Best Tankless Water Heater Repair in Albuquerque NM

I called on a Saturday because my daughter's hot water heater was not working. Jason was extremely responsive, checked to see if he had parts for this unit before making a service call, and had the unit fixed within a couple of hours. The charge was reasonable and he explained everything. Would recommend him.

After investing over $7,000.00 for a new refrigerated air conditioner and heater for our rental property, we are still waiting to find out why the unit does not cool past 78?? Had 3 different techs come out. We have a meeting with Mario and the Coleman rep next week - My husband feels like he is getting the run around as someone in the office told him our tenant was happy with 78 degrees - not the point- We hoped to have a unit that would cool the townhouse to 65 degrees if we wanted it to. I hope we can get this resolved. We had a good meeting yesterday 8/17/16 - The Coleman rep found that the intake flow was reduced and they found insulation in the vent - once this was removed the air flow read was better. We are all keeping our fingers crossed that this will resolve our cooling issues. I appreciate the fact that Mario has continued to troubleshoot this issue with us.

Wagner reviewed the findings of a home inspection we had and quickly determined what they could fix. They installed plugs in the water heater control box and a ground wire where one was missing. They were meticulous, extremely knowledgeable, and professional. They only charged me for a service call, yet they certainly performed much more than a service.

The positive reviews on here are friends and family. Just call to schedule and you can tell just by the way the girl answers the phone. I called to schedule and was told she busy and in the field when hours went by I called again and was told they could schedule with a window. They not professional and they are rude I will spend my money elsewhere

Jamie Rodriguez came out on a Sunday to replace the pump that went out on my swamp cooler on a 90° day, he was very friendly and did the repair quickly. Great job! Very happy with his service. Thank you Jamie.

Stephan came out the same afternoon we called to examine some shoddy work that was done by Rick's plumbing. He was able to determine that the PRV that had been installed was backwards (Rick's plumbing had been out three times, and had replaced the valve twice without figuring this out...). Stephan went to work right away, got the PRV turned around, and tightened some other joints that were leaking and loose from the work Rick's plumbing did. He was fast, professional, and fair. I would recommend them and will be calling them with future plumbing concerns.

Derek Brownson was very good he inspected everything and also explained the how and whys of the issues I am having. Followed up by asking if I had any other questions, I was very pleased.

We had five companies provide quotes for replacing our water heater. Bodie, from HomeRun, provided excellent service for a reasonable price. Nick and Terrence repaired wiring for our radiant heating and replaced cartridges in two faucets. They are knowledgeable and efficient and we are very pleased with the completed work. They were also very helpful on giving us advice on water softening systems and we valued their expertise. The customer service from Sarah was excellent.

Technician Shaq was very helpful in switching out our water heater. He answered all our questions and made sure the job was done right. He took several pictures and checked all connections!
