Ricardo did a great job installing a clean-out. There was a a delay related to getting some parts but fortunately the hole I dug wasn't far from the line and finding the line is the hardest part of the job. He also raked the gravel back in place and you couldn't tell there had been any digging going on. All on a hot humid August day.

George replaced the water line running from the water meter in the alley to the house (with 1 Pex pipe). The water was only off for a few hours as the new line was installed. I was very happy with the quality of the work that was done and there is a noticeable increase in water pressure with the new line. I wouldn't hesitate to contact George again for any future plumbing needs

These guys do a great job. We've had them out to help with small leaks as well to replace our main water line. Donnie is so thorough with troubleshooting leaks and will help you figure out other random things about your plumbing. They clean up after themselves which is a bonus, too

Issac and his team were friendly awesome, professionals. I manage a Kennel Facility and when our draining system wasn’t draining properly and backing up, they came out less than 24 hours from our first call. They resolved the issue as soon as they could and even ran tests to make sure that they 100% resolved the issue and made sure to set up routine checks with us. We won’t be going anywhere else now!

I recommend code blue for plumbing. Had my faucet replaced and new toilet installed and employee jamal and able did an amazing job.

$150 for service call. He did not call before coming like we were told he would, I had stepped out for 30 minutes, my wife let him in but was busy, so I didn't get to be present as we had planned for.

He put a camera down the drain and showed my wife, and on a cell phone later to me, the build up on the sides. Explaining this was rust flaking from the sides. I was concerned about lint build up because this was a laundry drain. Truth is probably both.

Where I feel this was not good value: the only solution offered was an $800 dollar 4 hour chain grinding estimate. I rented a drill drain cleaner and solved the problem for $40 bucks and an hour of work with clean up. He had explained his concern of blocking/impacting the drain by just snaking the drain. This just doesnt figure out for me based on the small amount of material I pulled up and how quickly we cleared it.

We experienced slow drains and flushing in a newly purchased house after several months. Ran into a full backup on a weekend. Called a few plumbing company’s and Mr. Rooter was the first to respond. The team fixed the problem very quickly and provided a great long term solution. Plus we now know our house plumbing is in great shape for years to come. I want to thank Derek, the owner of the company, who helped my mom and I swap out a toilet. He did the job cleanly, perfectly, and in a timely manner. After finding out there was a leak the next day, we called him back (as we were going to ask for vanity replacement too anyway) and he showed up that day to help us. He was patient and understanding, he even called the store we bought the toilet from, drove to the store, and dealt with everything. In the end, he stayed until 10pm just to fix and replace our faulty toilet. Despite how tired he was, he was kind and didn't leave until the problem was solved. God bless his heart. Arico came out and replaced my garbage disposal right away.
They were so helpful to fix my sink which was all backed up from the clogged and old disposal, so now I have a wonderful new disposal.

This plumbing company is hands down the very best! Very professional and honest. I had a root nest in my sewer pipe along with a root that actually broke through the pipe, and these guys replaced it in less than 4 hours. Freddy and his partner where very knowledgeable and professional, and did not leave a mess when they where finished, they even power washed my walkway. The owner Jose, very kind person!
