Stay away, this is such a disappointing company. Jason came by and based on my servicing they are supposed to take care of my filters and those weren't even changed. So, for over half a year they don't' even SERVICE the air conditioning unit...and they still charged me $380 and they did nothing. Be very careful, even though Jason may be nice and he says don't shoot the messenger this company is horrible. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are unprofessional and didn't even offer to pay for the filter. Stay far away from them, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well.

Braden was professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything that needed repair and the cost. He didn't oversell things that didn't need to be done. Elise in the office was polite and informative. Mark responded quickly with quotes and invoices and receipts. I couldn't be more pleased with this company. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. The entire experience was stress free and during a Pandemic. Everyone also wore masks. I highly recommend them.

I highly highly recommend Gerald and his team at MGP mechanical! They were very quick to come out to look at my AC that had stopped working on a super hot day. Other companies were scheduled a week out or longer. Gerald was kind, respectful and very knowledgeable. Parts were replaced but the AC stopped working a second time. They were quick to come back out, and ultimately it all ended up being a difficult repair on a barely 2 year old AC unit. Gerald made sure that my AC was working properly after all of the issues we experienced, including advocating for our warranty to be honored. They are extremely fair on their rates and I am very grateful to have a working AC. Give them a call first before ANYONE ELSE!

Nathan did an awesome job diagnosing and fixing our plumbing issues. He definitely went the extra mile, and also tested everything to make sure the work done was sound. Would definitely hire again.

RMS was referred to us by Alvarado Roofing after we had trouble with our a/c several months after a new roof installation. Fabian and Samuel came out the same day and fixed our a/c - Alvarado Roofing took care of the bill. RMS was reasonably priced and we could have paid the bill without going completely broke. Both Fabian and Samuel were prompt, professional, speedy and very friendly. I felt comfortable with them coming in and out of my home, and I am extremly satisfied with their work and thankful they gave us recommendations for annual upkeep!!! Thank you so much!
