I called Dom's Plumbing about a week before Christmas. I needed to have a new toilet and faucet installed. I had scheduled an appointment with him for a Thursday morning. He called and informed me had a customer that had a water heater emergency and asked if I could reschedule for the following day. I informed him I had a Birthday/Christmas party that Friday. He said he would do his best. He called me within a couple of hours said he would be able to come out. He informed me the toilet I had purchased was cracked. He offered to return the toilet to the store where I had purchased it and get another one. I was so grateful for him and his assistant. They went above and beyond to get the job done before my party. They also did an awesome job on installing my new faucet. I will definitely
recommend and use his services again. 🙂

These guys really know their stuff, and even more importantly they're honest. After being ripped off by 3 other plumbers, these guys truly saved the day. Woke up early one Saturday morning to find that our water heater was leaking and had stopped working. We called Dom’s Plumbing and without hesitation, he was at our home an hour later with a new water heater. Installation was fast and professional and had us going in no time. I highly recommend Doms Plumbing, he just replaced our water heater and fixed our A/C. His prices are unbeatable. **I do however disagree with the 1 star review, He was very professional and wore his mask. Although there were times when he could not maintain a 6 foot distance we were mindful and kept out of his way so he could work. Keep in mind he was wearing a mask In 99 degree weather and as you know that can quickly turn dangerous. We then both came to a mutual understanding that he would be better off finishing the job with out a mask when outside. Thanks Dom !

We used Dom's Plumbing to run some air lines from a compressor to a machine at our business. Dom went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He understood exactly what was needed and made it happen, and he did so with the utmost care and attention to detail. Dom came out to change out a wire in our furnace. It was the end of the day, but should have been a quick easy job. It turned out that the wire was fine, but there was a giant birds nest in the pipe that leads to the roof and a different part that we needed. Poor thing should have been home with his family, and we told him he could come back the next day instead since it was getting late. He insisted that he wasn't going to leave my family without heat and stayed 3 hours to make sure our furnace was up and running!... And all with a good attitude and a kind smile on his face :) what an awesome guy!! If you want an honest, kind, hard working professional who actually cares about you and goes above and beyond, Dom Luna is your man! Thanks again, Dom!

We had Dom Luna replace our water heater and water recirculating pump. Dom corrected all the code violations as it had been over 10 years since the last installation. We appreciated his expertise and recommendations-and there were no surprises-he let's you know what each part costs and the labor costs. He arrived on time and worked hard. He cleaned up and took away the old heater. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and how everything worked. He's a licensed plumber and insured.
We are very pleased and will call Dom for all our plumbing needs.

Last week (4/2/20) I had a water leak in my garage. After unsuccessfully trying to fix the problem I decided that I needed to call a plumber or a handyman. I didn't want to call a big company like TLC or Roto Rooter so I called a few other companies, unfortunately they couldn't help me because of the COVID-19 Pandemic and offered to walk me through different ways to fix the problem. After calling a few places in ABQ I found looked on the nextdoor app and found out about Dom and Dom's Plumbing so I decided to give him a call. Dom was able to provide same day service, was very friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure the problem was fixed. Not only was the service great but his work was very affordable as well. If you're looking for a good, honest, affordable plumber, give Dom a call. We're definitely glad we found out about him and we definitely recommend him to everyone.

Just yesterday the water heater in my home decided to give out and die... knowing that the weather has been super-hot I knew it was going to be difficult to get a plumber/service provider down. I first called another company who unfortunately could not help me in the time needed and so I was referred to Dom’s Plumbing. Immediately Dom began to help me over the phone getting everything set up. He could not come yesterday but said he would be at my home first thing in the morning. Sure enough, 0745 this morning Dom himself showed up with Adam (employee) and began to work. They were fast, and efficient and answered all my questions about the new system he installed. I WILL be calling them for future services when needed! I felt very taken care of by these guys knowing not having hot water for dishes, showers etc.. Getting taken care of this quickly was a blessing!

Had Dom do various plumbing work around the house. Fond him to me very professional, knowledgeable and caring. He took the time to explain the things he was doing, had all material needed with him, and had outstanding Craftsman skills. We will definitely be using him in the future for any Professional Services needed.

Dom and his team had their work cut out for them with our absolute disaster in the front yard. They hit a ton of snags, but worked through them quickly to make sure we got our water back as soon as possible. They were courteous and did a great job. He also followed up the next day to make sure everything was holding up.

I found Doms plumbing on CL. His prices were less expensive than most. I have used Dom on three projects thus far and have started to refer him to others. He is always on time and always available! Not to mention his work is top notch!

Highly recommend Dom’s Plumbing. My AC stopped working in 100 degree weather Dominic came to my rescue where the company who installed my AC stated I could call after hours/emergency & they would come that evening, when I called they were not available. I call Dominic he was empathetic, friendly, prompt & most of all felt he was trustworthy in the way he communicated and explained to me what needed to be fixed. Dom had initially come by responding to a stopped drain. He handled that quickly. While he was there I asked him to look at what I had guessed was a failing water heater. Before he left he had given me a ballpark estimate, which he later converted into a written bid. He wasn't the cheapest but he was prompt and professional. I had so much confidence in the quality of his work.

Dom Luna does fantastic work! We picked a day for him to get the job done and he gave me plenty of notice that he'd be on his way. He replaced my kitchen faucet, got my garbage disposal working again, and the PVC pipes underneath and he was able to utilize the materials I'd bought at Lowe's. He made a quick trip over there to get a couple items I didn't have to complete the repair. He cleaned up as he went and pieced everything together precisely. Outstanding work at a reasonable cost. I can recommend this guy without hesitation.
