First time using Donner plumbing for a service issue with a tub drain and clogged line. Damian Padilla and his apprentice, Ricardo, were both incredibly professional, punctual, and respectful. They were able to fix my drain and clear a clogged line. I highly recommend using Donner plumbing for your plumbing needs in Albuquerque. Request Damian Padilla the next time you need a plumber.

I have employed Donner Plumbing for projects both large and small around my house for about ten years now. While I have generally been very pleased with their service, I will not be calling them out again after today. It took a plumber (Damien) and an apprentice (Ricardo) three and a half hours to clear two partially blocked drains, winterize my swamp cooler, and turn on my furnace, which added up to a charge of over $600! As I explained to the service manager, at these rates Donner is pricing me out of the market for their services. I can only describe this charge as rapacious. Neither of these plumbers had been to my residence previously, and I don't plan on giving them the opportunity to overcharge me again! I am waiting to hear back from the service manager, who promised -- at least -- an explanation for the exorbitant charge. Very disappointed to find I can no longer rely on my favorite plumbing company.

I recently had to have some work done to our condo in order to get it sold; I called Donner Plumbing and they had someone out there the very next day to look at it. Eric Lujan-Alvidrez was very professional and his work was amazing! I would recommend them to get the job done prompt and right!

Donner Plumbing is a great service! They've been out to our house for several different jobs. The entire team is incredibly nice, friendly, and patient (because we don't know jack about plumbing). A shout out to Neil, who schedules the jobs, and he has been super helpful in getting help for us as quickly as possible. Joseph and Tristan recently replaced our evaporative cooler (which was a complicated job) and were extremely kind to my mom. They worked for hours in this terrible heat and never gave up. She is now lounging around in blissful, cooling air. Call Donner if you have a plumbing issue.

Never called back

They were not nice, condescending and 600 + dollars more than all the other plumbers I called for the job. From the word hello, you could talk they didn't care whether I did business with them. Since they were the first call and not knowing if this was as good as it gets in town, I remained kind. Fortunately it wasn't. I contacted 7 other companies and none of them were even close to cost and none were rude. Busy, but not rude.

We use these guys for both commercial and residential service and they have always done an outstanding job. Would recommend to anyone needing a plumber

I've tried different plumbers in Albuquerque in the last 13 years and these guys are the ones I've come to trust over the years.

Our drain for our washing machine is over 70 feet and it can get clogged with roots. These guys have done excellent work in removing the roots and keeping the area clean.

Their pricing was totally fair, they were on time, tidy, and they finished rather quickly.

Furnace went out on a Sunday and I have an elderly father living with me so I can't let house go cold for too long. Monday a.m. I call Donner and Neill has Joseph out by 930am and the Furnace is repaired and running before noon. The receptionist, Neill, and Joseph all very professional. The repairs are warrantied. Didn't research how competitive their rates are but it didn't matter because time was of the essence and it was a very good experience. Will likely use them again.

I waited four days for another plumber to show up. Called Donner Plumbing at 7:00 Monday morning and a heating specialist and assistant were at my house by 9:30 a.m. Long story short... my boiler needed to be replaced. Damian, the service Plumber, was excellent. He and Ricardo, his assistant kept the area clean and were very conscientious, considerate, and respectful. His work was excellent and I plan to use this company for all my heating and plumbing needs.

My family and I have been using Donner for over 15 years and haven't had one complaint. Everything has been quality from the customer service to the jobs they have completed.

I've never written a review about anything in my entire life until today. Had a leak in my house called these guys to come look at it. Waited, waited, waited, called them they said that they had already came and went to my house, to my surprise. Turns out they went to my neighbors house asked them if they had a leak my neighbors said no. They did not identify my house or look at the address or identify anyone inside of my neighbors home. I know that businesses like this must be busy but it is inexcusable to not identify a home where the problem was. Don't know if this is a reflection of poor leadership or incompetence, either way I am looking for others to fix the problem.

Only company I will have work on my furnaces and swamp coolers. Used them for many years doing commercial repairs and they were great. Now I use them for my home repairs. I can highly recommend them.

Donner Plumbing is an established family owned business that cares about your needs, is honest and fair. I have had the pleasure of doing business with them for my rental properties and my own home. They are quick to respond, the staff is knowledgeable, they are courteous, and fairly priced for the excellent service they provide. Even when a mistake occurs, as it might from time to time, since they are human, they are quick to make it right. They take responsibility and pride in doing their jobs the right way, and I appreciate their approach and dedication. I highly recommend Donner Plumbing and Heating. Joseph is knowledgable about our issue & fixed it quickly.

The plumber was more set on speed and machismo I'm the man, this is why it got fixed. First of all, I am the man in this house. Second of all, you told me my hot/cold water lines were crossed somewhere in the house and this is why when you turned the cold water on, hot water came out. Never an issue. Well had he looked at the area where he was working, indeed, the supply lines were touching. I took care of that! Third. Had he stayed longer that 15 minutes, maybe he would have seen the faucet leak and helped diagnosis what could be wrong, even thought Donner PH didn't buy the sink. Well this would involve another service call and fee! This is purely bad business.

John and Justin worked very hard to fix and ultimately replace our split system! They did an awesome job!!! Neil worked hard to have the main unit replaced under warranty and succeeded! I highly recommend Donner Plumbing and Heating!!!
