My AC kept turning off during the heat wave we are currently having and I called another company and they couldn't find anything wrong so the next day I called American AC & Heat and they came out the same day I called and found some issues the other company couldn't find and it has been running fine since. Cody and his team did a great job and were very professional.

Cody, the owner, responded to my urgent plea for help on the NextDoor App when our heater stopped working in the middle of a cold snap. He came out the same evening (7:30!) and provided a diagnosis for us free of charge. He checked pricing and purchased the part the next morning promptly, and was able to fix the whole thing at my convenience. His prices are reasonable, and he is very knowledgeable. Great business to work with and now we know who to call when we need AC & Heat help!

Cody is a life saver. My AC fan broke over the 4th of July weekend and Cody came over at 10 pm to diagnose and fixed it. He is very responsive and his work is of the highest quality. He broke down how my system works and exactly where my levels should be. His prices are amazing and I recommend him to anyone.

Our furnace gave out this morning. Called American AC and Heat. Cody came within the hour.and diagnosed our problem. We told him we had previous problem and he gave us an estimate on a new unit. If your system needs work these guys will not disappoint! After hearing our pump needs replaced we gave them a call and they sent out Cody. Cody was truly an awesome, genuine, honest guy with a lot of knowledge. By the time he left our heater was up and running (without replacing the pump) and he left with a smile! I was honestly afraid to have someone come look at my AC because I thought it would be so expensive to fix but I couldn't handle the heat wave any longer. Cody from American AC & Heat showed up within the designated time window (and gave me a call to make sure I knew exactly when to expect him within the window---really appreciate the communication). He was so kind, efficient, and taught me how the AC works and exactly what was going on with it. WIthin an hour I had working AC again for a very affordable price. Quick Response and Quality Work.
My AC quit in the middle of the triple digit temperatures. Cody came out the same day and diagnosed the issue. After the part came in, Candelario quickly and efficiently fixed the problem keeping a neat and clean work area. My system runs like new!

Ref. A/C not blowing cold air. Called at 7am, they were here around noon. Dakota told me the process to help locate the problem and walked me through (in laymen's terms) solving it. Very professional and affordable. Thank you!

I gave the company a call and got my call answered pretty quickly and the guy was really nice and professional as well and had no problem sending two guys over to help me fix my ac. The two guys were very professional as well keeping me updated on what was going on with my ac and what needs to be replaced and there price as well is really good and affordable. I know I sound like I'm paid to say this but I am not and I really recommend people to call this company if you have any ac problem :D

Despite my efforts trying to install a new A/C unit, this company was the only one (out of many that I called) who were responsive, fast, on-time, called when they were on their way, and same day service! I would have been without A/C again. The crew was great, the technology and equipment was elite to move large units, and did a complete walk through of the install afterwards. I can't say enough about this local, licensed company. Although I was willing to pay almost anything to get A/C running, the price was fair and beat other quotes I got. You can't beat skilled tradesmen, with the right equipment, customer service and a fair price. Hard to beat!!

They installed a new furnace for us. They were very fast to respond and seemed knowledgable when we asked questions. When installing they talked me through everything they were doing and explained why. They seemed to be working hard to do a quality job rather than just a fast fix. It took longer than they expected because of a problem with our location and stayed to make sure it was done correctly. It has been two days and everything has been great so far.

No1 came at night and solved my problem and no charge.

We found Cody/American AC& Heat via the Nextdoor App and contacted them due to the many great reviews. They. Weren't. Kidding! We reached out via Facebook messenger, and Cody replied immediately. It was the middle of winter and we were without heat, and even though it was a Saturday, Cody offered to come over right then. We had received multiple quotes, and American AC&Heat's was the lowest by a long-shot. They kept in constant communication from quote to inspection, answered our many questions and concerns, took great care in addressing our previous unit's noise issue, and were prompt, professional, courteous and clean. They treated us and our home with utmost respect and we would highly recommend you call them for your heating and cooling needs.

When my heater went out, I was so stressed because I was afraid I had to pay quite a bit to even get somebody to look at it.

I called American AC&Heat, they sent a technician to my house within 30 min. found the problems and fixed it with no time.

Our inducer motor went out the day after Christmas. American AC & Heat was 1/3 the cost of the other 3 local big named businesses and came after 5 PM with no upcharge, so I didn't have to miss work and loose more $. If they didn't have to wait for the part they would've fixed it the same day! As an accountant I can say, this is the type of businesses Albuquerque's economy desperately needs! More $ in the consumers' pocket = more money to spend on food, clothes, and other needed commodities. What these other companies were willing to charge A family of 6 living check to check, stuck without a furnace, knowing the cost of the part, is simply UNETHICAL!!!! Cody was extremely knowledgeable and fixed our heater quickly. Our heater stopped working on Christmas Day and he was able to come out and get it back up and going. Very friendly I highly recommend, excellent service!

My mother’s heater needed to be replaced and Cody went above and beyond to get the job completed. We ran into some problems with the owner of the trailer park and Cody went out of his way to get additional insurance that covers manufactured homes and stayed at my mothers house until inspectors came out. He was very professional and they did a quality job. I would highly recommend!

Our furnace went out overnight. I called American AC & Heat first thing in the morning and spoke with a representative. I was told a service tech could come by between 9:00 and noon that morning (good news!). The tech, Dakota, called at 10:00 to let us know he would be arriving in about 20 minutes, and he did.
He was very courteous. He quickly found the problem with our system and explained what was wrong and what he would do to remedy it. And voila, he did. The charge for the repair was a pleasant surprise.
Given our experience, we can unreservedly recommend American AC & Heat.

My AC went out and I had called a few companies and decided to call American AC and Heating because of the great reviews. I spoke to some one and I was lucky to get service out literally an hour later. Two techs came to the house and they fixed it in less then an hour and were very through and went above and beyond to help me. Cody was very professional and helped me getting my AC running same day. I will definitely use them again and will refer others to them.
