JP Plumbery just finished installing our new mini split A/C system with three mini splits and a condenser and it has transformed the comfort of our house. Cody and Javier did a great job installing all of the equipment. They sealed each of the minisplits where they come into the house, the kept the tubing clean on the roof, and did it all very fast. I highly recommend this company, and Cody and Javi, to anyone wanting a minisplit A/C system.

Very professional and competitively priced company. I called on a Friday to scheduled dishwasher installation. They booked for the following Monday and showed up in the time window they indicated when I booked. Also charged 15% less than a quote received from a company that couldn't commit to a day/time for installation. During a time when labor is short and tempers are even shorter, this company was a breath of fresh air.

Well, I definitely went into the wrong line of work... clogged drain started Friday night. Called around and was hearing weekend drain snaking about $180 from other folks. I opted to rough it to Monday thinking these businesses were competitive in pricing but boy was I wrong. JP Plumbery charges a rate 1.5x larger than the competition. Makes me wonder if the other work they've done for me was where it should be in pricing. $150 for 15 minutes work without a single part replaced is insane.

We solicited bids from several HVAC companies, explaining to each that we wanted to consider electric as well as gas solutions. JP was one of the few that took the time to explain all of our options and answer our questions. Several contractors simply recommended the least expensive solution and stopped responding when that was not selected. JP's quote was in family with the others who responded to our request. And he was the only one who continued to respond to inquiries. Our experience with his entire company was similar. Patience as we learned what we really wanted, respectful interactions, and quality work. His crew showed up when expected, did not leave until the job was done correctly, and cleaned up.

Needed someone to look at my air conditioner and a specific vent. These guys are amazing. They were friendly on the phone when scheduling, explained everything they were doing and why they recommended the services they did, and completed everything quickly and very well. They were polite, courteous, and professional. Even loved on my doggy! Highly recommend!

This is absolutely without a doubt the best Plumber in the Albuquerque area. I had my water heater and furnace replaced by JP. Chose a major contractor to provide an addition and a kitchen remodel to a 40 year old home in Sandia Heights. Of course when you work with a contractor, you will also work with the contractor’s subcontractors. One sub who did the plumbing, heating, and air conditioning work was outstanding in performance, skills, technical expertise, scheduling and overall excellence. JP Plumbery and employees provided the services to run new underground sewer lines, installed the in-floor heating system in the addition (studio room, full bath, and mechanical/storage room), added a new water line to the addition, did all the plumbing and fixture installations in the new bath, remodeled the plumbing systems in the kitchen, added a Navien combo boiler to provide hot water to the bath and in-floor heating, and a Mitsubishi mini-split ac and heat pump system. Of course they did more work, but these are the highlights. The technicians Mike, Cody, Jose, Phil, Ben, Mark, Max, Chris, Dillan, and Javier all did an outstanding job. We could not be more please with the quality of their work. Dave, who coordinated and provided estimates for the work was so easy to work with. And if you call the office, Arely and Caitlin are very
helpful in providing you with the information you need. And most of all, JP has the technical expertise to work through any of your unique issues. We definitely will be using their services in our future needs.

We've had this company come twice recently. They have managed to fix a job that had been left unfinished by a previous plumber. Previous plumbers had also said that it couldn't be fixed and we would have to take out an entire wall. They went above and beyond to fix our problems.

Mike and Chad replaced a vent in the wall for our dryer. They did an outstanding job diagnosing the problem, getting the parts together and installing them. Our laundry room is in a very tight space, and they had to move the refrigerator to do the job. They carefully put everything back. UPDATE: 8.16.22 Once again, I needed the service of a plumber to replace the hot water valve to my washing machine. I didn't hesitate to call JP Plumbery to do the work because of past experience. I was scheduled for repairs the day after I contacted them. Mario arrived promptly and was courteous, professional, and explained everything he was doing while making the repairs. I just can't say enough good about this company! Do not hesitate to contact JP Plumbery for any of your plumbing repairs. They are the very best!!!

My water main in the wall in my master bathroom developed a slow leak. My home is 27 years old. JP Plumbery was referred to me by my daughter, so I gave them a call. When Ben arrived, I showed him where I believed the leak to be. He cut open the wall, and yes, the copper fittings were slowly dripping. I was disappointed that he was not able to repair the leak that day. He did not have the necessary piping. He returned the following week and promptly went to work to remove the old lines and install new ones. He worked carefully and did a nice job re-routing and soldering the new lines and crafting a door to cover the opening in the wall. He cleaned up all the debris and didn't leave a trace. Ben is an asset to the company. I highly recommend JP Plumbery for all your plumbing needs.

JP came out personally on a Sunday to unclog our main water/sewer line to the street. My wife and I came home Saturday night late to find that our system was completely blocked, and of course that is a big deal if one wants to shower or use the bathroom. So I called JP that night and he said he could come out right away or wait until morning, we chose morning. He was promptly onsite in the morning and within the hour we had the clogged cleared and smooth sailing. I highly recommend these guys.

Great employees, fast, clean and adaptable!

We got a water softener with them a few months ago. They installed it with a rubber ring to seal the filer. The size isn't standard and isn't carried at any store or specialty store in town (we checked). We can't turn on the water now because we need the correct size of the rubber ring. Their response is they can't even look at it for 2 weeks. After you pay them, they are done with you. We should have gone with TLC.

I understand you have to say that you intended to rearrange your staff to try and help us. We called and spoke 3 times and all times we were told 2 weeks for possible visit to the house. I explained that I have a 7 month old baby without water. I was told there was nothing you all could do. Makes sense you need to backtrack now... That's fine but people need to know if you are too busy for emergencies.

I had a whole home heat pump system installed by Cody and Mark's teams. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship was greatly appreciated. Every member of the team was knowledgeable and willing to answer questions throughout the process. In addition, they worked diligently even though the installation ended up happening around the Christmas holiday. I am very happy to have a warm house for the winter.

This is the second time is have worked JP Plumbery and their technician Ben. I cannot say enough GOOD things about both experiences. I would highly recommend them.

Best plumber in town, without a doubt. Have hired for multiple jobs over the years, including replacing 2 swamp coolers with MasterCool units, converting 2 swamp coolers to AC, installing a new heater, and converting a tank water heater to a tankless water heater.

All jobs have been done on time, and on budget, and my house is left perfectly clean when they're done, as if they were never there.

I have used JP Plumbery for 11 years since I bought my home. They have always done an excellent job maintaining my Air/Heating unit, my RO and my general plumbing needs. Today Cody serviced my Air Conditioner and did a first rate job cleaning it, as well as inspecting it to identify a couple of parts that were in need of replacement. JP Plumbery did a great job and for a very fair price. I had my boiler for a radiant heating system replaced by them. Ben was courteous, professional and seemed to really take pride in his work. We have used JP Plumbery for over one year now and they are now our go to plumbers. The first time we used them, we had them replace a shower faucet assembly and in the process discovered a previously unnoticed leak in the wall. They diagnosed it and fixed it promptly and at a very reasonable cost. Today they replaced an aging toilet with a modern water-efficient unit, again quickly and efficiently. Their rates are reasonable and their service is superb. Each time I called Dave did a great job of communicating when they could get us scheduled and then called again to follow up. The plumbers are neat and tidy and did a great job of leaving the bathroom in perfect repair. Best plumbers we have ever used!

I had a pipe burst on new years eve and the owner answered the phone after hours to walk me through how to turn my water off. They showed up bright and early the next day, found the leak and fixed it with minimal damage to the ground outside. Good guys.

Recommended by my long time plumber who no longer cleans out drains. I called for service, got a call from Steve, the tech, about 20 minutes later and he was fixing my problem 20 minutes after that. Work was done quickly, very little mess and he cleaned that up. We are VERY satisfied with service, timely response, and cost.

JP installed a 2-condensor 4-minisplit system to heat our older adobe home. Their quote was the best we received. The owner has a very personable style, and was very willing to tolerate my nerdish questions and concerns about various aspects of the proposed system. We even changed the design once they got started, without any issues or squabbles over pricing.

The scheduling was timely, and the work was performed quickly, on time and to an excellent standard. We never had to deal with the crew(s) not showing up when they said they would.

We did have some delays in getting to finished, but these had almost nothing to do with JP and everything to do with our electric company. Our system has been up and running for a couple of weeks, and is performing wonderfully, as expected.

I have been a JP Plumbery customer for over 5 years. They recently completed a plumbing renovation of my home built in 1939. We encountered multiple challenges and they handled all professionally and expertly. The crew is top-notch. The work is superb. They are quick to respond to calls. An excellent overall experience.

It is difficult to find quality service, especially during/after the COVID era and folks not wanting to work. JP Plumbery excels in the quality versus quantity of work and they truly show they care and understand your problem. They take their time (not lollygagging, but ensuring everything is done correctly) in rectifying the issues you face; mine was a Bryant refrigerated unit and it's functioning properly now. Don't waste a second more looking elsewhere and give JP Plumbery a call - you won't be disappointed. I will absolutely be using them again for my HVAC and plumbing needs!

JP Plumbing is the best - don’t go anywhere else! We have had some recent plumbing disasters with another plumber and will never use anyone else but JP Plumbing! The young lady who answers the phone is professional, courteous and friendly. If they say they are coming they show up and they do a great and thorough job! Thank you for putting our minds at rest!

JP was recommended to me by my realtor. We were having a water hammering issue in our pipes and it was recommended that we install 11 arrestors and we also paid to dig up a sewer cleanout(Which sadly was not found). They quoted us $1000 to do this (See image). A very nice young man came out to my house and spent around an hour here installing all the arrestors and digging a hole in my front yard trying to find the sewage cleanout. They did the work they agreed to do for $1000. Maybe I am just naive but I feel like they ripped me off. Let's do some math. I can buy the same arrestor on amazon or home depot for $16 lets say up charging we put that at $40 per arrestor 11x 40 = $440 for parts and then $560 for an hour of work. This is the first time I've ever used a plumber. So I called and spoke to Dave he was very nice to me, but stated that they did the agreed upon work and there was no dropping the price after the work was done.

Am I supposed to haggle down a price and do my homework to what goes into a job before I agree to pay someone to do it? or should I trust a professional to not rip me off? Maybe I'm naïve, but I for sure wont be using JP Plumbery ever again. I feel cheated and taken advantage of.

Been using JP Plumery for 3-years now at my house and rental properties. Last job involving installation of a new furnace into a commercial building. It involved new gas lines, duct work and venting. They preformed quickly and kept my renters happy. They are dependable and knowledgeable, good service at a fair price.

Honest, an excellent price, did not try to do work that didn’t need to be done, sent 2 technicians together to complete the work.

JP Plumbery was great. They arrived on time, finished the job quickly, and were friendly and professional. They replaced a broken toilet for me, and called ahead to make sure that they brought the replacement model that I wanted. He even took the time to show me how the new one worked, possible maintenance, and how to do it. Would call them again in a heartbeat!

Ben couldn't have been nicer. When the problem we called about was just a simple fix, he asked if we had anything else we needed checked or any questions, so we would get our money's worth for the required one-hour minimum. He told us how to annually flush out the tankless water heater, and also gave good advice about servicing the swamp cooler. A very good guy who offered many money-saving tips! And he was so friendly to our dog!

JP Plumbery did the HVAC work on my parents new build a few years back so we were referred to them when our heater started giving us issues this winter. Our heater was 20+ years old and we've been wanting to switch from a swamp cooler to refrigerated air for some time now. We decided to pull the trigger and did a full replacement of both units. They were extremely competitive when it came to pricing, another company was going to be significantly more expensive when we were just looking at the heater repair/replacement.

Cody and Dylan were the two service techs that replaced the units and were great to work with. The first day they arrived they were very thorough in explaining the process and what to expect over the coming days. I didn't feel the need to check in with them because they would check in with me when they arrived every day and throughout so they could update me on the progress they were making.

With the change in weather I've used both the AC and heating unit in the last couple of weeks and both are working great! I would recommend JP Plumbery to anyone in need of their services!

This company is great. Our AC broke last night, and tho they were busy and booked for the day, they managed to send out a technician. Cody was so informative and let us know exactly what was going on, and was able to fix the unit. Any other business I’ve tried immediately wants to sell a new unit. JP Plumbery provided site specific estimate where two other companies just gave us canned [prepared] estimates. Dave Banghart took the time to measure the width and height of the small space where the water heater needed to be installed where the two other companies did not take any measurements. Dave also provided us with the make/model number of the replacement heater so we could do research on what we would be getting, again the two other companies did not provide us with nothing but the make and 50 galloon heater, therefore no research could be done.
First impressions carried onto the install by two men who took care not to damage the wood flooring adjacent to closest where the heater was installed.
JP Plumbery also was considerately lower than the two other companies by four to five hundred dollars.
I would definitely recommend JP Plumbery for any work needed.

Second visit by different team. Neither tech knew what the first techs had done upon arrival. Didn’t really accomplish much today or previous 1,000 dollar visit but hopeful on 3rd visit they will get what I asked completed! Didn’t have cleaner for coils for AC, couldn’t test pipe heaters due to no gas, didn’t fix moon basin sink, did adjust drinking fountain, changed air filter on AC unit! They also figured out what thermostat controlled which pipe heater! Not really impressed

Mario worked very hard to help me with my cooler. He literally went up and down the ladder at least 50 times! JP personally called me later to ensure I was satisfied.

Also, Michael came to fix a problem (my roofers had spay foamed over the air inlet valve for the cooler), and found and fixed the problem along with rewiring and installing a new thermostat. Great work! They cam right away when I called and gave me excellent service.

We contacted the company at 8am and they were available to fix our leak the same day! The guy showed up at 12:30 and was done in no time. He was very nice and respectable! He explained what he found and fixed it quickly. I would highly recommend this company and their work is amazing.

JP Plumbery came to our attention as a subcontractor to Jade Enterprises during a remodel. We have since had this company do all the plumbing work in our home. We trust this company. All the professionals we have had working have been thorough yet measured, recommending necessary work without being extreme in keeping systems running. Most recently Ben did our change over including our hot water base board heat. He was efficient and replaced a couple of parts (that were on board in the van, maximizing efficiency) that have made our old system work more quietly and hopefully for another several years. We found JP Plumbery because they were hired by our general contractor to do our HVAC work during our home renovation several years ago. We were very impressed with their work and their knowledge during the renovation, due to the fact that we live in an older Nob Hill area home and our HVAC system had been tricky and temperamental in the past. JP Plumbery went above and beyond! They did a fantastic job with rerouting some pipes in my master shower. The job required a jack hammer to remove some concrete, in order to route the pipes appropriately. They made quick work of it and did a high quality job for a fair price. Not only that, I had some issues removing the shower head outlet pipe and they quickly sent someone out to help me. Don't look for another plumbing company, this one is it!

These guys are great! 3rd job they've done and will use them again! Highly recommend!
