This weekend 7/15/23 my A/C broke. Yes, during a heat wave! I was referred to Mark Lopez who owns Accord Air Conditioning and Heating. With all the work he has going on this time of year, he managed to fit me in within 24 hours. He showed up at my house, came in, opened up the closet unit, turned on a few things, got up on the roof, and immediately figured out what was not working! He was able to troubleshoot the problem and fix my unit immediately. He wasted no time at all. His pricing was very reasonable and he has called back to make sure my unit is working. He is a local business owner and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs A/C repair. His customer service skills are impeccable and his technical knowledge is sharp and quick. He also keeps the customer informed every step of the way as to what he is doing for the repairs.

Mark Lopez was very professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. He showed up on a Saturday before the scheduled time and charged the amount he quoted over the phone. There was not a Saturday or after-hour fee. No games, just direct! I called 6 other companies prior to Accord Plumbing. I most definitely recommend Accord Plumbing!

I’m in a rental house and Mark was contracted to switch over the swamp cooler for the summer and winter. He is always so nice and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate calling him if I had a need for my own property.

My wall heater ended up going out and these fellas had me fixed up in no time at all. Left us a small heater in the meantime while they got the parts and repaired the unit. Friendly and professional folks!

I was ignored by my home warranty First American Home Warranty(do not use them) so I reached out to Mark at Accord Plumbing and Heating through a friend. Mark showed up early and diagnosed the problem immediately. He ordered the correct part and installed the fan motor that night. Most companies would have left me without A/C all night.He performed the proper maintenance, ensured the a/c unit worked properly, and left everything clean and orderly. I would definitely use him again for any service the company provides.

Mark came out when he said he would, identified the problem immediately, replaced the pump, all with professionalism and good spirits, even after a long, very very hot day. He is my go-to guy!

Mark used cheap materials that weren't able to endure water from shower or weight of being walked on. Tile had chiped on several corners tiles and ultimately causing water to leak under the tiles to the concrete and 2x4s. A shower pan wasn't Installed so the hole bottom had to be replaced only a little over a year. AT first I thought it was being damage by the tenant but when they moved out tiles continued to crack and chip off. I seen a tile that wasn't damaged before now had a new chipped corner on it. I bent down to touch it and it slid right off the small square tile. Now that I seen first hand I know it wasn't the tenant but the supplies used by the contractor. Even if the tenat told us before the 1 year warranty ended i don't think he would admit his mistake.

Highly Recommend! Mark the owner was able to come out within a couple hours if me calling. Genuinely nice guy and knows what he's doing 10/10 service.

Would recommend using anyone other than Accord. Customer service was extremely unprofessional, quality of work was very poor and price felt like Mark was trying to take you for as much as he possible could. I see lots of positive reviews from the past but unfortunately clearly something has changed.
