I am so impressed with my technician, Reyes. He's friendly, knowledgeable & easy to work with!! He quickly resolved my issue.

Reyes from Mr. Rooter was excellent today. They were able to come by within just a couple of hours. They were able to resolve our drain issue and we feel confident in the resolution.

Our technicians were Irin and Ray, they did an excellent job and were professional. They only not fixed the problem but also cleaned our tub. Kudos to them!

Getting serviced through Mr Rooter was very refreshing being that it’s very hard to find professionalism out here in NM. They kept their word and came out to my place when they said they would. Iran first came with Ismail to look at and quote for a very large job of changing out all of our water and sewer lines. They came to look at the job within 2 days of us calling them unlike all of the other plumbers who sometimes took weeks, and some did not show, not so with these guys, they were prompt polite and efficient. Iran spent a long time looking at everything and talked in depth with my husband about what we needed. Iran then spoke with his boss and came up with a verbal quote and the next day a written estimate. We chose this company. Iran and Reyes are a quarter way through the job and so far, we have been very pleased. When the job is completed, I will write a follow up.

While their appt times are off about an hour that didint bother us once we saw the quality of service. Me and my wife are in the distribution industry and both know that even if the dispatcher/scheduler schedules the appt it doesn’t mean they will be there exactly at that time due to the nature of their other calls. Once Eric got here he was 100% professional, courtesy, polite, helpful and informational. He was such a kind person, trustworthy. I am often weary of having my wife be alone at the house if a new person has to come over when I’m not home because of her safety. However, with Eric I had no worries he also updated me on the phone of the progress and what had to be done while I was working. Eric was a standup guy and I recommend him for any household needs you might have. Great experience from these guys and already recommended them to a friend. I expected a costly repair, but the cost was 100% fair.

Reyes Chavez was a ray of sunshine. He was professional and wore his face mask and kept social distancing at all times. He repaired the clogged pipes. He even took the time to inform us how to make sure we don't have the problem again. He explained how to use the BioChoiceES product to receive the best results. The price was also reasonable as we are retired and live on a fixed income. Please make sure this young man is recognized for his profession behavior and the service he provided. Great job Reyes!!

Lowest bid for the job, came out on time and completed the work in one day(as estimated). Had a little hiccup but Lucas came right back out and got it taken care of. They should definitely give that dude a raise.

I would give them zero stars if possible. We called them a little over 6 months ago to repair our water main. They not only tore up our front yard in the process of running the new main. But they destroyed our entire sprinkler system with their trencher, then refused to fix it because we're not sprinkler people. And on top of that they used shark bite fittings on our water main! And here we are months later and we have leaks on both ends of our water main. Very poor quality work. And very unprofessional behavior from employees during the fix. Would not recommend this company to anyone!

Erik Tafoya was awesome, although he found no clogs or problems (great for us) he let us know what could be causing some noises with our washer drain. If we have any problems in the future I will be calling Erik and Mr. Rooter to fix it. Thanks!!!

Right on time and way more affordable than I anticipated

Joe showed up and saved the day! We just went through inspections during the closing process of selling our home and experienced a fraudulent inspector. One of the things he did was while looking at the under sink plumbing was to listen the nut a little to create a little leak when there wasn’t one before. I thought it was messed up and called Joe from Mr. Rooter and he came out tightened the nut wrote up the report without charge since he said it was ridiculous. Very honest dude! Then the buyer agent had TLC looking to do the sewer line inspection but couldn’t find the clean out and left. Joe was like let me do it, the buyer agreed and he found the clean out, scoped it, filed it to the buyer all within an hour.
I cannot express enough what an awesome guy Joe is to work with and I recommend him to anyone that needs a repair or inspection. His prices were very low and value very high. He is also a Veteran who served his country proudly. Give Mr Rooter and Joe your business already!

Irin and Ray Chavez did a great job installing our new Navient tankless water heater.

Ray Chavez was excellent he arrived and got stuck into the job he was very pleasant.

Had water coming up in my front yard. Irin Martinez was available to come out the same day. Irin was great about calling in advance, an letting me know when he was coming. When Irin got to my house he worked quickly, explained everything to me, and did outstanding work. He even took the time to care about making sure everything worked and there was no more water flowing from any other points. I'm very happy that I worked with Mr. Rooter of Albuquerque, and that Irin was a great plumber to work with.

Had an issue over a weekend. Was able to schedule for Monday morning. Technician Reyes showed up a little earlier than expected (NOT a problem). He was very pleasant and friendly. Needed my sewer main repaired from root damage. Other companies wanted more money and needed an appt. These guys quoted me a great price and were available asap. Joseph (lead guy) and his partner did a solid job on a tough task. I would definitely call these guys again.

Josiah was out to fix our swamp cooler yesterday afternoon. After scheduling the appointment the morning before, I received confirmation and reminder text messages. I also received a text when he was on his way! This reminder was a great help, since I needed some time to secure my animals before anyone came into the house. Josiah was prompt, courteous, and professional. In a matter of minutes, he identified the problem, replaced the broken pump, and had our swamp cooler back up and running. Thanks so much!

I would never use them again. Our drain was draining slowly and we called them out to fix it before it became a serious issue. They showed up 5 hours late and were not responsive when I called to see when I could expect them. The drain then overflowed 5 days later and flooded our basement. They came out again to address the issue and were 4 hours later then the time frame they gave us. They then started that their fiber optic camera was out of service and they would come back another time to look at our sewer. We are still waiting for them to come back. The company is very difficult to get ahold of and I don’t trust the work that they do.

Ray Chavez was incredibly helpful and dedicated. His experience helped us navigate finding and fixing a leaking hot water pipe below the concrete slab. A different leak detection company incorrectly identified where the leak was, but Ray was very patient and helped us troubleshoot finding the leak and repaired the pipe. I'll definitely be recommending Ray to our friends, he is great!

Job was done well and in a professional manner. He came within one hour and had the issue fixed quickly. I would recommend this company first because of the fast and thorough job he did.

First guy that came out last Saturday broke my toilet trying to snake from the outside. Then Monday 2 other guys come they drilled from the outside which is not supposed to be done at a residential home. They did replace my toilet but they made the problem worse. Today I called for an emergency because now both bathrooms are overflowing and they say they can't get someone out until tomorrow and suggested me to turn off my water with children living in this home. Manager was RUDE very unprofessional and they will make things worse than what you called them for. Terrible terrible terrible. Also they left a huge mess and commented they left a fresh Mr rooter scent behind .Pathetic.

We had a slab leak under the house. They were persistent and had to come back 4 times to chase eventually diagnose the problem and find the leak. They let me do some of the work to reduce the cost. Major repair, but they were professional and gave me my options.

I had a new swamp cooler installed with all new parts. Ray Chavez was very knowledgeable, informative, and polite. He answered all my questions and was an all around great guy. I'll highly recommend this company.

Reyes and Irin came out to fix a leak in an outside faucet and install a disposer. They were supposed to come between 1and 2pm. But at noon, Reyes called and said they were ahead of schedule and could they come right away.
They explained how bad my outside faucet was and hoped they would be able to fix it because it was so corroded. Despite everything, they were able to fix the “guts” rather than install a whole new faucet. They even put a new gasket in my water hose 😊. No leak!!
Then after finding out that my disposer was hardwired and the switch wasn’t connected to the underneath receptacle, they didn’t install it. So instead of paying an electrician to pull wire to the switch, I will just get a new sink (hate the old one) and a sink mount switch, and then I definitely will be calling them back to install it for me. They were both so nice, and so professional and explained everything in detail. They are the kind of people you want as neighbors.
If you need plumbing, PLEASE call them, you will not regret it. They are The Best!!

Had tree roots underneath the toilet and called Mr Rooter to get an estimate! They were the only company willing to come out for a free estimate! Lucas showed up and removed our toilet and told us exactly what he would do to resolve the issue and quoted us a very reasonable price! He cleared out his schedule and performed the work right then and took him about 3 hours! Lucas was very conscientious about only tearing up the tile and concrete under the toilet so we wouldn’t need to replace tile! He refilled the concrete after removing roots and resealed the toilet! He was very upfront about everything especially pricing and was very courteous and professional and highly recommend to everyone looking for great customer service!

Absolutely the best experience with a plumber I've ever had. They finished a job in record time, and for a price tag that was so much less than if ever expected. They were kind, responsive, and up-front about their pricing. They didn't gouge me, and they did super quality work. I cannot stress thus enough; do not call any other plumber in Albuquerque. I had a major pipe damage the day before Memorial Day long weekend. It was easy to schedule Mr Rooter Plumbing services during the long weekend, and they came the next day after the long weekend, assessed the damage, clearly outlined the details to me and the gave me the quote. I currently had my water heater replaced. MR. Rooters plumbers did a great job. They were upfront and honest about the whole process from the first inspection, quote, and final install. I even had a small issue and the person came back after hours and fixed the problem. Guaranteeing their work which I appreciate. They even made sure that I was getting the right equipment for the size of house I own and not just looking for an upsell. I appreciate that especially now when every dollar counts for families.

I called Mr Rooter for a second opinion on an issue with my sewer drain. The staff were extremely professional and friendly when setting up an appointment for a technician to come take a look at the issue. Reyes was the tech. that arrived on time for the appointment. He gave me the options and his recommendations for what I was describing as the issue. After confirming the issue he explained what possible solutions they could provide. Once we decided on the solution he allowed me to see the step-by-step process with the camera in the pipe to show the before and after. He explained thoroughly everything he planned to do and why he was going to do it. Joseph Cannatello was the plumber who came out to fix a corroded pipe going from inside the house to outdoor faucet, he also replaced the drain pipe for the bathroom sink. He did a fantastic job, was very friendly and professional. Will do business with Mr. Rooter in the future and will highly recommend Mr. Rooter to family and friends. The cost was very reasonable for the amount of work this job took.

I had a clogged washer drain in our laundry room. I used Neighborly App for the first time and I really liked how easy it was to schedule an appointment for someone to come out. I was even able to do it same day.

Neighborly confirmed the appointment by email, Mr. Rooter called to confirm the appointment and texted me to let me know they are on their way. Great communication! That's hard to come by! Anyone knows it's tough finding a reliable, affordable and qualified businesses when it comes to tackling home issues that may arise. It can be stressful! But Eric was very knowledgeable, friendly and transparent with all aspects of the visit. He shared the common issues, how to best prevent it in the future and provided me peace of mind by knowing that Mr. Rooter is a phone call, chat or appointment away. Eric even did a quote right there for another plumbing need. Eric shared that everything he did is saved to my Mr. Rooter file, so if it's him or someone else from Mr. Rooter, they'll know all that was done.

Also, I learned he's fan of both rock, metal and legendary artists. He's easy to talk to. He didn't tell me, but I can tell he cleaned after his work and made sure all was set to go. In hindsight, I probably should have ran the washer for good measure but I felt so confident in Eric's work, I didn't even think about it.

Mostly happy. Seemingly good people with good intentions, and I appreciate that. In the end the main job was done completed successfully. Maybe I'm a dreamer, but when someone tells me they are going to do something, I expect that they will actually do it. There were several promises made, but not written in the contract, that did not happen. I would make sure you are very clear about all you are getting for a big job, and get a second opinion for a big job. I had called TLC, and had used them before for both a big and small jobs. If I could do it over, I would have used TLC for this big job, but would call Mr. Rooter again for smaller jobs.

Our entire experience with Mr. Rooter plumbing was great! It was very easy to get ahold of them and get a set appointment immediately after we noticed our plumbing fiasco. Reyes was the technician on our call, and he was fantastic! He was professional, courteous, and took the time to really explain to us why our plumbing fiasco had occurred. He was very thorough in removing the two large clogs that we ended up having in our pipes, while explaining everything that he was doing. Reyes gave us a lot of advice that will help us take better care of our plumbing, so hopefully we will not have another plumbing emergency in the near future. But whenever we do need a plumber again, we will definitely call Mr. Rooter and we highly recommend them!

Mr. Rooter was hired by us when we had a major gas leak at the house. Reyes Chaves and Joe Cannatello worked hours on end to repair our gas lines. They’d be here at 9am and end up staying until 7:30p or 8p when they didn’t have to. They were both very professional and both had a wonderful sense of humor. These guys along with their boss Mike were absolutely amazing, and did everything in their power to make sure the house passed inspection to get our meter back. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us. We were beyond blessed to have these guys repairing our home. Wall mount toilet. Several problems for installer, but he was very responsive and went the extra mile to get things right. ONE big issue I had thaqt he hadn't yet had his COVID vaccine. ALL Mr. Rooter staff should have it, as a business essential and a community obligation.

We had a clog at our home. We called several plumbers with no luck un-clogging. We eventually found Mr. Rooter. Reyes, and Ish came to my home. They quickly diagnosed the problem and explained why (using their camera) they needed to remove some of my sewer line. Some previous company had left their snake in my line. No idea how long it had been there. They were professional, polite, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. I will always recommend them when you're having plumbing needs.

I called a few times with questions before setting up an appointment and Leslie was very patient answering my questions and then managed to schedule us for the next day. My mom was very nervous even while getting a free estimate but Reyes immediately knew the issue with the plumbing was in the main line and explained everything he did. We really appreciated that Reyes worked so quickly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. We were happily surprised it was more affordable than expected and will make sure to have the plumbing maintenance done with Mr. Rooters to avoid any future plumbing issues.

I had a sewer back up and used Mr Rooter. Initially I thought they were doing good work, however they did not manage to clear the tree lines from my pipes despite being here twice. They did a camera inspection and told me my pipes were collapsed, but did not show me the footage to support that. I am being told I must have an expensive pipe repair, and am waiting on an estimate. I tried calling the company to discuss the situation, and can't reach a person. I only have the option to leave a message. My impression at this point is that they are overstating the issue and inflating the cost of the repairs. At the very least, I should have footage of the sewer camera inspection to support the need for repairs. And I should be able to talk with someone at the company without using a message system.

Reyes is an extremely competent plumber his positive can do attitude is wonderfully refreshing - especially when faced with old-school plumbing issues! He and his assistant expertly installed the dual-handle shower valve; replaced the ancient galvanized water line with copper pipes. Reyes retuned for an additional appointment to install a new toilet and emergency shut off. This challenging task (the old toilet was rigged mess) took most of the afternoon and I truly appreciated the time & effort Reyes took to ensure the toilet replacement was correctly installed. Reyes was always polite and professional. He consistently wore a face mask & kindly put up with my very nosy dogs.

I just want to thank our heroes Raymond Chavez and his apprentice Ish for the outstanding work to get our only shower back to working. It was more complicated than just snaking. A 60's home. Raymond figured it out while also being a good veteran teacher to his young apprentice. Our family thanks you for your professionalism and I am sure the public thanks you because now we can shower again, haha! Seriously though, great work. thank you.

Reyes Chavez and his co-worker Joe (sorry I don't know Joe's last name) were amazing! They worked SO HARD and so professionally. My parent's home is over 50 years old and the pipes were REALLY backed up - they worked diligently and never gave up!! Fixed everything and when all was said and done we felt like we paid a very reasonable price for all their hard work. We would HIGHLY recommend these gentlemen and this company.

I contacted Mr. Rooter at 7:15 AM on Sunday morning because we had a serious sewer line backup between the house and the street. I left the message as requested and was informed that a live person would contact me within 1 hour. By 10 AM I had not heard from them so called Roto Rooter. They responded within one hour and completed the job within 30 minutes. It is now noon and I have yet to hear from Mr. Rooter. Guess I'll stay with Roto Rooter.

I called about a clogged shower drain. The person on the phone was personable and explained their billing procedure. That being Mr. Rooter sends a plumber to do an estimate of the of the work needed. If you accept only then they begin work and you are charged. If you don't like the estimate there is no charge. Unbelievable!
