Rocketman replaced the 40+-year old Coleman gas furnace. The work was done efficiently with good clean-up. Came out again when an intermittent fault occurred. New Revolv furnace working well. It is intrinsically very loud and unlikely to survive as long as the Coleman did.

This is my second time using Central Plumbing. First time they replaced my hot water heater in Dec 2018. Excellent job and price and I give 5 stars for that job and am happy to have found a company that I can rely on to do good job for fair price.. Just used them again for smaller job and they care enough to make sure that I was satisfied with the job and I will be using them again in future.

Best customer service ever!! My3 kiddos and MYself have been with out a heater, its been really cold and I was desperate for someone to fix it.Thomas and Kevin went out of their way on a Friday after 6pm, they did not mind to go out to my house to check my heater! they could of easily had me wait till Monday.I can honestly say Affordable Service Plumbing cares about their customers!!!Thomas & Kevin are honest did not take advantage of my situation...I can't thank them enough!!!I have no words to describe how I feel to see my kids warm and cozy!!😭Thank You so much Thomas & Kevin!!!!!

Was able to get service when needed. Shawn, Jack & Reese were all very knowledgeable and efficient for the jobs they were here to do. Top that all off with a respectful and kind attitude; I can’t see using any other companies for the services they provide.

I've used this business previously with no problem. This time, I'm afraid it's been quite different. I called Plumbing Express LLC, because our hot water recirculating unit was not working properly. Stacy came out and stated we needed a new unit. I inquired what the cost would be, and she didn't know. She went to a local big box hardware store to pick up a new unit and called to say they had one. She asked if I wanted her to get one. I inquired about total price, with installation and she estimated $300. Once the product was installed, the amount then became $455. I spoke with Stephan Williams, the owner, and told him I was not willing to pay that kind of mark-up on the product. He said that as a small business owner, he needed to have that kind of mark-up. I told him that was not what I was quoted, and I would not pay it. He brought the price down to $375. THEN, the new product did not work, and some of our lights on the same breaker went out simultaneously with installation! We had an electrician out to verify nothing was wrong with the outlet or our electricity in general. Since then, I've called Plumbing Express LLC repeatedly and have left a plethora of messages with staff and on voice mail requesting a new unit be installed. I have handled myself cordially and patiently. It has been WEEKS, and NO RESPONSE from Stephan Williams to have a new unit installed. I am in the process of checking with the NM Licensing Board and intend to file a formal complaint if this situation is not rectified immediately, and I am taking other legal measures to handle this problem. I wish it had not come to this. Extremely frustrating experience, and I'm afraid I can no longer recommend this business at all.

Terrible experience with Daniel's Heating and Plumbing. They are great at installing systems but don't know how to repair them very well. Had them come out to do a repair and they started to replace parts that didn't need to be replaced. After 2 attempts at the repair they send out 3 techs to try and repair the AC And still unable to fix it properly. Beware of Fabian the HVAC tech as he will talk down to you and disrespect you in your own house. Finally told them to leave as I wasn't willing to have them keep replacing parts that did not need to be replaced at my expense because to this day my HVAC system still is not working properly. Called to talk to someone that could make things happen and was told I would get a call back the following week and 2 months later still no call. Gave them plenty of time to make it right but they don't value there customers.

Jorge came to check on an electronic problem with our AC and same day the original install tech cam out and diagnosed the issue and corrected it 100 degree heat. This team rocks, thank you Signature Heating and Cooling
