I discovered that the pipes under my kitchen sink had been leaking for months causing my cabinet floor to buckle. The technician from central plumbing recommended that all the pipe lines be replaced under the sink. He removed all the old pipes and replaced them with new stuff. He did the work fast and cheaply and I'm very happy with the result! Thanks!

I decided to go with a five star service that was more accessible than the big names where I was probably just a number in their daily quota (that really happens). Former military I wanted good value and them in and out. Quotes and research completed they were my first choice. The technician notified me ahead of time they could be early if convenient and were in and out with parts replaced, my problem solved rather quickly. On August 3rd 2017, I called Central Plumbing, Heating and Cooling for an estimate. They came right over and after the estimate they gave me a very reasonable price, pleased I said yes and they were able to start immediately on the job. In no time they were done, the guys were very polite and helpful to all my questions they went above and beyond what I was expecting (due to bad experiences in the past). After getting several quotes for a swamp cooler replacement I chose Central Plumbing as they had the best price and responsiveness. I was very happy with their prompt estimate, they were able to install the swamp cooler within a couple of days. This is my second time using Central Plumbing. First time they replaced my hot water heater in Dec 2018. Excellent job and price and I give 5 stars for that job and am happy to have found a company that I can rely on to do good job for fair price.. The entire experience was stress free and during a Pandemic. Everyone also wore masks. I highly recommend them.

All categories mentioned are surely true. I haven't had a service call that I enjoyed as todays. I felt trusting not skeptical . I'd been scheduled a 2 hr. window and to my delight the fellas showed up on the front end of that 2 hr. window and called ahead. My worries as a senior citizen were all for nothing. I was in good hands with Central Plumbing Heating and Cooling.

Mark was great to work with. Best price in town for all the same work. My water heater went out, tank blew up, he was able to provide me upfront pricing and came out the next day and installed! All others told me they would have to inspect then schedule a week out. A week without hot water in the winter was not going to happen. Thanks Mark and Bradon for installing and bringing it up to code. Excellent service!

I use Central Plumbing for all my heating, cooling, and plumbing needs. Braden and Mark always show up on time, perform quality work, offer tips on smaller tasks that I can do on my own, and do it all at a fair price. Many jobs they've done for me even ended up costing less than originally estimated.

Braden was super helpful with my swamp cooler, and did a good job explaining why my faucet may not be working.

I purchased the swamp cooler package that included service in the Spring and service in the Fall to switch back to the furnace. I had zero issues with the swamp cooler all Summer. Well worth it.

Central Plumbing repiped our entire house. It was a HUGE job, and one that I was not looking forward to, yet these guys were so great it wasn't nearly the horrible experience I feared. They were affordable and so good at everything. I don't know how they pulled it off. Great guys too. I am actually going to miss them!

First time using Central Plumbing. Had little to no hot water from water heater. After reading online reviews for several other companies, I noticed that Central Plumbing had not one negative review from anyone for whom they did service. Was in the middle of a busy work day, so I just sent off an online request to be contacted about my water heater issue. Mark responded in less than 2 minutes, and an appointment was set. Mark and Braden came out, diagnosed the problem, and solved it quickly by replacing the hot water valve. Could've sold me a new water heater and taken me for a $$$ ride for all I know about it, but they didn't. They tested all areas and lines and made sure that issued was fixed and that I had hot water again before leaving. Very pleased with their friendly, thorough service, and I will call them again anytime I have an issue. I never say that about *anyone*, so, do yourself a favor. Call these guys. You won't be sorry.

Our Central air was throwing out air that smelled of sewer. We tried other companies who were unable to figure out the problem. While researching the issue, I came across Central plumbing heating and cooling. They found the problem in less than 15 minutes and fixed the issue at an affordable price.

Braden and Jack showed up with in the promised window and took apart the hot water valve on our 1936 tub. Braden did not suggest rebuilding nor replacing it (though he warned me it might be necessary if the part inside the valve that was broken could not be removed). They went and found the replacement part and it was done for a reasonable price and quickly. I will definitely recommend them to friends and call them if we need any work done in the future.

After my meter was pulled for a possible leak, Mark and his assistant took care of the red tag items on my water heater and furnace and got them up to code. His diligence also found a leak that he addressed immediately. He made a stressful situation bearable by coordinating efficiently with the City by getting the permits for a successful inspection. I will recommend this company and Mark highly to friends and family in the future!

Mark and his employees have been trustworthy and dependable. I started getting qoutes for various jobs when I had something come up that needed to be addresssed immediately. They were able to stop the leak and replace the damaged parts. Their price is fair and their work is excellent.

I had a small leak in a hot water pipe under the slab at my home. Mark was very knowledgeable and efficient. He jackhammered through the tile and slab, fixed the pipe, and filled the hole back up with in 6 hours. He left the area spotless. Thanks Mark!

An interesting experience. I called Central about a plumbing leak under my bathtub in my crawlspace. When the guy came out to assess the situation, he refused to enter the crawlspace, saying that he'd seen dozens of such leaks and didn't need to go into the crawlspace to see it for himself. He expected me to explain the leak and its source and its severity even though I hadn't been down there myself (too old for that now). He eventually said he'd provide an estimate for the repair -- or at least what he thought would be the repair -- but never did so. When I called to ask about the repair estimate, all I got was an answering machine. So I emailed the company but never got a response. Apparently they don't need the work.

We've had Mark and Braden work on several of our rental houses, including preparation for sale. They rebuilt the ducting for an evaporative cooler (swamp cooler); replaced a swamp cooler; winterized and summerized swamp coolers; serviced a wall-mounted furnace and thermostat; cleared out drains; and reworked some vintage plumbing on a kitchen sink and clothes washer. They've always done a good job and we've been happy with their work, so we've become regular customers.

Best plumbing company in ABQ!

We needed a wall furnace replaced and called multiple companies to get quotes. Central was the most reasonably priced (not too cheap to raise questions and not to expensive to raise eyebrows). They were punctual not only when showing up to look at the work for a quote but in showing up to do the job. They were very clean in performing the work, very professional, and very courteous not only to my wife and I, but to our home as well. They went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done correctly (moving a line and installing a new gas valve for proper function of the heater and adjusting venting height per code which was not included in the quote) and then a little further by raising the height of my water heater vent (which was not even part of the project but needed to be done).

I would recommend the guys at Central Plumbing Heating and Cooling to anyone who wants great, professional service at a reasonable price. These guys will take care of you.

We have worked with Mark for several years when he worked at another company. When he started Central Plumbing (his own company) we made sure to become one of his first clients. Mark is the nicest man, very efficient, works quickly and is an expert at his trade. His is also honest; he doesn't try to pad our bill with products and services we don't really need. He will let us know when something is wearing out and should be replaced, but he isn't at all pushy about it. Central Plumbing deserves 10 stars. Hire this company; you won't regret it.

Two men did a great job to make sure the connector to the gas stove is working properly. One thing is they left the mess on the floor. I hope they would clean up before they leave. Another thing is call us if they are going to be late. We waited over an half hour before they showed up.

Mark and his team are amazing! They hooked us up with a swamp cooler called the Breezeair and I have never been happier. It works similar to an a/c unit but its still swamp. I have been very happy with my unit and last summer it kept my house 70° ,the whole summer withour raising our electricity too much or even water. I highly recommend them and their services.
