We had Jebb come out to the to fix a major plumbing problem we had and thank goodness we did. He was so helpful, got everything fixed and answered any question we had. He was the best. We had had 3 plumbers out before him and they did nothing to help us. I suggest to everyone to call Roto-Rooter for any plumbing problems. Such a great experience!

R&R Plumbing agreed to dispatch a tech within 90 minutes of my call which was an exceptionally quick reponse compared to other plumbing companies in Albuquerque. The tech, Matt, opened up the stuck water shutoff valve almost right away and didn't even charge me.

Over the years I used R&R multiple times. They had always dispatched techs in the same day within a few hours. Whereas other plumbing companies could only respond in several days or even a week.

I purchased a contract with this company because the technician with this company was the only one who took the time to find the two accesses to my sewer line outside. Prior to this I was told that I had to hire a company that could snake through the roof! Thank you!

Lionel was professional and courteous and fixed my clogged sewer line immediately. He gave great recommendations for preventative care.
Brenda who scheduled him to come out was amazing as well. She was prompt with updates and call backs and made sure I knew when my technician was on his way.
I tried unclogging the drain myself but my 25ft auger was not up to the job. Sure I could have rented from Home Depot but it was well worth it to have the professionals come out and take care of it.

We just moved into our home in Albuquerque. We had a plumbing issue on a Sunday afternoon that required immediate attention. Rotto Rooterd could not have been better. They were responsive. They answered the phone right away and I had a technician at my house within 45 minutes. Keith was awesome. His professionalism made me happy to pay the bill.

Our experience with Roto-Rooter has been good in the past, but this time it was excellent. Response time was short, and the service person who arrived was EXTREMELY polite and helpful . The work was completed quickly and successfully and we couldn't have been more pleased.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else

My bathtub wouldn't drain, so, because I had used RotoRooter for a sink problem years ago, called them again. Since I live in the East Mountains, I was told there would be a trip charge and the dispatcher asked if I agreed to that. I did, because I'm rather used to them and it sounded reasonable. She then told me the hourly rate and asked if I agreed to that, as well. In a 90 minute timeframe, the plumber was in and out. Jonathan A totally rocks. I will definitely use them as my go-to plumber.

Friendly , Fast and responsive !

So, my tenant called and said the drain is backed up. We are on septic. I said oh no and called roto-rooter. They said that they would come as soon as they could, and they got right out. I think it was less than an hour. The plumber called me and I told him to just do what he needed to do. He apparently actually found roots! He cleared the drain and it really did not cost that much. So, a few dollars, a couple of short phone calls, and the problem just went away. Awesome experience, thank you Roto-Rooter!

We had went through a couple of other plumbing places and they had told us we needed to pay 3000$ or more to replace our entire plumbing system it didn't make sense that our toilet and bathtub would drain but the other drains didn't meaning we still had functional plumbing after calling roto rooter they understood what we said and cleared the blockage. We are very grateful and appreciate of the help and service. We had been trying to save up for months and they saved us so much money and hassle. I bought a “cheap” foreclosure with a LOT of unknowns. One smart thing I did was get Roto-Rooter’s whole home warranty service. They’ve fixed every clogged drain the same day we called it in.

Highly recommend Rotorooter for emergencies expecially on weekends when it seems every other plumbing company is closed. Cory Littlejohn the plumber came out and unclogged our sewer line in mere minutes and explained what caused it. He also explained the pricing before hand and warranty. Thanks to Rotorooter and Cory we were able to use the washer and shower again in our new home.

When I called, I told them it was a toilet issue first, with a slow sink drain as a secondary issue. The tech came out and only fixed the sink, $260 dollars, and didn’t fix the original issue with the toilet! I called back and had another tech come out, he quickly resolved the problem. The biggest issue with it though was since the first tech only fixed the sink, that is what is covered under the 6 month warranty! Was not impressed with my first tech out at all, thank god the second tech was extremely professional, as he helped to maintain a three star rating! Had he been the first tech it would be a 5 star rating!

Thomas was great, he explained the pricing upfront told me what he needed and he and Sergio had my issue resolved in less than an hour and a half, this was on New Year’s Eve so not having water would have ruined our NYE party we were hosting that night. I thought the service was great. I called early this morning before normal hours and the staff was quick to help me with my clogged sewer drain issue. Ruben was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained why the drain was clogged and gave me tips to keep it from happening again. The area of Albuquerque that I live in has a lot of trees with large root systems and they managed to creep in the main sewer drain. Overall, my experience was great and I will definitely utilize their plumbing and drain cleaning services in the future.

The technician was knowledgeable and did a good job but I was absolutely shocked by the price. He worked on diagnosing our problem and worked on our pump for a few hours(3) and it cost almost 1k. I've never had a plumbing bill that high and I've had plumbers put in way more work before. I only recommend them if u have an emergency and everyone else is booked.

I have an older house in the NE Heights and the old plumbing tends to get clogged up about once a year. TLC was unavailable so I called this company. The guy showed up with a very condescending attitude and basically implied I was an idiot when I described the issue we have had for years. THEN he gives me the price --- their pricing scheme is to sell you a warranty (no other choice) so the work that would be $100 for one hour now becomes between $250 and $600 depending on how long you want the work to be guaranteed. No other choice. When I said I didn't want to do that, the guy said: Ok - Bahe and out the door he went. TLC was here today - $100, the guy even refused a tip, had a big old smile on his face and the problem is solved. Why does everything have to be some kind of a scam???

This company is awful. Horrible customer service and way over priced. I waited for two days for a call back and they gave me the run around about some policy they would not explain to me. The ladies answering the phones seemed to dislike their jobs and decided to treat a new customer with disrespect and no sympathy. Those women should be fired. I set up an e-appointment and I received no call back either. I will never use this company as there are many others that will respond to your requests politely and with amazing customer service. I'm so happy that I did not pay for roto rooter's service. I hired another plumber who arrived at my house within hours and did a terrific job.

The employees we're quick to arrive when I had a busted water line and we're very knowledgeable. They had it fixed and better than new fast when other companies couldn't send someone to look at it for weeks.

They were the first company I called that answered their phone! Ms. Stephanie was quick to address my concerns. Promptly placed me on the schedule with a window of 2 hours. Within 30 minutes recieved a call that technicians were en route. Technicians arrived and quickly addressed the situation. Offered a few options for service and promptly completed the task at hand. As a team they were courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable.

We had an issue with our drain Sunday night 😐, so I placed a call to y'all Monday morning @9am at which time I asked what the time frame would be, and the gal let me know anywhere from 2 to 5 hours, which I understood, so I left contact info, and just about 30 minutes later, she called to let us know that she has a tech enroute to my home. And at 10am, our tech, Cory was here. After asking some questions of my husband, he then gave him several options, and once a decision was made, he went right to work to fix our problem. He cleaned up his work area, wrote up our invoice, explained the warranty to us in a reasonable time frame. We sure appreciated the knowledge, professionalism, efficiency and politeness of Cory. We have used y'all before and will definitely continue to for future needs. 7/10/17 - They are VERY professional and polite. Have had them come to clear drains a number of times over the last few years. They have an annual contract available - I would urge everyone to jump on that train as it is a HUGE savings. Just renewed mine, spoke with Catarina who was professional, polite and helpful. When I had a water main break, I called 4+ plumbers Monday morning at 8AM. Roto-rooters not only answered and got there to provide an estimate but David and Elijah were able to start work finding the connection point to the house right away. Both of them were phenomenal and worked tirelessly to get us water by mid-afternoon Wednesday and left the yard better than it was when they originally showed up. David was great at answering all of my questions about the process and durability as well.

This business replaced and updated my refrigerated air conditioner over a year ago. Great job, technician was on time, professional, did a great job. When the heating unit went out recently, I called them again and because of the pandemic I thought I would have to wait a long time, but they came the following day. I had requested the same technician (Jessie) that worked on my air conditioner and he came, worked on the heating unit, repaired it, great job. I am extremely pleased with this business and they will be my “go to” for any other repairs and replacements that come up in the future!

These guys turned my worst nightmare into ‘no big deal.’ I have a huge tree in my front yard, and figured one day I would have a problem with my main drain.. that day finally came. Everything was backed up with water coming up through my shower, and toilets not working properly. I called around 7 pm and they offered to come that night.. I chose the first appointment in the morning. They came on time, everything went smoothly and the pipes are again flowing in the right direction. Depending on who takes the service, the time of day, the day of month, and the position of the moon, the price varies wildly. On occasion costed me $150. But the guy was nice and I paid him cash for family and friends discount. Next time it was $199 with NO warranty, not even a day. I think they make up prices out of the blue. Terrible.

We experienced a blocked main sewer line. We called in the morning and Isaac from Roto-Rooter was out that afternoon.

Jonathan was wonderful today. On a follow-up check (service was 3 mos ago), he educated me on what was done to my home previously that causes the drain to back up every couple of years. He explained that before I owned the house, there must have been an issue which caused the plumbing to be rerouted around the house, causing the water and waster to have to travel unusually long distances. This is the reason my sink backs up every couple of years. I am so grateful to finally understand why this is happening!

We had sewer backup on a weekend and the situation was worse on Sunday. We called Roto-Rooter and they promptly showed up, gave us an amazing quote, for a Sunday, and within 30 minutes the problem was located and resolved. I can’t say enough good about this company.

All of those positives! But the price is $185 to clear my kitchen drain. I'm sorry to post this but that's way beyond what a person on a budget should be paying to have the kitchen drain cleared, especially when others are charging under that. Now I know.

Ed was the rep that was sent toy property after my waterheater decided to fail on me. He replaced it same day for less then he originally quoted. He was friendly and professional while he worked.

Customer service needs work I called 3 times gave my info for a quote to clear my drain with an auger! I still have yet to get my quote and it's almost been 2 weeks! All they say is we will call you back! I wouldn't even give you 1 star! But it was needed for this post!

The technician was terrific. Problem solved quickly. Price as expected. Rating the tech and the work performed would easily be a 5+. UNFORTUNATELY, getting the technician there was an issue. They promised someone would be here within 2 hours. Two and a half hours later they call and say someone “should” be here in an hour or so. An hour and a half later they call, I miss the call, and they leave a message that the tech is on his way. I call them back in 6 minutes to confirm, and they said they sent the tech somewhere else because I did not answer the call. It should be noted they said they would call “when the tech is on his way,” and never said I had to answer the call immediately - or at all. They cancelled the service call!! I told them I still have sewer coming in my house and their response was that I would be put on the schedule and the tech would be with me when all others calls had been completed!!! RIDICULOUS. I had to demand a supervisor and whine/beg just to get them to send me someone...several hours AFTER they had promised. I called/used them because I have a friend (neighbor) employed there — but their office staff really, really soured me on this company.

My sewer backed up on Sunday, 11/24/13. It had snowed the night before, the weather and road conditions were poor. I called Roto-Rooter at approximately 10:00 am, received a call back about 30 minutes later that a technician was on his way. Mr. Enriquez arrived shortly thereafter, I explained the situation I had and he quickly went to work. About 30 minutes later he told me he had fixed the problem and asked me to check all sewer lines (sinks, toilets, washing machine, etc.). All worked perfectly. There are several things I was impressed with. 1. Mr. Enriquez quick arrival from when I first contacted Roto-Rooter. 2. Mr. Enriquez fully explained my billing and payment options BEFORE starting work – no surprises. He also informed me that he would honor a 10% discount coupon I had and explained what was and what wasn't warranted. 3. Mr. Enriquez appearance was clean and neat and he was very polite during the whole time there. 4. Mr. Enriquez fully explained to me EXACTLY what he found and what he did to clear the problem. TOTAL PROFESSIONALISM.

We woke up to our downstairs bathroom toilet backing up to the tub on a Saturday morning. We called Roto-Rooter who came out for an emergency call that same day. They were very professional; they called before coming and arrived will within the window of time they had quoted us. The technician was very pleasant and took care of the situation quickly and efficiently. The price was reasonable for an emergency weekend call. We would recommend this service.

Rad dudes, hella expensive.

We had to replace our backyard spicket because it was leaking. R&R came out and replaced with an incorrect part. Days later when we attached or hose to the spicket it continued to leak.. We called R&R and they immediately sent our another crew and fixed it correctly! Thank you!

They are quick to respond and polite. They usually fix the issue on the first visit. I would have rated a 5 if they cleaned up after their visit. Usually I have to mop after they leave—some gunk from the mechanical snake on the floor.

Albert from roto rooter plumbers was really helpful and friendly. We need our gas hooked up in our house so we called roto rooter. They got to my house in less than 30min. And explain what need to be done. And the next day they did their job get my system up to new city code. city inspector came the next day and passed. They did an excellent work. Now my gas is hooked up and running. They were honest and they will not look for something that doesn’t need to be worked on so they can charge you for something that doesn’t required to be changed or worked on. We were sooooo grateful Roto Rooter was willing and able to serve Socorro NM residents. There’s a shortage of plumbers here.

I had a toilet brush break off inside of my toilets and had to call Roto-Rooter. The plumber was there a little less than 15 minutes and charged me $400 for the call. The following day I had to have them back because the plumber had not disengaged the toilet brush head and the toilet had to be pulled. They should have done that in the first place but they didn't. I think it's pretty steep the $400 bill for 10 minutes. One thing they do have on their side is that they responded pretty quickly. They also didn't charge me for the second call which they shouldn't have because they overcharged me for the first. So that's on their side as well.

I made a long list of issues. When Ryan/Nick came out I also mentioned needing counter tops for both bathrooms. He said we have the man for you - Kurt. He can do anything. He called Kurt and he came over and gave me an estimate to replace my counter tops. These guys coordinated a time when they both could complete the job and it was done in less than half a day. Ryan/Nick came out change all my fixtures, leaking faucets... And Kurt/Garrett replaced my counter tops. Their estimates were true in the final bill and much less than what I expected to pay for all the work done. If ever I need anything done to my home I am calling Roto-Rooter!!! I am a very happy customer.

I installed a water heater which wouldn't light. I called their 800 number and followed their directions to the T with no results. The manufacturer said they would reimburse me for a professional diagnosis. Roto rooter was the only one who could come that day.

Had our garbage disposal go out on us just a few days after getting home with our new baby, needless to say we didn't need that. I gave Roto Rooter in Abq a call and they were more than happy to send a technician out that day. In no time at all the technician was here assessing the damage. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He suggested we replace the disposal, however, pointed out if we bought it ourselves rather than use the unit he would have to bring, we would save a fair amount of money which with a new baby helps a lot. He wrote down the specs of the unit we would need and it did turn out to be quite a bit cheaper than using the disposal he would supply. He made an appointment first thing the next day and replaced the disposal quickly and correctly. He also pointed out another small leak we had at the faucet that would just require a new unit. He informed me that it was not serious but would need attention. I can't say enough about the great service and honesty from Roto Rooter, I would definitely use them in the future and suggest others to use them as well. Thank you Roto Rooter for all you're help.

From the wrong name on my invoice to the haphazard clean up job and mess that was left behind, this was an extremely unprofessional experience all the way around. I called into the office in an attempt to discuss the issue and was treated as though nobody cared. My message was not returned and concerns where not addressed. About four days later I got a text message asking for a review. Well, here it is. Technicians showed up almost 2 hours late with no apology. The bantar was anything but appropriate. I was charged almost twice the original amount quoted. Technician was not prepared and did not have the correct tools for the job. Workers left the job site to run errands and further delayed the completion time. They left the work area a mess and made me feel like I had been totally taken advantage of. Looking for someone you can trust? Look to a different company.

The technician showed up right away and took care of the issue. The person who answered the phone was knowledgeable and the service prompt. My only small complaint was that the tool used left a significant number of dark scratch marks requiring me to drain the toilet completely and scrub them out. Totally worth the effort to have a working toilet!

Everyone was competent and professional and did not let go of the job until my sewer lines were clear. Appreciated the god service I got and am and will be a repeat customer.

Overall the experience is satisfactory. If you live in the East Mountains (a suburb of Albuquerque) they charge a drive fee of like $45 bucks, no big deal really- the suburb is like 15-20 hwy miles away from the city, maybe that is a lot of distance for them. The Roto-Rooter name is a franchise company I believe, so I am not sure why the drive fee is added, maybe they Albuquerque company is owned or managed by a local person that has never done business in a metropolitan or city. I know this fee was not included in my experience with them in Dallas.

Anyway, I have had them out a few times. I would say that if you have more than a straightforward job, like drain cleaning, toilet replacement, water heater swap out, etc you might want to find a more experienced plumber or get a written quote from Roto Rooter first.

They have friendly plumbers, although I agree with the other post that the office staff is less than friendly and twice have told my dispatched plumber that he was doing a different job than I asked for even though I was very specific on the phone with them.

The plumbers work hard but the last 3 times I have called them, twice at this house and once at another they sent a person that has been on the job for just a few years. Perhaps that is just their business model, maybe they are a training center of some sort?, but it may cost you more money to complete a job based on their plumbers lack of experience.

I had a straightforward plumbing job on the last visit, replace 2 T valves in the bathroom and install new fixtures for shower and bath. The dry wall was already removed in the bathroom so there was all access and it ended up taking the plumber 4 hours plus drive time to do the job. In previous experience and my experience today with another plumber, many, if not most plumbers could complete the T valve job in less than 2 hours including pressure testing.

Both recent plumbers from Roto Rooter that came to this house were friendly and worked hard but they were not as experienced as other plumbers and I payed for that lack of experience.

The plumbers were Honest, Respectful of my home, and the most recent plumber was only an hour late for our scheduled appointment time, so not a bad experience, but the lack of the plumbers trade experience did cost me a bit more. Hope this helps for those of you in the area. thanks

There is a driver that almost hit my and my friend, then the driver tail gated us and started passing us and was yelling something and using hand jesters (🖕🏼), and the company should know what the driver's are doing while in company vehicle'z!
I called and reported it 2 a female that said she was gna email the manager or someone in charge and I'll get a call the next day. Nobody has called yet🤔!

Our work hasn't been completed but, I just wanted to say you guys are great and very big life savers!! I just wanted to say how much we appreciate the accommodations you provide for customers who struggle to pay their bills in full. We have a leak in our home, I have a disabled elder in the home who is on a fixed income and this was the only company who had some heart to work with my family on the billing arrangements and to help get us our water running as soon as possible. I was able to call this morning and schedule an appointment for a tech to come out to our home today!! Everywhere else wanted us to wait several days until a tech could come to our home. All employees have gone over an beyond to provide me and my family with help. Gabe came out to fix a clogged toilet when he pulled out the toilet the pipe was full of roots had to be about 6 feel long and he managed to get them all reinstalled the toilet better than it was before he was great to work with anytime i need them i will be asking for him

Their efficient plumbing detectives found and fixed the leak in our main water line faster than I would have thought possible, and another skilled employee came back on the following Monday to replace a section of sidewalk that had to be taken out to reach the leak. On a Saturday, I called and within 30 minutes a technician was sent to the house. The technician was very professional and found the problem immediately. He gave me a discount for being a senior and within 30 minutes the drain clog was cleared. The whole process took just over an hour...from the time I called to the time he finished! Wow! Really expensive for 20 minutes of work

Paid almost $300 for them to run a snake to unclog a pipe. Solved the problem for maybe an hour. Their customer service was horrible. They weren't willing to come back and didn't offer up any compensation.

Ended up calling a local plumber and they had to replace pipes to address the actual issue. Cost just slightly more than what Roto-Rooter charged. Will never use them again.

I needed someone to come today to fix a water leak and they came pretty quickly and the fix only took 1.5 hours and I think they did a good job. And they were friendly.

The bad:
They charged me for 2.5 hours instead of 1.5. So I had to call them to get that fixed. I asked for an invoice to get a break down of the cost to confirm proper billing. Unfortunately, their invoice was just a generic total. So I have no idea the break down for labor and parts. And based on the new totally, left me with a bad feeling I got probably over charged by $100 still.

I’ve used many different plumbing companies because I renovate homes. I’ve used Roto many times. Plumbers are expensive. Each company charges different call out rates just to visit the site and give you a price to do the job. There are differences of up to $40 between companies. Roto is great for small jobs because they can normally get to your home the same day and they have more reasonable rates then their competitors. I’ve never had a bad experience with their techs.

Not only did this company not fix the problem , my senior father was charged for the attempt, if I would have known THIS BEFORE HAND I would not have allowed my father to pay them anything until the problem was fixed. My Father had to go else where to get it fixed and be charged yet again. Talk about taking advantage of our elderly .

The team showed up super fast , the fal who answered the phone came up with a solution very quickly! The crew came out camera scoped the problem, dug it up patched for instant access. And then returned on Monday as promised and did a spectacular job to fix our issue and discovered 3 other issues as well as fixed them in rapid time! My sincere hats off to your Team! I have used Roto-Rooter in the past and always had an excellent experience. This time was no different. I called about a malfunctioning water heater. They arranged a time to arrive and the technician arrived as scheduled. The problem could not be immediately resolved due to a part that the plumbing supply businesses in Albuquerque do not stock. But the technician, Sean, went out of his way to call all over the city to find the needed part. I will definitely use Roto-Rooter again.

I called Roto-Rooter and talked to a very knowledgeable scheduler, and had an appointment that morning! The young man was pleasant (and masked), and took care of the problem and gave me good tips for maintenance. I found the charge expensive, but in my mind, the speed of response justified the price.

Recently in the evening, my kitchen drained clogged up. I tried the usual chemical and even borrowed a neighbor's drain snake to no success. It was time to quickly find a plumber that specialized in clearing drains. The next morning I called Roto-Rooter and the friendly dispatcher said that a technician should be there within 2-3 hours which wasn't unreasonable considering I just called that morning. Later, another dispatcher called and said the technician would be there within a half hour which was exactly inside the time period initially given.

I'd like to give a big shout out to Jonathan, our plumbing technician, who knew exactly what to do to unclog the drain. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. This was a messy repair and unclog job and Jonathan did a nice job cleaning up everything. Kudos to him.

I had used them for years and no more. I a have contacted a law firm because the 1st plumber broke the snake in my pipes and had to have a 2nd one come out to cut the snake out. The 1st plumber was so rude and unprofessional. I was told over phone I had to pay for repair costs even though it was the compony who broke my lines.DO NOT USE THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR SERVICES THEY CREATE

So about a week ago I told my friend to use this company because I’m always hearing good things about them. My friend is a single mom she don’t get out of work till after four they couldn’t go to her house cause she didn’t have anybody over 18 before four so she called and she had an attitude. The employee decided just cause she had a bad attitude that he wasn’t gonna service her and he’s gonna put her on a no service list so she so she left a bad review. And they called her back a couple days later, threatening her that they were going to sue her and do other stuff if she didn’t remove her review, because they didn’t like what she said. I don’t think any company has the right to bully somebody the way they did and plus I ended up sending her to another plumbing company and the only charged $125 for a clean out and this company was gonna charger her $300- $400 just to do a clean out.

Roto-Rooter came out to fix our toilet. We asked if they could please snake our cleanouts. They did so and we found out that our septic tank was full. Have they not been here and done a great job at checking out our lines we would have had a massive backup and it would have been horrible. Thank you Roto-Rooter for being on the ball and helping us with our situation.

We called yesterday early afternoon about the kitchen sink backing up into the hall bath. The service tech was out to our place within a couple hours and fixed the same issue we had another company fix not less than 2weeks ago. Fast, professional, friendly, service. The tub has not drained like this in a year and the kitchen sink no longer backs up into the tub. I wish our home warranty would add Roto Rooter to their list of service providers. Much better service and price. I didnt feel like I was being taken advantage of when I was presented the bill. Will definitely be calling Roto Rooter for future plumbing needs!!

My rental property in Albuquerque required plumbing service. Frustrated by the unresponsive plumbing choices contracted by my home warranty program (which is worthless, by the way), I contacted Roto-Rooter and received prompt, courteous and professional service — the same service Roto-Rooter always provides locally here in Tulsa. The technician (Paul R.) was very helpful and polite. I will contract them again.

When I called, I was told there would be a trip charge of $35, which was ok. I told the serviceman my shower drained slowly, the tub would not drain and both toilets and sinks worked fine in both bathrooms. In the one with the shower, the serviceman flushed the toilet once and turned on the shower for approximately 2 minutes. In the other, he unscrewed the stopper in the tub, removed a small hair clog with two fingers and flushed the toilet 4 times. He did not snake out any drains and did absolutely nothing else. He charged a total of $250.81. The invoice note said Clean a secondary line (Kit Lav, Washer) from a roof vent or access point to main sanitary line for home. He was at my home maybe 10 minutes. I'm glad both drains now work, but the charge was exorbitant for what little he did. He wanted to do even more work outside, but thankfully I did not allow him to do it. I'm not rich, so I certainly will not be calling again.

They always respond promptly and do good work. I pay $150 every year for a great service - they will clean drains for free for the year. It doesn't pay for everything, but most of my problems are drains.

Sewer backed up late at night. They were out first thing Easter morning to fix it. They were helpful and fast.

I had an emergency plumbing situation in my house with flooding due to clogged pipes. I also take care of my elderly and ill parents, 87 & 90 years respectfully. It was approximately 20 degrees when this occurred. I called Roto-Rooter and spoke with a very kind and helpful lady named Julie. After hearing my situation, she contacted someone asap while I waited on the line. It wasn't even 15-20 minutes when a couple of excellent plumbers turned up to save the day. One individuals name was Mike and I forget the other gentleman's name. My apologies! However, they offered us a discount coupon and treated us with kindness, professionalism and respect. I'm out of work and my parents are on a very fixed income while dealing with major health concerns. At this point I believe that this particular Roto-Rooter company took care of the heart along with the plumbing. Thank you all as I will definitely refer your services. i had a very difficult plumbing issue and the team sent out went above and beyond to find the issue and fix without overcharging! They knew i was a nervous Nelley and they were very reassuring! There was only 1 person who needs work on his attitude and this was not the first time with him! I have also used R&R for heating and they were also awesome! My kitchen sink was clogged: applying high water pressure with a hose and bladder forced the water up through the roof vent. I called rotor-rooter, and Jonathon arrived in 30 minutes. He climbed onto the 2nd story roof with a snake, and expertly fixed the problem.

We had a clogged toilet that we had tried plunging and augering ourselves over the course of a couple weeks. Finally fed up with it, we called Roto Rooter, and they sent someone out at 8:30 PM to have a look at it. Paul was very professional, and immediately quoted us two possible prices depending on how much work might be involved. As soon as we agreed, he set to work and had the clog cleared in no time at all. He was very polite, and he did a good job explaining what we might have done to cause the problem and what we could do to prevent it in the future. He made sure that we both tested it out to verify that it was fixed, and we called in to pay. Hopefully, we won't have this kind of problem again, but if we do, this will be the place we call.

Had our garbage disposal go out on us just a few days after getting home with our new baby, needless to say we didn't need that. I gave Roto Rooter in Abq a call and they were more than happy to send a technician out that day. In no time at all the technician was here assessing the damage. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He suggested we replace the disposal, however, pointed out if we bought it ourselves rather than use the unit he would have to bring, we would save a fair amount of money which with a new baby helps a lot. He wrote down the specs of the unit we would need and it did turn out to be quite a bit cheaper than using the disposal he would supply. He made an appointment first thing the next day and replaced the disposal quickly and correctly. He also pointed out another small leak we had at the faucet that would just require a new unit. He informed me that it was not serious but would need attention. I can't say enough about the great service and honesty from Roto Rooter, I would definitely use them in the future and suggest others to use them as well. Thank you Roto Rooter for all you're help.

We bought a house that had been dormant for about three years. when we try to use the toilet everything started backing up into the bathtub and toilet. This happened on a weekend but Roto-Rooter was able to come out on a Saturday, find the problem, give a quote on repair, and set us up for the next possible time slot available as it was a rush job. It came out and fix the job the very next business day. The people were kind and very professional. I'm very happy with the services provided.

Pricey, but the tech they sent out was great. In and out in 15 minutes, which makes the $300 price tag sting a little. That being said, the tech was affable, friendly, and a total professional. I take solace in that I'm covered for up to a year of future incidents.

I was quoted $12,000 by Roto-Rooter and instead brought in another licensed professional who invalidated their quote. I was also told they would cancel my membership until I got my pipes changed. No thank you!

I had a major leak in my laundry room and kitchen, water was pour out of my washer and backing up into my kitchen sink and dishwasher. I attempted to call the bumper who fixed the issue 4 months ago, but I would call and after one ring disconnected. I called 4 plumbers, left messages and not a single one called me back. I called Roto-Rooter, and they were wonderful, the receptionist was able to put me on the schedule for that day, they came out and gave me a free estimate before they did work, and the work comes with a warranty (limited). I highly recommend calling Roto-Rooter first. I recommend them to anyone!

We we're informed by the water authority Friday that we may have a leak, so we called Roto-Rooter that afternoon, they were going to come within a couple hours but we had other things to do so they came out first thing Saturday morning and found the leak in our front yard within minutes! ( So no charge since he found it so fast!) He had us scheduled for the repair first thing Monday morning, they were here by 9:30 am and done by 3:00pm!! They did an awesome job! Jebb and Craig arrived on time and after listening to my description of the issue employed a bladed power snake on the septic line. Jebb found clean out entries that I was previously unaware of and diagnosed the problem. Their work resolved the problem at least for the time being and Jebb further provided an estimate for modernizing the clean outs and making them accessible if further work is required. They did a great job!
