My furnace was making some strange, loud noises then went completely offline. I wasn't able to determine the issue and gave Rocketman a call based on co-worker recommendation. They got me squeezed in the next day and figured out that it was the inducer motor in my furnace that needed to be replaced. Got it done and working within the hour they arrived. Very professional and helpful. Payment was easy, even for first time customer (which comes with a discount!) and I'm happy to recommend them!

First and foremost, work performed was first class, the two hour pluming repair job turned into four, why because Eugene noticed some other problems that were going to be a for sure call back down the road. I was blessed today to have a young man who made me feel like he was working for a family member, taking care of my problem like it was his personal home. Having just had surgery and the pluming problem was very stressful, I needed superman, he showed up!!!!!!!!!! At the end of the job the boss called and Eugene was need at another job asap, I got nervous and wanted the job done for his sake, he kept the course got me finished at the highest level, 4 hours solid work, no lunch break, there is no school where a person learns how to be kind, hard working, gentleman, it is just who one is. Sean did a great job servicing our heating unit.

Will did a good job also. I was not very happy with the $160.00 bill for 5 mins work, though. I’m in a neck brace and cannot do that kind of repair. I gave Will permission to the job but still believe the cost was very high. Would I have paid the same amount if Will had spent on hour on the task?

Two men did a great job to make sure the connector to the gas stove is working properly. One thing is they left the mess on the floor. I hope they would clean up before they leave. Another thing is call us if they are going to be late. We waited over an half hour before they showed up.

JP Plumbery did the HVAC work on my parents new build a few years back so we were referred to them when our heater started giving us issues this winter. Our heater was 20+ years old and we've been wanting to switch from a swamp cooler to refrigerated air for some time now. We decided to pull the trigger and did a full replacement of both units. They were extremely competitive when it came to pricing, another company was going to be significantly more expensive when we were just looking at the heater repair/replacement.

Cody and Dylan were the two service techs that replaced the units and were great to work with. The first day they arrived they were very thorough in explaining the process and what to expect over the coming days. I didn't feel the need to check in with them because they would check in with me when they arrived every day and throughout so they could update me on the progress they were making.

With the change in weather I've used both the AC and heating unit in the last couple of weeks and both are working great! I would recommend JP Plumbery to anyone in need of their services!
