They did high quality work at a very fair price. They cleaned up after the install and even helped with a couple of.additional issues I had on my home. I dont leave these often because not many companies deserve the positive review but MGP definitely does. They wont disappoint.

We've had this company for a year and when everything is working great and you don't have to interact with the company things are great. But we haven't had air conditioning since Saturday when our power went out and the earliest they can maybe come by to check out the problem is Thursday. That's not even a promise of them fixing it, it's just when they can look at it. We've had over 100 degree weather and it's miserable for my family including three dogs and a rabbit. We can't go anywhere else with all of them so we are all suffering until Wagner decides they can make time for us.

I've never written a review about anything in my entire life until today. Had a leak in my house called these guys to come look at it. Waited, waited, waited, called them they said that they had already came and went to my house, to my surprise. Turns out they went to my neighbors house asked them if they had a leak my neighbors said no. They did not identify my house or look at the address or identify anyone inside of my neighbors home. I know that businesses like this must be busy but it is inexcusable to not identify a home where the problem was. Don't know if this is a reflection of poor leadership or incompetence, either way I am looking for others to fix the problem.

This was our second time having 4 Star Mechanical do work at our home and we will definitely be calling them again! They are no nonsense, very knowledgeable, get the work done in a timely manner, very reasonable hourly rate, just overall great people to deal with! Our heater stopped working the day before Thanksgiving. There were no openings until the following Monday but JP Plumbery was the most courteous and quick to get us on their schedule. The technician arrived on time and was able to get the heater working on the first trip within about an hour. He was knowledgeable and helpful. The service was reasonably priced and I will definitely call anytime I have a Plumbing, Heating, A/C or Water Heater related issues. I would highly recommend JP Plumbery!
