Wagner, originally installed a new heating and refrigerated air conditioning system for us around 3 years ago! It’s been fantastic! When the service men come to check on the system or look into something, they are always professional, prompt and informative! We highly recommend Wagner for any service you may need!

I have employed Donner Plumbing for projects both large and small around my house for about ten years now. While I have generally been very pleased with their service, I will not be calling them out again after today. It took a plumber (Damien) and an apprentice (Ricardo) three and a half hours to clear two partially blocked drains, winterize my swamp cooler, and turn on my furnace, which added up to a charge of over $600! As I explained to the service manager, at these rates Donner is pricing me out of the market for their services. I can only describe this charge as rapacious. Neither of these plumbers had been to my residence previously, and I don't plan on giving them the opportunity to overcharge me again! I am waiting to hear back from the service manager, who promised -- at least -- an explanation for the exorbitant charge. Very disappointed to find I can no longer rely on my favorite plumbing company.

Have done business with Custom-Air on several occasions over the past 14 years. Everything from Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing for a new home to installing a hot water heater. Their service is reasonable, always fast and they clean up after they've finished. Would highly recommend.

“Disappointing!” I called Albuquerque Plumbing based on their write up on their website about honesty and consistency to their customers.We had what looked like a leak so we called Albuquerque Plumbing and they sent out a plumber. The plumber checked our water meter and told us we did not have a leak and left. We were charged a $70 fee for them to come out. No problem we paid the fee. As it turned out we did have a leak. Okay…so we called Albuquerque Plumbing again and asked them to come back out again to fix the leak. We were told by the woman on the phone that they were going to charge us another $70 for them to come back out again plus the cost to fix the leak. I protested paying another $70 because if they had not misdiagnose the problem the first time we would not be calling for them to come back a second time. The woman on the phone would not budge and insisted they were still going to charge us another $70 for them to come back. I’m sorry but that is not fair nor is it honest! Again Albuquerque Plumbing turned out to be Disappointing!! We will not call them again for our plumbing needs nor will we recommend them!

My AC went out and I had called a few companies and decided to call American AC and Heating because of the great reviews. I spoke to some one and I was lucky to get service out literally an hour later. Two techs came to the house and they fixed it in less then an hour and were very through and went above and beyond to help me. Cody was very professional and helped me getting my AC running same day. I will definitely use them again and will refer others to them.
