Best Tankless Water in Albuquerque NM

My wall furnace pilot would not stay lit. Many told me it was the thermalcouple. I bought one. It did not work. So I call the professionals at Comfort Solutions. I was charged $250 to diagnose it that it was the gas valve. The technician told me it would be $250 for the part and another $250 for the labor, for a total of $750 plus tax, would end up about $800. I said no thanks.
Finally a technician charge me $50 to tell me that since the pilot lights up, but but does not stay lit after the first session, he said it was the temperature control.

We had B. Carlson out to look at our water heater. They were very professional and knowledgeable, but of five companies I got quotes from, they were the only company that charged for the assessment and quote and their quote was 60% higher than all four other companies.

Cleaned out filters and got our recirculation system going again.

My experience started with Mila Kirwin, who was very empathetic to the fact that I had been without hot water for some time and was getting me to the top of the appointment schedule. Then, I met with Gerald Peralta who came to troubleshoot my hot water heater’s issue. He called the manufacturer and due to his diligence, he found out that the unit was covered by warranty. He followed up with the manufacturer and got a newer replacement unit for my family. He called me to let me know that I would be receiving a new unit and the only thing I would have to pay for was the installation (not covered by warranty). He also scheduled me for an early appointment the next day to have it installed. The technicians that installed my unit were Gustavo Diaz and his apprentice Ken (didn’t get his last name) were equally professional and cared about my customer experience. I truly appreciated the text notification when the technician was enroute to my house. MGP Mechanical has earned my deepest appreciation and any and all referrals I can send their way.

Having been a Homeowner for many years I have learned the hardway little jobs become big jobs. I learned after the fact my job certainly could have fit that category had I attempted to do it myself. The tech quickly diagnosed the issue and then looked for a possible cause. They then had everything they needed to make the fix.... Saving. me from what would have surely been thousands dollars in repair later on.

I have asked RMS to come to my aid so many times I cant count. I have not had better service, quality workmanship, or felt like a company cares about me like that I have experienced from RMS. Scott and his team know what to do, how to do it, and explain everything from start to finish. Pointers on efficiency, proper maintenance, its so wonderful I cant list enough things. Scott recently helped me fix up my folks needs because I couldnt get it done myself. They literally cried they were so pleased. Thank you Scott!!!

If you want work done correctly do not waste your time and money on these guys.

I've used Albuquerque Plumbing Heating & Cooling for years! They are fast, courteous and have very skilled technicians! They have done alot of different jobs for me over the years from repairs to installations and they have always done a fantastic job! I highly recommend them to anyone!!!

JP Plumbery has provided a tank-fed water system for our home in the East Mountains, and has just replaced our soft water system, after the original installer declined service because the East Mountains is too far to come. We've been very pleased with their advice and professionalism.

I work for a Property Management co. in Albuquerque NM, American AC & Heat is the only company we have ever used that will respond and (usually) complete our work orders the same day! I've even called Cody on weekends and have never been refused service. Expert; friendly service; fair and honest pricing, Cody is great to work with! I highly recommend him !

Charles was sent to help out with our new toilet and was very professional and friendly. We had an emergency and Charles showed up within an hour, found the problem right away and fixed it in 10 minutes!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! These people took the money and ran. The service has yet to be completed. I hired them in Jauary and have had nothing but problems. I was on the schedule for Friday to have my install finally completed and turned on. They No Called and No showed on an appointment i had to take off of work for. I have had so many issues since the beginning I would encourage ANY other business because these people do not understand how to operate one. My holiday weekend was cancelled because the company never showed and we had no air. These are just a few issues i have mentioned. Doesnt even deserve a half star for the effort.

Bathtub rough in/valve, spout, handle and shower head w arm installation/change. Bodie came over on time, was professional, kind gave a fair estimate, helped me choose parts (I now know what a rough in is). When it came time to do the job, again he was on time (he sends a text to let you know he is arriving), is professional, did a great job, left the area clean (I mean no mess), the work is perfect. We are so happy. My husbands exact words were, ‘100%, perfect, great job, excellent!.’ So happy. Thank you, Bodie. So happy to have found a plumber.

Go Green installed an HVAC system for us, They were polite, on time and always called to tell us they were on their way. The system works beautifully. They even fixed a completely unrelated issue while in our home just because they could. I highly recommend this company. The cost was thousands of dollars less than the companies that advertise on TV. Do your homework before engaging anyone to do a big job. There is a small issue with the thermostat but I'm confident that will be handled as quickly and professionally as the rest of the job - they will be our go to plumber for everything our home needs in the future

They were very nice and to the point. Came same day and brought everything up to code along with the new water heater. There were no hidden costs and they did a great job.
