We had an AC installation by them that was fast and painless for us. Best price we found. Scheduled us fast. They got it done in one day surprisingly and just in time for the rest of the summer. Very happy with the results.

Called to have a leak in drain line under kitchen sink fixed. They were available IMMEDIATELY. Work was done well and at a very fair price. Technician did a great job. Removed damaged pipe that was probably original with this 60 year old house and being eaten away from the inside.

We've had amazing experience with John from Davis the Plumber. We needed to replace two wall hanging toilets and he did excellent work. Also cleaned up after each installation!

Called and told that my ac blower motor not working..tech came n said would order part...when came in they gave me a price...I accepted...the day before install I was called and told the part is $600 more than quoted. I cancelled...ordered part n installed myself in 1.5 hours...was charged $80 diagnostic fee for tech to tell me what I told them when I Called...wouldn't recommend these guys

Grant and his crew installed two large swamp coolers in our home. I can't say enough about how pleased my wife and I were with the job. They were kind, professional, responsive, and showed up on time. They discussed all the options with us to identify the best fit for our home. We ended up choosing Aerocool coolers and are very happy with our choice. They completed the entire job in less than a day. I will definitely use this company for any future jobs.

quoted me one price then hit me with a bill that was hundreds higher, I had to pay over 700.00 for a garbage disposal and 2 P traps...I will not use or recommend them.

ook the time to come and look at what needed to be done, then ghosted us. Spending time and money and then no follow through is not a good business model. At least they didn't disappear in the middle of a started job. That is something to be grateful for. One word: unreliable.

Our water heater went out over the weekend. I called Davis at 6 AM on Monday morning. They provided much insight to the issue and made sure they would be at my home the same day (even when they were down technicians). By noon, Davis had two gentlemen diagnosing the problem. Because our water heater was connected to the boiler, it was more complicated of a problem than they initially thought. Davis even called another company for assistance. Zach repaired our water heater and it is working great. Davis is incredibly thorough and meticulous about their work. As long as it took to repair and replace the multiple parts, I thought they were incredibly reasonably priced. There is no reason to gather other estimates from any other company as Davis is the best plumbing company in town.

I Needed a recirculation pump eliminated since it was leaking and broken. They Just needed to cut it off a 1/2 copper pipe and replace it with a straight pipe around 6 inches of it (or cap it since I wasn’t going to use it) Then I needed some corroded drain pipe replaced (that unscrews). The plumber came and gave me an estimate for 800 dollars. I decided it to do it myself. Total cost was 30 dollars in supplies and took me 30 minutes. Seems they will Definitely try and take advantage if they think you don’t know anything about plumbing. The guy tried to make it seem like it was an all day project and very complex. He even offered to install a new recirculating pump even though I have one installed on the hot outlet pipe on top of the water heater…

My tankless water heater was not working properly. After multiple calls to the manufacturer and previous plumber didn't fix the issue, Kevin and Mark from Davis the Plumber diagnosed the problem and a fix is in the works. There's a followup visit to be scheduled when the final parts arrive, but Kevin got hot water working! So nice to have a hot shower again. These guys were professional, knowledgeable and quick to find the issue. The many years in the business really came to the rescue.

As a follow up, Kevin got the parts installed and we've got instant hot water like it's supposed to be. You don't miss it until you don't have it. Many thanks to all at Davis the Plumber!

Zach Kirk with Davis The Plumber just completed a cleaning and safety check on my furnace. He is professional, knowledgeable, and knows how to explain complicated things to a layperson. Zach is also personable, friendly and an outstanding technician/representative for Davis.

Wow - finally a contractor in NM that not only communicates, follows up and knows their trade, but does great work! After having a couple other Sprinkler contactors visit my home, Davis the Plumber (A.K.A Cutter's Edge Landscaping/Sprinkler) was amazing to work with. Zach was beyond professional, extremely knowledgeable and surprisingly cost-conscientious. I almost felt like I was having to argue with him, to spend more money... :). After spending a good deal of time trouble shooting the pressure and coverage issues with my irrigation system, I ended up having them replace all the valve stations. Zach and Santiago did a great job. Considering all the Elm Roots they were faced with, I actually felt like I should have paid them more. Did they ever complain about the extra work...nope...not once. They replaced all the valves (which was a ton of digging) and did not leave until they felt the system was running 100% correctly/accurately. After one week, I'm already seeing results in the coverage and consistency....Green Grass doesn't lie. :) Aside from their skill set/knowledge, what also impressed me even more, was their communication. Both Zach and Grant were great at staying in touch to update me as to when they'd be able to fit me in and when they'd be out to do the work. They were crazy busy but still worked to get my issues resolved...so again, I couldn't have been more grateful/thankful for their heightened efforts. I'm already passing along their contact info to the neighbors!

I have had excellent services from Davis the Plumber. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and their technicians are professional. We looked into adding a tankless water heater and the first company said the gas supply was not sufficient to install a higher BTU water heater. Our family had used Davis the plumber in the past but we wanted to get a couple quotes. The first company didn’t even check the gas lines in the crawl space….so, the guys at Davis the Plumber measured and took calculations that showed we were within the range based on the size. They installed the water heater and to my skeptical surprise it passed city inspection with no problems. I should have never questioned them but I was used to people giving us the runaround. They even left their calculations for the inspector and I was impressed. We highly recommend, and they have been in business for almost 60 years!

These guys are the best! Kevin and Zach are excellent technicians. Honest and straightforward approach. We have used them for years. Highly recommend!
