooling for some time now. One of my colleagues at work was having a conversion done by Signature and encouraged me to give them a try as they are the current Costco vendor in New Mexico.I was contacted by Dan Fenton, one of the Senior Estimator/Salespersons. He was prompt on his arrival to our agreed upon appointment time in January of 2020. He did a thorough walk around and measurement of our space. We discussed the available options and he quoted us a price for an all inclusive conversion.After not too much debate, we scheduled to have the work done a few days later. We agreed upon a start day and they arrived promptly. The work was completed in 3 days. No mess, no problems. Everything was in working order when they left the job site in early February. The County inspections were completed the following week without issues.I finally needed to turn the units on this week. Talk about cold air....there’s nothing better!Dan and the crew have done an outstanding job. I’m actually shocked at how incredibly smooth the process has been.I hear they’re the biggest Lennox Dealer in Arizona. With service like this, they’ll be number one in New Mexico very soon.This a a follow up to my my above initial review.For the past month or 2, I've been getting calls to do a complimentary Check up of my newly installed Lennox AC system. Were finally able to get a mutually agreeable time and day. BTW, they also offered a check of my radiant floor boiler system too, as long as they were coming.Ralph was awesome! My wife and I both received texts when he was on his way. He was here as advertised and quickly got on the roof to check the AC units before dark. He came in and checked and changed both air return filters without asking.He also checked the boiler room thoroughly and happened to find a leaky gas connection to the boiler(Wow!). He said he smelled it as soon as he walked by and verified it with his digital detector! They did a very detailed job of converting my swamp cooler to a new A/C and heater. Julian, the lead journeyman, lead the install and Nate the electrician did a great job and were always focused on the job. Everything they installed they did very cleanly and efficiently. When they wanted to change the design they always asked first. All the electrical and piping they ran were very cleanly done and look great! The whole team did a great job at my house and left everything clean and orderly. I am happy with my choice to hire them!

I called signature heating cooling and plumbing based on the reviews on Google, and I wasn’t disappointed. William was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable of my old plumbing. He used some old tricks of the trade to fix the problem without having to replace parts and when done said he couldn’t charge me for a simple fix, wouldn’t be honest. Well we will be doing a big renovation in late 2020 and we will be giving Signature a call and asking for William Legatzke. Give them a call you won’t be disappointed!

I needed to upgrade my 25-yr old furnaces and I also wanted to install refrigerated air in my home. I contacted Signature (through Lowe's) for this install. Everything was pretty quick and easy. Chris came out to our home (we live an hour away from Albuquerque) and did the first walk through to determine how best to meet our needs. Although there were some hiccups (as one might expect), Chris and his team met them all with the best suggestions for moving forward. The install team, Adam, Joel, and electrician Jason did a great job and our new HVAC systems are in place a week later, even after some code issues necessitated a major re-design of the install. After a slight electrical issue on Friday afternoon, Jason returned (another 1-hour drive) early Friday evening (after working hours) to fix the last hiccup ! I would highly recommend Signature for any HVAC work you need.

Management: while I appreciate your response, I received a call at 8am today, when your business opened. This is truly unacceptable and you should not be considered a 24 hour response facility because clearly that is not the case. Luckily, there are several other HVAC companies in Albuquerque that are, and they provide several updates, statuses, and even pictures of their technicians so we knew who to expect.Called 5 hours ago (~7pm) for an HVAC technician to come out and address/fix our refrigerated air, was told dispatch would call back, and it’s nearly midnight and never heard from them. Go with a different company for your after hours needs. Clearly this one can’t meet those requests or have the courtesy of a call back. Will never use them.

I had a mini split installed. My installers were Joel & German. Eric & Darren were the Electricians. Alvaro was my Project Manager. Alvaro was very professional and very honest. I had done my homework prior to meeting with him and he came in with a cost that was very close to my own estimates. The installers and Electricians were great, you could tell that they enjoyed their work and they did it well. They all did a great job. I felt comfortable with them moving about my property. This company installed my duct work 4 1/2 years ago and provided a 10-warranty..long story short they had an excuse for everything as to why the duct work is now corroded and are not going to stand by their warranty. This is after not showing up or calling on first and second visit. The tech who came out to look at the duct work told me it was something entirely different than the duct work which is wasn't, then when I mentioned I wanted the duct work replaced under the warranty he said someone was going to eat it Me I guess. I wouldn't recommend this company! They need a scheduling system, techs that have experience, and a course in customer service!!

In one day, exactly 12 hours we had this hugh unit installed, starting with electrical The electricians Rudy and Angel checked, reviewed and double check to make sure we had the needed power and that it was installed very professionally. We LOVE Signature! They installed our mini splits in 2019 and we have loved having such efficient heating/cooling units in our home. The units work beautifully and we’ve received excellent care from the company (we’ve dealt w/ a minor, slow leak but Signature has gone out of their way to fix it for us since!) But what makes Signature the best is their employees. These are the nicest, sweetest, kindest, most professional employees I’ve be ever experienced anywhere. They’re so caring! My daughter was only 4 yo when we had our installation done. She grew so attached to our techs, she cried when they left. One of the techs actually called her on his way home to check on her! So incredibly sweet! Big shout out to Oscar, Greg, Rey, and Ryan. Oscar was the sweetie who checked on my daughter. Greg has helped us repeatedly - such a stand up guy. We just met Rey and Ryan and they’re so nice! They did the BEST, most thorough job with our service call and were super kind to my now 8 yo. My daughter nearly cried (again) when they left! I don’t know how Signature finds such quality employees but I’m so glad they do. Thank you Ryan and Rey for making sure we have AC during this brutal summer. You guys absolutely ROCK! My heating system began to work intermittently Dec 23. I was surprised that the repair technician showed up early the same day. Very knowledgeable and customer oriented. He and his apprentice jumped on job and had my system up and operational in a short time. I was happy. Then a reoccurrence on Dec 24, Christmas Eve. All techs were off for holidays and Shane, a manager, showed up first thing in the morning and attacked my heating system. He found the real problem, fixed it and a couple other issues so we have full heat again. I really appreciate the response from Signature, the professionalism of their staff, and the way they stand behind their work to insure it is done. I have now recommended Signature to a number of friends and all are very satisfied with the work. This is the third time I have used Signature for issues with my AC or Heating system and every time I have been impressed with the service and quality of work. I strongly recommend them.

Signature has been a great company to work with—from sales through to installation. Our sales rep Al was really great and completely trustworthy in helping us select the appropriate HVAC system to replace our aged swamp cooler. The system has worked perfectly since installation and has kept our house comfortably cool all summer. I’d add that Al was always available to answer questions throughout the process, and when a few weeks later we had a problem with our old water heater he arranged to have someone at the house within a couple of hours (the afternoon before a holiday). The technician who did the installations—for both the AC and new water heater, Mark, was absolutely fantastic—on time, efficient, knowledgeable, neat/tidy, and super conscientious throughout the process. And yes, if we’d heeded Mark’s earlier warning about our water heater and purchased a new one at the same time as the AC we wouldn’t have had water in our garage and an emergency repair—all to say, trust what these guys say! They are absolutely honest, highly professional, and just about the nicest crew you’ll ever work with.

I purchased an older home, so I ordered the package that covered heat, AC, electrical, and water heater tune ups for 1 year. I got different service providers for each thing, but they were always very helpful and explained to me what they were doing the whole time. They recommended things without being pushy and never charged extra for any small additional things I asked about. The one con that I have, is they never seemed to have all the necessary equipment. Like the heater service didn't have a vacuum or blower to clean out the radiator, which was part of the service. The AC guy didn't bring a ladder or any oil, even though I said my evaporative cooler was on the roof. So, thankfully, I had all of these things available, but I shouldn't have to.

AC broke previous night, called in the morning. Was a little hesitant with such high ratings, decided to give it a try. Called at 10, technician gave a 20 min heads up call, came at 12, checked everything, (Michael was the guy, he had an iPad with their own app) bet there was a check list on there, has to document all of his work. Gave me a quote after checking everything, said it’s going to take him 30 min to get the parts. Came back and fixed everything.From first seeing him to finish everything, took him 1.5 hrs the most! Very very very professional! Wore a mask at all times, knocked before coming in (even though the door was unlocked and opened), took pictures of everything he done, took care of everything, just perfect.Haven’t called other places to get quotes, doesn’t know if the prices are high, but it was worth every penny of it!PROFESSIONAL!

We had the pleasure of having Mark service our swamp cooler and fix a faucet leak (I previously had two separate technicians out from another company to fix the faucet leak but they were unsuccessful). This review is specifically for Alan Garcia not the company. I'm saving the company review for when the unit is completely installed. Alan was amazing. He came in to the situation with limited training on heat pumps but it did not deter him at all. He read and worked his way through the entire system to make sure it was running as expected and clear all the errors. It took a few trips but he never gave up and his ability to logically work through the problem is the only reason I have a working HVAC today. 3 other technicians worked on it before Alan was able to find the loose wire, fix it, and then hunt through the complicated and cryptic thermostat panel to find the hidden setting that was preventing the heat pump from working. Thank you, Alan! My hat is off to you.

My furnace went out several days ago and I had this business come and replace it. They did a really good job on the install, they were quick and efficient. I did have to clean up the mess afterwards but that wasn't such a big deal. They were very friendly and professional, they even got me in a day earlier than what was originally scheduled. They didn't try to charge me hundreds extra for driving out like many others I called before I called them. They showed me everything I needed to know about my new furnace and thermostat, and they hauled away the old one for me as well. I will be sure to update my review in the near future as to how well the furnace is working and as to the other services I was promised as this is just the first day. I am supposed to be given some sort of VIP to the store, I am supposed to be given free filters for life, and I think I was supposed to receive the first few maintenance jobs free. I'm very grateful that they were honest and didn't try to run me up on a bunch of surprise charges while on the job. The total was around 6 grand for a new furnace, parts, labor, disposal of old unit, and lifetime filters. I highly recommend this business over all others especially if you live in a rural area. They are very accommodating to those of us who are rural and aren't out to gouge their customers like these other businesses.Special thanks to Steven Civerolo for his personal and specialized assistance to me on the whole matter. He was very professional and informative.Thank you so much to the folks at Signature!

Did a very thorough inspection of the system and discussed the issues as if he were checking on his own home system. About 4 weeks ago I started the process of tapping into a brand new NG line on my street,I called three plumbers:Signature was one that was recommended to me by someone.I set up an appointment with them, the date of the appointment arrives and the company ( Signature ) is late. I call them and a nice fellow comes out to my home and tells me I'm not the one who should be looking at this but I will forward the information to the guy who does this He takes many pictures.A week goes by......no quote,,,,nothing. I call Signature on the 8th day. A very nice young lady answers and apologizes for the delay, She tells me I will have the quote that afternoon. She then calls back, apologizes again and says that they guy who does that stuff will have to get ahold of me. Probably tomorrow.Tomorrow comes and goes.....Nothing.Another week goes by and I call and ask if they have my quote ready. No, they say, I'll put you through to Mark. I leave Mark a message. Mark calls back, he tells me to send pictures, I send them. He will get the quote to me by Friday he says. Friday comes... no quote.... Nothing.I call again on the following Monday,,,, I'm told I'll have it to you this afternoon but at 1445hrs,,,,the phone rings , Hi this is Mark, unfortunately the WH company has not called me back with the conversion kit so I won't have the quote to you this afternoon.“ I already have it.” I say. ( Been three weeks, the WH company mailed it) Mark says: Oh, well I will need to come out there and take some measurements. Okay, how about this Friday I say.Mark does show up, a bit late, he was at a gas leak he says, but okay. He takes more pictures and PROMISES to have the quote to me on Tuesday.....okay I say. So here we are: today is Wednesday. OBVIOUSLY they do not want may business. Because I STILL don't have a quote. BTW, I gave them my email 4 times, and sent them pictures. So no excuses. This company is beyond ridiculous.They should go into photography though. As of today 2-22-19 it has been 30 days, 4 broken promises, why did they waste my and their time to come out and walk around and take pictures, and do NOTHING?As of 3-15-19 ---- No Quote, No contactFinal follow-up.......I never heard back from these guys. Today is 09-15-2022. lol.

I was super happy with the guys from Signature. . We had a new central air/heat unit installed. The electricians Rudy Anaya and Johnny were very professional. There were several issues that needed to be addressed in the electrical system and running lines. They took care of everything leaving professional and neat work and answering all questions.The AC team of Julian Lozoya and Julian Lazoya jJR. were extreamly knowledgeable and professional. They also needed to deal with issues from previous work, that needed to be dealt with before install. The installation was excellent. Months ago I had gotten two quotes on AC that were higher than I had hoped. AC was put on hold indefinitely. One day I was in Lowes looking for bolts. I spoke to the delightful lady at the HVAC display. That resulted in Lowes sending out their partner contractor accompanied by a Lowes person. That is when we met Al of Signature and Eugene of Lowes and subsequently Mark, their crack technician. Wow, were they a team.Yes, their quote was significantly lower than our previous quotes but more than that, by switching our dryer to gas and using that circuit, we were able to save a significant cost of upgrading our electrical service to handle the AC. The idea was Al's to do that and pay for the new dryer from Lowes with the rebate and still the whole job was much better and more complete than the previous quotes and at significantly less cost. It pays to have a team who all are experienced and know their job.... AND care. Upon completion, I felt I had a team of experts I could call on anytime.I have and I do.**********************************************************************I see I cannot add another review even though this team did a 2nd job. This especially speaks to Mark, the technician. During the AC install, Mark noticed our aged water heater and asked If I'd like him to check it out. He did and suggested it had limited life left and explained why, showed internal pictures, and described what would happen when it fails. I postponed the purchase. About two months later it failed.One day I pulled into the drive and saw water running out of the garage. Just as Mark had predicted, it was a crisis. I called my new friend, AL at Signature in a panic. Before the end of that same day my other new friend Mark was on the job. Suffice to say that a greater crisis was averted by Mark with the installation of the new water heater. Without shopping, I had trusted Signature to charge me a fair and competitive price. They did.As Mark was removing the old water heater I made mental note of how it has been installed. After Mark installed the new one, I noted where he had corrected or improved on the previous installation from 15 years ago and the care he took in the details. Top notch work, prompt response, and competitive pricing sum up to dependability and honesty...... TRUST. Thank you to Signature Heating and Cooling and most especially to Mark and Al.

Our kitchen drain wasn’t draining. We tried the usual remedies, to no avail. Thomas came to the house within a couple of hours and had the drain running within a half an hour. Leedro (and his partner, forgot his name, sorry!) came out this morning to diagnose my failed A/C unit. While they worked, they communicated to me (including with photos) any issues they were finding. They they had new info, they would provide an update including potential fixes and rough price points. They guys identified a failed capacitor, swapped it out, tested and confirmed that it was working. The service was fast and professional. The guys gave me a lot of good info now and told me what to look for going forward. Will definitely use them again.

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the recent experience I had with Signature Heating and Cooling. As a trusted vendor of Costco, I had high expectations for the quality of service I would receive, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.Sales representative Erik initially came across as knowledgeable and reassuring. He inspected the property and assured me that everything would function smoothly, promising that the installation would occur within a week. I fully paid $24,773.20 for the services and equipment as per the agreed terms.However, what followed was a series of broken commitments and lack of communication. I never received any follow-up calls, and it was only after numerous attempts that I managed to reach Erik. He mentioned pending permits and delayed timelines, leaving me in a state of uncertainty. After another week passed with no progress, I contacted Steven, who seemed unaware of my project and asked me to make a payment that I had already made. The lack of coordination within your team was evident, and it was disappointing to see Erik being blamed for the internal shortcomings.I trusted your organization despite the effort I had to put in to get updates. I patiently awaited the promised installation after signing the contract on July 21, 2023. Regrettably, as of August 8, 2023, the installation is still pending, causing me to take time off work and remain present at the property. The installation team's inability to proceed due to roof weight limitations was a disheartening revelation. To make matters worse, no alternative solutions were offered except to contact the sales representative.In an attempt to find resolution, I contacted Erik to discuss my concerns. While he initially suggested exploring mini split options and even offered a $300 gift card as compensation for the inconvenience, my visit to the office did not yield any fruitful outcomes. I encountered a lack of preparedness, as Erik was absent and I had to speak to Robert Quintana, the sales manager. Despite his empathetic demeanor initially, he was unable to provide viable alternatives or a clear way forward. His offer to honor the contract if I upgraded my roof was not feasible, and his lack of options left me frustrated.When I attempted to discuss a refund with Robert, I was met with resistance and frustration. He declined to compensate me for the troubles and deflected the responsibility onto Costco for refunds. His agitated response to my questions about a refund timeline led to an abrupt hang-up during our conversation.I find it deeply unprofessional that Robert hung up on a customer seeking clarity and resolution. I conveyed my dissatisfaction via text, highlighting the unprofessionalism of this behavior, but my message was ignored. I have also reached out to the owner of the company in hopes that they value their reputation in the community and address this situation appropriately.In conclusion, my experience with Signature Heating and Cooling has been a disappointment at every turn. I would not recommend your company to anyone, as the lack of transparency, broken commitments, and unprofessional behavior have left me thoroughly dissatisfied. It is regrettable that the company's reputation as a trusted vendor of Costco does not align with the reality of the services provided.

Two managers initially came out to assess the problems, and they were great; they listened and then outlined their plan for us. The workmen showed up on the day(s) scheduled, and they were skilled, courteous, and eager to work around our schedule. I was on the schedule for Friday to have my install finally completed and turned on. They No Called and No showed on an appointment i had to take off of work for. My daughter had a positive experience with this company so when my heater was getting ready to fail I decided to call them. They scheduled an appointment very quickly and Daniel was my consultant. He evaluated my house and offered options on the best furnace for my house and gave me advice as what to choose. He called to see if he could get it installed the next day and they were full but I only had to wait until the next working day. Oscar and Irvin showed up as scheduled and on time. They removed the old furnace, installed the new furnace, had the electricians show up, and made sure my furnace was up to code. They did such a great job. Oscar put extra insulation around my furnace and showed me how to work the new thermostat. He even went through the garage to make sure there wasn't any screws or debris on the floor of the garage. I was very impressed with the entire encounter, especially the great installation team.

I had a leak in my foundation and a sewer line in the front yard that needed to be replaced badly. I called places and signature was the one that was able to come out and diagnose the issue. They sent David to fix the leak and Mark to diagnose. Both where vey professional and friendly. David went above and beyond to fix my leak and my line . Leedro and his team were total rockstars. In addition to replacing a water heater, we had a major leak in both our hot and cold lines. The plumbing in our adobe house is pre-1960 and Leedro and the team were able to pinpoint the leaks, repair them and fix the outdated piping. Came same day on a Saturday so was happy initially. Service call was agreed upon for $ 157.00 because furnace was working intermittently during a cold spell. Found out low gas pressure at furnace. To hook up his manometer to furnace and do about 4 minutes of wireing cost me over $400.00! To top it off, service tech said I needed extensive work to get my HVAC up to code before I could call gasco to check service pressure. Said I may even have a gas leak. Based on their initial cost for service visit, decided to use another HVAC Co. who said my upgrades would not be as extensive and provided reasonable quote who then followed through.

Until yesterday I had 5-star experience with Signature. As of yesterday, I will never use them again. One star is too many!I have two rental properties. I called to have them go to Property A, they showed up at Property B. They told me I gave them the wrong address, only to admit later that I had, in fact, given them the correct address, TWICE. Amanda lied to me and told me I made the mistake, all the while knowing Signature made the mistake. They show up unannounced at Property B, and bully their way in, with my tenant completely surprised they are there - when they are not supposed to be. (I have amazing tenants and great working relationships with them, they always know when I send service people out.) Signature technicians begin doing work they were absolutely not authorized to do, blaming my tenant for items not installed correctly, with my tenant doing his best to defend himself and explain that other Signature employees had misinstalled those items. Technicians continued to bully and blame my tenant despite his every objection. In the process of doing work they were not supposed to be doing, they broke personal property of my tenant due to carelessly throwing a filter across the room. They did not apologize. When my tenant called Signature to complain, he was informed that NO SIGNATURE PERSONNEL had been dispatched to Property B that day, and that he was lying. My tenant was threatened and told to provide video proving they had been there. He went online and found a photo of the Signature employees in question, in uniform, and forced Signature to admit that their employees had, in fact, been at Property B. In speaking with General Manager Sky, he called the mistakes and outright lying a “Comedy of Errors.” He did not follow through on commitments he gave me. At every mistake, instead of owning up and fixing things, Signature lied and blamed myself and my tenant. We spoke with or worked with at least 6 Signature employees and none were honest or trustworthy. I have instructed tenants at both of my properties that if Signature ever shows up again, they are to call the Police, immediately. I am working with the Better Business Bureau and will be contacting Costco to have their contract revoked. This business believes that good Customer Service means bullying, lying, and threatening customers. RUN, DO NOT WALK!

I have an older home that had 70 year old heaters and a old swamp cooler. I had a new heater installed in the crawl space. Also I switched over to refrigerated air conditioning including installation of ductwork that didn't exist before. I'm very pleased with the results. My old house feels like the temperature is constant throughout the house. It's also less stuffy. They were very considerate concerning the inevitable mess that ended up in the house. Although it was very messy. I'm pleased overall.

Had a wonderful experience with Signature from beginning to end. Enjoyed the soft yet professional approach of Erik who patiently explained the ins and outs of converting our swamp system for a new AC. Also walked us through the financial part of going through Costco, which saved us a LOT! The installation went smoothly, with Julian and John explaining what they were doing as they went along, checking in with us from time to time if they had a question. They were professional, courteous, and left no trace once the project was completed. Greg dropped by a couple of times to check on the project who was also professional and approachable. We had two other bids for this work, both which were twice the cost and both seemed an up sell to us. So glad we chose Signature.

We had signature install refrigerated air and a new furnace and we couldn’t be happier! Dan came out quickly for the initial inspection and went through all options available. He was very helpful in answering the questions we had about each unit. Sam and Henry did a great job on the install! They also went over the function and operation after they were done. We’ll definitely recommend them to everyone in the future.

Our AC was not working yesterday, called after-hours and got a callback at 8am for an appointment later that day. Jose arrived earlier than expected and was incredibly helpful. Not only was he able to get our AC back up and running better than before, he thoroughly traced the problem to the source and showed us exactly what the issues were. Highly recommend this company and especially Jose Orozco for quality service!

I’ve never dealt with company that is so unprofessional that I feel the need to write a review like this.Was originally given a quote on having the drain line for my entire house re-piped which required excavation of the crawlspace. I thought cool they seem like they cared and would get this done with no problem. The day they were to start the work the guy calls and says he can’t come. Ok so we reschedule for the following day and that’s where things started going down hill. They went out of their way to not do the work and kept coming up with excuses. The sad part is that if they would have just done what was asked the project would have been done within a few days. It’s now almost a month later and I’m still having problems with plumbing and they insist everything was completed. They also managed to hit our waterline and had to delay work because of that. Also after the supposed work was done they left my yard in a mess. We are still finding pieces of pipe all over.My wife has talked to their general manager Jeremiah Jackson and he has stopped responding to us and every time we call he is always in a meeting. We found out that our last invoice has a forged signature in the customer line indicating we accepted work. I know why they call it Signature now. I think Forged Signature is probably a more appropriate company name. Do not go with this company. Deceitful, lazy, incompetent and the worst customer service I have ever seen.

They recently replaced our old hvac system with a new one and did an amazing job. The sales team member was really friendly and answered all of our questions.The install team was quick and professional and when we did have a minor issue, they came out and fixed it later that evening. As Costco members we also got a decent size shopping card for Costco when we purchased though them.I would recommend using them for future projects.

I made an appointment for HVAC service and waited several days for it and then in 100+ heat they decided to prioritize people who called in last minute over scheduled appointments and then did not inform me. I only found out because I called to find out when they would arrive and they told me they would reschedule me for 5 days later! I highly do not recommend. This was my first and last time attempting to use them for service.

New review: Still love Signature Heating and Cooling after 2 years. The big plus for me is that I trust their competence and their word (as important) and for a difficult A Type personality like myself - well this is everything. They do right by the customer and this is gold..... and I mean gold. A small couple of mistakes/oversights were made and well... they took care of it. (older review) Great company! Jeremy turned on my furnace and winterized my swamp and did an outstanding job while educating me on furnace and swamp care. Very knowledgeable about HVAC and so appreciated him. These are my new go-to folks for heating and plumbing.

Dan Fenton is a professional sales rep; he completely understood our needs and explained the entire process without any hesitation. Rudy the electrician was very knowledgeable and also explained how the electrical processed work! I want to really give a shout out to Oscar and German, these guys were terrific, polite and professional, they left the job cleaner than it was when they started. Oscar explained how I would be able to set my system up with my phone and explained the thermostat settings! They really worked hard and set my whole system up within no time at all, I really believed that this was going to be a two day job, instead it only took one day. Sadly, I have had to edit my review and decrease my rating of Signature Heating and Cooling.They installed a mini split system in my house approximately three months ago. To be clear, I was very impressed with my install technicians. They were prompt, installed the system cleanly, and done quickly. I really liked the tech team. No two installs are alike, and their ability to get the system in and installed well was very good. They get 5 stars. The Lennox system, and Signature accounting and management team pull that combined rating down to 2.I purchased a Lennox 4 head system with a total cost of $14000. Shortly after the install, I paid all but $1000 as I was having some noise issues and was waiting for inspections. I have two head units that intermittently make very noticeable popping noises as they cool down / heat up. These noises are loud enough that they wake up the occupants of the room. Two other head units operate as advertised. Silently.I received an invoice from Signature for over $4000 for the remaining amount. I contacted their book keeping department, provided payment documentation, and they corrected my invoice amount.I then later received a past due notice for the $1000. I contacted Signature again, and explained that my noise problem was pending, and that I still had not had either the mechanical or electrical inspections and final tags. I told them that I would be holding the final payment until this was resolved.As of 9/7/20, my mechanical inspection has been completed. No contact from the electrical inspector. I had a tech come out (very courteous guy) who told me that he has contacted the Lennox rep and that Lennox has never experienced my noise problem. It appears that I am going to be stuck with a noisy system.I'm disappointed by this in particular, as my sales person sold me this system based on a quiet running and efficient pitch. A head which cracks and pops due to the cover plate flexing is not quiet running.Just this past week, I received another past due invoice from Signature. I'm still waiting for the electrical inspection. Sorry Signature.... I'm not paying until inspections are complete. You should be pushing the inspections. Not me. Feel free to call, but I might not hear my phone over the noise of my silent air conditioner.As a side note, the Albuquerque office was almost barren when I stopped by. I was told that all support calls now route through an office in AZ. I wish I had used a smaller, more locally invested company. Definitely wish I had bought something other than Lennox.

Derick, German and Henry were absolutely fantastic. When I called for service because I didn’t have heat, Derick was at my house in one hour six days later German and Henry were installing a new furnace! There was no pressure to purchase new furnace at all. They were ready to repair and gave me a rate. Since the old furnace was 20 years old, my children encouraged me replace it. I needed to get quote on swamp cooler, Nick came to my house in an hour. Wrote an itemized list of what needed to bring cooler into code and replacement costs. All four of these gentlemen were professional, timely and took time to explain costs, equipment and warranties. If I was a business owner, I would be proud to have them be a represent my Company!

He didn't think he could get the job done until Tuesday but since we had been without hot water since Friday night, he decided to replace the hot water heater for us right away. We had OUTSTANDING service for two of our older swamp coolers. Neftali Lopez-Duran was our technician/expert. He was thorough and performed thecrepairs with care and expertise. He went beyond what was necessary to ensure a working unit and workmanship. He saved us near future probs. We rely on Signature. THANK YOU Neftali Lopez-Duran!Unfortunately, I needed a plumber because of a minor leak that was persisting since Dec. 30. I could not find the leak on my own in my home, but was able to rule out any major pipe damage, and was advised that there may be some valves that are leaking; however, I did not see evidence of water leakage anywhere other than the alerts of a leak from my water service.Signature assigned me Thomas Ward -- an expert Plumber in my view -- with over 19 years of experience. He arrived ready to find the problem and expertly and efficiently identified multiple small valve leaks an a few other small but potentially bothersome problems that were unnecessary water loss. In addition, he explained and helped me understand for my future benefit all that he did. It is obvious that Mark Thomas is a professional tradesperson who takes pride in his skill, experience and knowledge. Lucky for us! We purchased our house earlier this year, so coming into this winter is the first time we have had to start up our radiant heat boiler. Chad arrived at the scheduled time and was extremely helpful and friendly. He took time to familiarize me with the system and answered all of my questions about maintenance and operations. I was very pleased with the service he provided, and I look forward to seeing him again at the end of the heating season.UPDATEOnly a couple of weeks later and we woke up to no hot water pressure. David was able to come promptly, diagnose the problem effectively, and repair it quickly. Both of these gentlemen did a stellar job, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Wow!!! That is all I can say about Signature Heating Cooling and Plumbing. My Sales Rep Al and the plumber Chris are the best. In doing all the upgrades to our Heating and Cooling and all the obstacles that they came across they kept up that positive it will get done attitude. Can't say THANK YOU enough for the extra work and effort it took to get our Gas Range up and going. Finally, as of today we have gas! HA!! Also, I think his name is Derek, (someone's boss). Needed to upgrade our old swap cooler and old heater. Kevin came out walked us through the process and took all our house dimensions including all window and gave us an estimate which was a few thousand less than the other quotes I got from other companies. Kevin worked with me to get everything scheduled and squared away very quickly. From the time I said I wanted the service it was only 2 days till my install day which I never would have thought could happen. They told us to expect a 2 day install time to do all the electrical work, removing all the old heaters and swamps and install all new equipment. Sam and Adam came out and did our install and were absolutely awesome! They were here right at 830am as they told me they would be and actually had everything finished installed and cleaned up by 545pm. They were extremely professional, clean, and made sure I knew everything about what they were doing each step of the process. Everyone from the saleman to the electricians to the installers went way way above and beyond what they had to do yo make us happy. Would highly recommend signature to anyone, I was beyond happy with everything they did for us.

We highly recommend Signature! Our installers (Julian, Oscar, Nate and Rudy) were exceptionally knowledgable, professional, personable, and efficient. We converted to AC in our two story home, which required Installation of two AC condensers and replacement of two furnaces, plus removal of two swamp coolers from our roof using a crane. The installers worked really well together as a cohesive team, including their manager, Greg, which was very impressive. It was a pleasure working with them as they were very respectful of my home and kept everything clean. Julian and Oscar helped us with identification of some problem areas (roof leak, etc) unrelatedly to the job they were doing and patched some things up for us. This is exceptional customer service! They walked us through the installation process along the way, educated us on use & maintenance, and even supplied us with carbon monoxide alarms. And, the new Lennox systems are awesome! They are super quiet & efficient, and the temperatures are finally consistent throughout the entire house. And the thermostats are tech forward. My mother, who is 88 years old realized at 3:00pm on July 4th that her house was at 86 degrees. I called Signature and asked if anyone was working and if they could come out before the end of the day to fix her air conditioner. Mark Apodaca came out within the hour and fixed the air conditioner with no problem at all.. He showed us what had caused it to quit working, using the pieces and language we could understand. Elijah Balcazar and Chris Peralta worked in 101 degree temperature and were very pleasant to work with. Two others were there earlier. It seemed like a very complicated job because the panel had to be moved and also our house was very old and had a lot of past mysterious electric wiring to unknown long-gone circuits. So far, it is a miracle because everything works!

The service tech responded to a plumbing backup, an after hours call. He carefully assessed the problem and returned with the tools needed for the job. He was thoughtful and careful in his work and in his recommendations for moving forward. This was about as good an outcome as a plumbing backup can be. We had a split system furnace and refrigerated air unit installed on March 26. These guys did a great job, efficient, polite and very concerned of how such a big job would affect my family. They did a two day install in one day. Jerry Martinez designed a great system and Mark Apodaca was very helpful with the follow up. Joel, Herman, Miguel, Sammy and Gavin knew their stuff and did the job with minimal disruption. There may be some room for improvement with my communications through the office with the guys doing the work but overall I would definitely recommend Signature to others.

Jimmy Lube came to my house to do an HVAC system maintenance on a system that was installed by Signature about 3 years ago. He did an excellent job and showed me, with pictures, what he checked and what he found. I found him to be very precise and clear in his explanations. He found a problem with the hot water heater, which he did not even have to check. We decided to replace the WH. He arrived with the perfect replacement when he said he would, with help. They replaced the WH and cleaned up in a professional manner. He answered all my questions. A very professional job. I was very pleased.

Extremely impressed with this company. I called last night around 8 pm that my air conditioning unit was not working and they sent out a technician within the hour. Matt was very friendly and got up on the roof to see what was going on. Turns out my filter was just bad. He gave me directions on how to use the A/C unit until he could return with a new filter in the morning. Quick, effective and reasonable. I called three places before them and those other places wanted to charge me around $150-200 just to come out and diagnose. With AMI I paid less than that for a new filter and the service charge. I highly recommend them!

They have always done a fantastic job with all the details of switching over air to heat and back. The tech shows up on time and is very thorough in checking everything. Buyer beware: My mom called these guys to have a toilet issue fixed. They charged her over $600.00. When she checked on the work she discovered the parts weren't all replaced.And that's not all. They sent out two men into her home who asked scary questions like: Do you live alone?I strongly recommend anyone considering doing business with this outfit find a more reputable outfit. We needed more air return, he said we should contact the other company but we were done with them. SCAM. The two men that came out told us that we had a leak and that we could either pay $700 for a leak test, but that they advised on paying for a $1600 repair instead right away. We decided to decline and get a second opinion and it ended up being a second breaker. Electrical should be the first thing that is checked and any professional should know that. My wife and I have an area of our house that is always hot in the summer and cold in the winter so we finally decided to look into getting a Mini-Split heating/cooling system. We saw a display table with information about Lennox products at our favorite Lowe's store. We signed up for an appointment later that day. Soon after, I got a phone call confirming our appointment with Dan, who is the Project Manager. A bit later I get a text message showing me a picture of Dan with a brief bio about him. Now I not only what Dan looks like, but also some information about his background. I thought that was pretty impressive. Our appointment was for 3:00. At about 2:30 I get a call from Dan saying that he was on his way to our house and his arrival time would be 3:00. Again - impressive. As it turns out I had a last minute request for an appointment. This meant my wife would be home alone and would have to deal with Dan on her own. Long story short...she texts me around 3:30 saying the appointment went great but no contract. When I arrived home she explains, that after reviewing our particular situation, Dan advised her that a Mini-split system would not be a good solution in the room where we were hoping to get it installed. He told her he could go ahead and give her the details about getting one installed but that he would not recommend it. Seriously? He turned down an opportunity to make a sale because it wouldn't be a good investment for us? Who does that anymore? I immediately emailed him and thanked him for his professional and HONEST behavior. He responded, thanking me for my kind words and added, I am just lucky to work for company that values ethics and encourages us to be perfectly transparent with our customers, especially when a potential sale is involved. And THAT, ladies and gentlemen, is why I am writing this review! I plan to spread the word about Signature Heating, Cooling & Plumbing every chance I get. This is just the beginning!

Sloppy, shoddy, and unsafe. This company does not in any way live up to the quality promised by their salesman, quality that they claim justifies their higher prices. After their disaster of an install, they sent a second crew to fix all the problems left by the first crew. They said the first crew did a poor job because the workers didn't like each other. The second crew repaired some of the safety problems but left others. The installation manager made excuses for the remaining problems or just mumbled and shrugged them off. I will need to hire a second company to check to make sure the installation is safe and complete. I would recommend that you try to find a company that will stand behind their work.

Julian and Nate took great care of me, and did a super clean installation of a high efficiency Lennox AC and furnace in place of my old 80% Carrier and swamp cooler. They showed up early, stayed late, addressed every question, tested every mode of operation, and were courteous and helpful.Update: my furnace did not pass mechanical inspection, it took 3 calls to get someone scheduled to come out and fix the issue, but they never came. If you don't want an NSRES sticker on your door, go shop somewhere else.Update to the update: I called them on 4/12, 4/16, 4/19, 4/23, 5/3, and 5/10, was promised a call back each time and received nothing. On 5/10, I was promised that a representative of the company would come to meet with me on the date of reinspection (5/13). Not only didn't their representative show, call, or text, calling them again resulted in him blaming it on me. I'm not asking much, only that the $20k system I paid to be installed be inspected and green-tagged.

Recently we decided to install a Single Zone Mini-Split heating and cooling system in our house and we were extremely pleased with the service provided by Signature Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. This is the first time we used this firm, but it won’t be our last because their service technicians care to do their best; and they did. Juan and Patrick (unfortunately I don’t know their last names) were our primary installers, and their work was superb. I required a sub-electrical panel for this installation and the two electricians were Nathan McCoy and Daron Holmes. They worked all day until 6:30 without a break and their final work was again outstanding. I’ve tried other heating and cooling firms in Albuquerque, but for me—Signature Heating, Cooling and Plumbing will be my preferred choice bar none. Today we had a Min Split System installed in our home. The two technicians, Joel Gardea and German Ramos were professional and fast while installing the unit. They also cleaned up after themselves and did their work with pride. I would recommend having a Split System in any room. We love it.

When I called back I over heard her saying oh well not my problem! She shouldn’t be working there if she can’t be humble and have some empathy!

We've used Signature's competitors before, and can honestly say that no other business can touch Signature's quality of service. We've worked with Signature several times now and all of the employees we've interacted with, from their scheduling folks, to the technicians themselves, have all been so friendly, patient, and kind throughout the entire process...from start to finish! During our most recent repair job, our technician, Saul Vasquez, was especially helpful, as the issue with our furnace was complicated and difficult to diagnose. Saul remained persistent in figuring out where the problem was, and was very honest and upfront with us throughout the entire process. Never once did we feel pressured to pay for any service or part that he suggested we needed, as it was very obvious that he wanted to try and keep cost down for us as much as possible. We are so appreciative of the service we received, and highly recommend Signature to anyone looking for an honest, dependable, and high-quality company!

WARNING: INVESTIGATION BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU CURRENTLY PENDING. USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN CONDUCTING BUSINESS WITH SIGNATURE!We solicited a bid to have the drain line for our entire house re-piped which required some excavation of the crawlspace. William Legatzke was the Signature employee who responded to our request for bid, and provided a written estimate for the project. After selection of Signature to complete the scope of work Mr. Legatzke and his supervisor, Shane Fletcher, went above and beyond to get out of completing the work hired to complete. After further discussion with Mark Apodaca, a manager, and Jeremiah Jackson, the general manager, we came to an agreement that Signature would complete the scope of work we hired them to do at the price they estimated. Once completion of the work was reported we paid Signature in full. However, we have since found that they only re-piped a portion of the house and neglected to tell us. Upon this discovery we have tried to find a solution, but Mr. Jackson is now insisting that Signature completed the work since they re-piped a portion of the house and the estimate does not state “whole house” even though from the start we have requested that the entire house drain line be re-piped and the estimate does not indicate a portion. Additionally, the last invoice which we received a day after paying for the service has a forged signature in the customer signature line indicating acceptance of the work.Mr. Jackson verbally told us that to finish re-piping the remainder of the work would cost upwards of $15,000. However, we have now gotten the rest of the work completed by one of their competitors for $1,400 without complaint.Do not trust: William Legatzke, Mark Apodoca, Jeremiah Jackson, or Shane Fletcher.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. Customer service is non existent and the person who came out was not knowledgeable. This will be a long story. So I called originally because there was a pipe connected to my water heater that was leaking. When the tech(idk if thats the correvt terminology) came I received no estimate, he fixed it and handed me a bill of over 350. I paid and he went on his way. Later that day I realized I had no hot water( i had hot water the entire time the pipe was leaking for days before they were able to show). I called back and he came by at about 930pm. After trying a few things he stated that a part had coincidentally burned out the same day he came. He stated he would call me the next day with info on the part. The next day i received no call. I called at noon and was told he was still looking and will call later. I still received no call. I called at 5 and got the same response. The next day was thanksgiving so i didnt expect anything. The next day(friday) i still received no call. I called and he didnt answer. I called the company and was told id receive a call back. I never did. I called again later in the afternoon and was told they would put it down as an emergency callback seeing as i had no information. I have yet to receive a call back and it is monday. On Saturday i called someone else, this person found the part within an hour and when they got here found that i DIDNT EVEN NEED THE PART. He pressed a reset button and it was fixed. So I went DAYS with no hot water because the tech didnt try a simple button. That would have costed me a few hundred i am sure for a part i didn't even need. Again i have yet to even hear back. I am never calling again and will not recommend.

In all respects....Oscar Diaz came today for inspection of the AC portion of the new Trane XV80, and set me straight on a couple of things that were confusing at first .....he also solved a dilemma during the inspection which entirely explained the confusion I had, and that made my day.....The staff from both plumbing and HVAC continue to be unmatched in all aspects.Alan Garcia today shored up a loose kitchen faucet that was difficult to access and handle under the sink....He also did some work on angle stops along with tightening up the faucet in the utility room.....That far everything is holding firmly and well.....He also answered a couple of new questions on the new Trane HVAC system that was installed just over two months ago.....Alan is also an HVAC installer....

I had my water heater brought up to code. Victor the technician was very professional. He told me the various options available and did not do a hard sell on me. I ended up also getting the yearly deal where they will switch over the furnace and swamp cooler in the spring and fall and do any maintenance on the water heater and furnace for much less than other companies were charging. I am very satisfied with their work and prices!

Adam did a great job reviewing and confirming the original diagnosis of the problem and plainly explained what caused the AC to stop working then quickly installed the new part to bring the AC back on line.My AC was not working for a full month because a part had to be ordered from the manufacturer. During that time Signature showed that they cared about my plight by giving me a portable AC unit to use until the AC was fixed. Also they clearly made an effort to get the AC running as soon as possible.

Paid extra to have new refrigeration unit on the roof where the old swap cooler was. Was told by installer that wasn't possible due to weakness around swamp cooler. Roof was redone with new roof 2 years ago and I know that's not the case. Roof was fine!! So called Signature re: my concerns and was told no it would be over old swamp cooler. Bottom line didn't get the installation I asked for and paid for. There are 3 houses I can see from my back yard with Refrigeration exactly on the old duct work. As a result now how unsightly boxy spot where old Swamp cooler was and an new unit 3 feet or so away. Very disappointed!!

Although the lack of interest is a little disheartening. I have found that the HVAC/plumbing industry in ABQ is pretty shaky, this company was definitely not a breath of fresh air. Very disappointed. I chose Signature because of the reviews and thinking I was entering into a relationship with an excellent mature company with a proven track record. I was okay with paying a premium until the installation happened. It was a combo unit replacement on a roof. A small army showed up unannounced, with no communication of what was happening; the installer claimed the installation was complete and left me with a dead unit over the weekend. When they returned on Monday, they reported the blower cage was dislodged, like the unit had been dropped. Debris in the yard and the crane cracked my driveway concrete which I have reported twice. I've given up on hearing back from Signature.

At first I thought the price of a new one was high, but David returned the next day with a much better water cooler than I had before, installed it better than the previous one was installed, and gave me tips on care and the settings. Michael was very professional he was able to find the problem with the controller of my swamp cooler . I was a little disappointed because the initial person that I set the appointment up with told me that the charge would be $77 for any kind of problem solving. Michael did find the problem. The controller did need to be replaced but I had another problem a belt was loose and I asked him to look at it . At this time he informed me that was not included in the $77 and that if he had to go up the ladder to the roof it would cost me a another $129 . So I told him to go ahead on top of the roof and see if the belt needed to be tightened. We had just installed it and I didn’t know how to tighten the belt and I was afraid a loose belt could damage the cooler somehow . All I saw Michael do was turn a screw and tighten the belt which couldn’t have taken more than five minutes. He charged me the $129 on top of the $77 . I was disappointed. I was using signature for the first time because another company had referred me to them they were busy and couldn’t fit me in . They did sound like they would be very good for us. I found that it was all about money they wanted to add $250 more for a thermostat Installation and I told him that I would buy my own and install it . I have to give it to Michael he was very professional he did point out the problem with the controller but I don’t think I can get past the less than five minutes he was on the roof and charged me $129. The way I look at it is if a company wants return business they could bend a little if they know it will please the customer .

Wow. They showed up and spent about 10 seconds looking at my water heaters and said they have to replace them. I asked them, perhaps might you want to inspect them or do some diagnostics and they sort of threw their hands in the air and said there was nothing they could do due to the age of the water heaters. Of course, all of this could have been told to me over the phone so for about 10 seconds of work I paid $83 and it was obvious the person working the tablet to process the payment couldn't even figure out the app and taking the actual payment took like 5 minutes, much longer than the actual inspection took. Seriously lame.

I called on a Friday afternoon and asked that a technician come out and give me a quote to fix a plumbing issue caused by a different plumber. I was told that the tech that came out would call in advance. Sure enough, Monday morning first thing I got a call and the tech was there promptly. He listened to my request for varied estimates and then offered to email them to me. I was given the option of purchasing my or hardware or not - and that I appreciated.After shopping around a bit, I ordered the parts and picked them up the following day. Then I called to schedule the repair work. The tech was going out of town, but he put me as a #1 priority and came out the same day. I could not have waited! He was so patient, even when the shut off water leaked and caused him headaches (the city did the water shutoff). In the end, I was completely awed by the technician's standard of work, his willingness to entertain my input, and best of all that he stayed until the job was done.I will always call upon Signature in the future and will recommend them to others.

From the first contact for bid with Dan to the last contact Julian, Nate and Leedro departing after installation we had nothing less than an exceptional experience. The scope of the work was demanding, when problems arose, they came to me with the problem and a solution. The original bid was the ending cost, no add-ons or overruns. I would recommend Signature Heating and Cooling without hesitation. We had a new central heat system installed with all new ductwork, vents in a 70 year old home with no previous heat system.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Complete waste of time and money. I spoke with a dispatcher who told me it would cost 79.00 to have somebody come out to my house and if it was an easy fix that would be the only charge. The plumber shows up to my house 2.5 HOURS LATE and was a complete jerk. He says I will likely have to replace my water heater soon but he can change some washers to see if that will fix it while I am considering my options but that will cost 89.00 on top of the 79.00. No big deal, if that was what I had been told. Changing a washer seems like a pretty easy fix to me. I tell him to leave and call the company back because this is very clearly not what we discussed. This person was very nice and said an office manager will call me the next morning about a refund. This manager was another waste of time and basically said there is nothing they could do. I would HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere.

Signature heating and cooling is great! We recently had a problem turning our water heater on. We were convinced that there was a problem with the control unit, but when Signature sent William to look he had our water heater up and running in less than five minutes. All it took was a little magic and a screwdriver. Signature could have charged us for a new smart controller, or tried to sell us a new water heater, but they didn’t, and that kind of honesty is really hard to find. Thank you!

We are satisfied with our new split system we purchased from Signature to replace our old A/C compressor and AquaTherm heater. The new system is working beautifully and I like how they give you free filters for the life of the system. I would have rated five star but there was a few issues at installation that required us to call them to return to our house but these issues were fully resolved in the end.

We used signature last fall and had several issues with them.First they tried to say we had a carbon monoxide leak from our heater and needed a new heater that cost $4 grand ASAP! We got a second opinion and found that we didn’t need a new heater.Also when winterizing our evaporative cooler they disconnected the water lines and left the 25’ line dangling from the house. My wife called to ask them to put it on the house on top of our house like the previous company did but they proceeded to removed the hardware that is attached to our faucet outside and put it in our house. Now I have to reattach the hardware.I don’t recommend them or trust them.

Repair person was here for 2 minutes when he advised me it would cost $1000.00.Unit is working? Just not cooling as it should. Never asked to see the unit, or even if the filer is clean? What he did ask was what temp is it set to, When I told him it was set to 78° ( my attempt to keep the unit from over working) Well set it to 72° next minute I received my estimate $1000.00 because refrigerant cost $400 a lb and I'm going to need at least 2lbs? Had same service done by a different company and it cost me $ 97.00. This 2 minute drive by estimate cost me $ 77.00 Now I know why I was able to get an appointment so quickly.

We had 3 mini-split air conditioners installed at our house by Signature. Dan, our salesman did a great job of describing the deal with Costco, the installation process, and the needed paperwork. The installation was completed in one day by Sam and Herman doing the HVAC work and Chris’ crew handling electrical. They were professional, and responded well to requests to adjust their plan. Inside, they covered nearby furniture and took care to clean up after themselves. The building inspectors both commented that they thought the work looked very good. It was a positive experience.

First, a galvanized pipe that was leaking needed repairing. Thomas and Neff replaced it with the appropriate brass pipe (for some reason, the inspector did not catch this oversight). Second, they re-routed and extended the hose for the AC condenser. Thank you for your work and professionalism!

Called the office he said he is looking for the parts but never told me about it.said he will come back again but never came. I have used Signature Heating and cooling many times. They are not cheap but almost always quote a fair price and do a good job. Recently, I asked them to give me a quote for one kitchen faucet and stop replacement in a rental unit. The plumber quoted $830 - including parts. I almost laughed at his face at this ridiculous price. My tenant told me she would rather wait than having me spend that much money. I hired a different company - reputed, licensed and insured - they charged me less than $250. I spent $50 for parts.Please be cautious. Signature Heating and cooling seriously need to review their pricing.

Motor went out on our HVAC unit and Signature came to diagnose the problem. Our tech was Michael and he did an excellent and quick job to diagnose the problem. Long story short, he got the part that was needed, installed it much quicker than I expected, and got us up and running within an hour of arriving. We've used this company in the past for a different problem and we'll continue to use them again, but hopefully not too soon.

Alan showed up when promised, listened to the issue with my AC and immediately got to work to better understand the issue. As soon as he scoped out the problem, he let me know what was needed, and received my authorization to move forward with the repair. Julian and his team did an excellent job installing my AC units (5T and 3T). The job turned out to be much bigger in scope than originally anticipated, with challenges along the way, but they handled everything professionally. Any time a decision came up that was unusual, they didn't hesitate to pull me into the discussion. In addition, their electrician did an excellent job of tidying the main panel as part of his installation work. Top notch fellas!

I've had lots of bad experiences with all sorts of contractors, but this outfit stands out as one that truly understands service and excellence. Our technician, Leedro, listened to our description of the AC issue, and persisted in looking even after initially determining that the problem lay elsewhere. We had great experience with getting HVAC. They were professional and courteous. When we decided to use Signature for our plumbing, that is were we made our mistake. We had break in pipe in our house sub floor. It took six months for Signature to fix the issue. We had to constantly call to get them to come out. When they would come out, they would just tell me it could be fixed until water was gone. They would pump water out then disappear for days. Then when they fixed our issue after six months, they forgot to clean out pipes and we ended up having backup. We called asking for help as they 24 hour service. We got no response. We ended up calling another service to fix backup. They were out to fix it in hour.No one responded to me or to letter my wife sent. I'm still finding issues with what they did. Broke my air vents with pipe they left on top of vent. I had to go under find out why. Trash was left. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

In less than an hour my repair technician Derek diagnosed a plugged vacuum line that had eluded TLC repair technicians on multiple call outs for months . Wow were do I began... I have never written a review like this but I am so frustrated. Everything seemed to be running smoothly with install of a package unit until they had to work with PNM. I had to call and schedule with PNM just so it wouldn't take six weeks. Then our house flooded after a storm because our unit was never sealed correctly. This led to water damage on our floors and leaking in other parts of the roof. They still haven't had roofers come out to inspect the damage we have had to contact them over ten times to remind them. On top of that the electrical upgrade left outlets not working and them saying they'll reconnect them after the inspection. That sounds safe! Don't use them!!! I should've went with TLC.

Hahaha this is comical. Had a few plumbers come out to give me a quote on running a new gas line about 27 I feet to 35 feet depending on the route the plumber wanted to go. Neftali comes out and takes pictures and uses his measuring tape to badly measure distances. Literally not making straight measurements like not moving things out of the way and letting the tape fall to the floor and still writing the measurements down. Tells me he will get me the quote that night. Other plumbers were quoting me about $2,000-$3,000 but I wanted to see what Signature would quote. I had other plumbers standing by but let a few days go by and I texted Neftali if he had the quote with no response. I went ahead and found a plumber who is going to do it for $2,000 and randomly today (8 days later) I get the quote and a text asking to rate my experience. To give you (the people) perspective on this job, it is a kitchen renovation, there is nothing in this room, no walls, no insulation, no floor and no ceiling. I asked for a line to be run anyway they wanted but I just need a line for a gas range and a gas dryer about 6 feet apart from each other. The quote, which is hilarious is $12,930 and in the description it says “needs to be 1” pipe.”. 1” black pipe from Home Depot is $4/foot and flex pipe is around the same price. Even if they charged me $1000 on parts, that’s $11,900 on labor that would probably take an experienced plumber an afternoon depending on what direction they wanted to go? To me, this is either people wanting to charge anything they want and see if people pay for it or they didn’t want the job. Hard pass Signature!

Needed a pedestal sink removed and replaced with a vanity my husband had purchased. Dave was our technician and he was WONDERFUL! Not only did he do the job in record time, he worked to make sure the water flow from the new faucet (a waterfall faucet) was to my liking.He was personable, professional and had a great sense of humor.I would NOT hesitate to use Signature (and, hopefully, Dave) for any future plumbing needs.

After going through several “experts” regarding issues with our tankless water heater who all stated different and costly repairs were needed to fix it. Victor from Signature showed up on time and was very professional, diagnosed and fixed the issue very timely and at a far cheaper cost than was quoted by the other guys.
