I've had All In Plumbing work twice on my mother's house. Each time they were on time. The first was with Derek the owner and recently we had Daniel and Robert. Each of them were helpful, professional and informative. My mother would be glad to have them work on her home anytime. If your not All In then your out of luck.

Jorge and Robert were very professional &accomplished the job in a timely manner always keeping me informed of prices and possible issues that may arise, which didn't. Highly recommend them

Both of my toilets were clogged. I contacted All in Plumbing and they will be out in about an hour. Quite pleased with their response.

I've had All In Plumbing out twice-the first time was to repair/replace a sewer line/toilet in one of my rentals. They made an appointment to fit my tenant's schedule, arrived on time, did more of the repair than anticipated and replaced the toilet. They came back immediately when my tenants felt the toilet wasn't completely stable to be sure it was.

My next appointment with All In was when my washing machine broke and the installer couldn't shut off the in take valves. That was on a Sunday, Cesar was here on Monday. Completed the fix in a timely manner and a very reasonable price. Left the work area very clean. Washer got installed, but when I did a load of laundry, all I got was hot water. Called Saturday afternoon to have someone come out on Monday. Derek, the owner, offered to come out on Sunday to find the problem. He came down ill and had Duran here first thing Monday morning. Duran pulled pit the washer, checked both water lines and re-connected them. Magic! I have cold water! And no charge! You can't imagine how comforting it is that a 72 year old woman can find an honest, caring, reasonably priced plumber that has very professional, courteous people, from the office staff to the actual service people. I would personally recommend them to friends and family (and have) with no qualms that your problem will be address is quickly and reasonably priced as anyone in town. I LOVE you guys! Thank you for all your help. You are my #1 (and only) call when I have a plumbing problem. If there was a number above 5 or a better word than EXCELLENT, I would use it.

Did a professional job unclogging a stubborn drain doing the needed repairs to make it right.

We had a clogged pipe on a Sunday over labor day weekend and we had guys show up within 45 minutes to get our washer and sink flowing again. The price was fair and the crew was knowledgeable. We're happy with the service we received and would definitely use it again.

All In Plumbing was contacted on Monday morning, they were at my home in about an hour and professionally diagnosed the problems with a backed up sewer. Work is in progress to replace the main line. I’m not happy about the price of services (and I contested this with the company), but that is not the purpose of my review. The purpose of my review is poor customer service and a refusal to assist with a company-created problem.

A technician came to my home to install a faucet and a garbage disposal and soon after he left, I got a large leak in the kitchen where he performed work. Water had gone all over my floor and it saturated the wood under my sink. I called the company and someone said they would send a technician out to fix the leak. It’s been several hours since I made contact with the company and they haven’t called me back or sent someone out to help. I’ve called the company several times since then and my calls are getting it ignored. The technician also won’t call or text me back. The leak is still happening and I’m being blown off. I thought the company would give me a heads up before the night about their efforts to fix this but that doesn’t appear to be happening. This isn’t great customer service and this is a sure way to make sure I don’t use this company again.

I was helped on the phone by Blanca which was amazing and fully understood my emergency (broken pipe)she then sent Derek who took the task ahead and got it fixed like a pro! Very happy with them, would recommend this service to all my friends

I found Derek and his team to be very punctual with great quality work. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem with my drain in a timely manner! The price was fair and I would recommend him to others for any plumbing needs. I will be using his service again should the need arise!

Derek and his team did an amazing job this weekend replacing main line to my septic and bringing everything up to code at our old house.

I just had a great experience with Jason from. My roofers accidentally put a nail thru my water line in my attic and Jason was out the next morning and within 5 min of getting up the ladder he had the coupling installed and I was fixed. He also went out of his way to help us install a board under the decking so it didn’t happen again. He even grabbed a 2x4 out of his truck. If I ever need a plumber I will be giving All In a call, no doubt.

Excellent experience! Derek gave me an estimate and explained everything that required work in an easy to understand manner. Cesar, Duran, and Jason came out to replace my water heater and remove an old water softener shed. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgable! I am definitely using All In Plumbing from now on. Let me Tell you We have had Derek Out at our house a few times in a few weeks because we had pipes busted in the home he came and fixed it for a good price. Then we had another one bust so once again we called Derek and he came tonight and fixed all the pipes the right way and only charged for what he actually told us the night before And which is could have cost a lot more but he had that set price and Stuck to it. 'Awesome Customer Service I would recommend All in Plumbing to anyone he does Great work and he will come out all hours to get the work done So Thank you so much for helping us out with our pipes getting fixed we really Appreciate it

We called Derek's crew at All in Plumbing when our furnace was turning on but not blowing. Jorge and Robert cleared the gas line. That fixed it and we're ready for winter now.

We had several plumbers come out to our home to provide an estimate or guidance on how to repair our water lines. We own a tri level home so the project was not a welcomed or easy one! Cesar came out provided quality guidance and was willing to take on the challenges we presented! After the job was complete we were more than pleased with the service! We decided on a permaline, Cesar and Duran were GREAT! On time, educated and very friendly! We will call All in Plumbing for all our plumbing needs! Thanks!!

Where do I begin, we own a rental property and had these guys out.

These guys are incompetent and will cost you more money. They were assigned to us through our home warranty company. They apparently received approval from the warranty company to replace the toilet. When replacing it, the didn’t replace it with the correct size toilet. The old foot print of the toilet was substantially bigger than the new toilet they replaced it with! The floor was originally tiled and was only grouted to accommodate the original toilet, very common. These guys installed caulking around the new toilet and in the grout lines allowed any water that gets on the floor to seep into the downstairs ceiling!!!! So when we were getting water in the ceiling called them out, they then said our shower pan was leaking?! Decided to get a second opinion and there is no leak from the shower pan, so did the toilet even need to be replaced in the first place??

Having a pipe leak in your home on a Saturday afternoon usually means you'd have to wait until Monday to schedule an appointment for a day later. Thank goodness for All In Plumbing! They showed up when they could that same day. Daniel and Derrick were awesome. They fixed the problem pretty quick. Their receptionist was great as well! Responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you guys!

After we spotted a leak in our backyard we contacted several companies to replace our existing water line from the meter to the house. Derek answered the call and was at our house in 30 minutes. After a brief rundown of what the issue what was needed to replace the line he left to get supplies and was back within the hour. After bout an hour working. A new line was in and our water was on. Thanks Derek and Robert for your fast response and even faster work. Much appreciated

I've used Derek and his helper two times now. Since he was reasonable the first time(professional and showed up on time) I called him yesterday for a simple fix on copper pipe that needed soldered and since I don't have that knowledge or tools for the job I figured it would be a quick in and out for about $100.00, boy was I wrong! What I got WAS excellent work and quick in and out efficiency and my water back on to my house but the price tag was $200!!!!( My husband did negotiate with him for a final bill of $175) I have been using a handyman for $75.00 per hour and felt that was a little bit high but this job would have been more like $300. per hour. Yikes! My bad though for not asking for the price up front...

We had a bunch of water seeping out from under an interior wall near back-to-back bathrooms. All In Plumbing was the only plumbing company out of the four I called who could have someone onsite within hours. More specifically, All In Plumbing's owner, Derek, arrived promptly, figured out how to cut off water to the leak (pipes run through concrete foundation) while restoring water to the rest of out home. Along with his technician, Duran, they came up with a plan to isolate the leaking pipe in the foundation, then bypass that pipe, using PEX lines to thread through the walls, running new lines to the master bathroom. This approach prevented the need to start jack hammering the concrete foundation. Duran was the lead tech for the 3 days of work required to resolve our issue, essentially re-plumbing the master bathroom. We are extremely satisfied with the thoughtfulness in coming up with a plan, executing that plan flawlessly, effectively resolving what could have been a much bigger problem. Well done ..... VERY well done.

This is now Spartans plumbing I can’t say enough good things about This company. They came out promptly and fixed my broken sewer line . They are the BEST AT PIPELINING! At a reasonable cost they also are very honest . .and give you quality work !! Thanks to all of you who helped me with relining my pipe !!

The owner came out quickly and unclogged the pipe to our septic on a night when we were desperate. The clog was at the end of a long line. It took a bit of work to do it but he got it done. Well worth every penny and the cost was reasonable. He went above and beyond.

I had a main water leak early in the morning during the weekend. I Look online to fine someone, All in plumbing was my first call. Derek was the one that answer the phone call. I told him the problem and with in 15min he was out in my front door. Very polite man and very professional. I highly recommend their services. Called this morning to see if All In Plumbing could send someone out to unclog (snake) a toilet. The young lady I spoke with was very pleasant, helpful, and professional. I was given a time window to expect their guy, and Robert and Marquio were right on time. They, too, were pleasant and professional, and had the job done in no time! They even gave me a military discount of 20% on the fee. Sweet! Nice to be able to count on good folks when you need them. I'd definitely use their services again.

First let me say that All In Plumbing did not do anything at my home. This was because they stopped returning my calls and texts. Extremely unprofessional. They had contacted me from a business referral site and said they were interested in the job. I called and scheduled a meeting with Cesar. He came to my home and said they could do the job and would provide me with an estimate in a few days. After weeks of waiting Cesar failed to provide me an estimate. I contacted their office and was told that Cesar or Derrek would call me within a hour. That never happened. I think they never intended to the job. Cesar was a waste of time and energy and neither him or Derrek ever returns calls. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. There are plenty of other plumbers in Tucson that will treat you much better.

CALL ALL IN PLUMBING!... Had a water main break and seeing they were a local business I thought to give them the first try... They were extremely responsive and out the next morning to replace my water main line... Their services were affordable and done right and when I had a question they resolved it immediately... George came, cleared my sewer line. Found a root ball, cleared it in a timely fashion. Very professional service.

Jorge and Robert came out to check my hot water heater. I was unable to get the pilot light to relight. They got it relit and we discussed why it had been shutting off. They diagnosed the problem and agreed to return by Friday (hopefully) or Monday at the latest to replace the deficient part. Both Jorge and Robert were very professional and knowledgeable and put me right at ease. I'll update to let you know how the repair goes!

I had a leak in my walls that I called about after hours. Derek came right away and assessed the leak. Him and nick ended up fixing the problem even better than it was to begin with. Both are great. Would highly recommend this company

Derek and Cesar came out and did a great job repairing my shower faucet. They wore masks and were very professional.

We had a clogged and backed up show drain. Of course it was a Friday at 3pm. I called our service line warranty and they were able to contact All In One Plumbing which is one of their contractors. All In One called me within an hour and had a tech out in another hour. By now it was dark. George was my tech and he was supper professional. He had a mask on for Covid precautions. He explained everything and gave us some good tips on preventative maintenance. He was able to get the line flowing and showed us in our outside cleanout what to look for. Hope we can use them again if needed!

Derek was very professional, knew exactly what was happening and even scoped the line for us. He came out late tonight to fix our sewer line and got us back up and running. We look forward to a warm shower tonight without the backup. Thank you Derek!

Great service from Daniel and Robert. A pipe under my backyard burst. They fixed it quickly and at a reasonable cost.

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate on three projects I wanted addressed. No one showed up. No one called. I called the company, the receptionist said she would contact the tech and give up to a 30-minute window for a reply. At 45 minutes I called again, the receptionist said she had called the tech and would alert management. That evening the owner, Derek, called and left a message apologizing and saying he would come and provide me with the estimates. I rescheduled providing a 2 1/2 window (9:30 - 12). At 11:59 the receptionist called and said the tech would require 20 to 30 minutes more. It is hard for me to believe that the tech was unaware earlier in the project that more time was required. As this appointment was to redeem themselves and the owner said he would be the one coming to provide the estimate and neither were true--I canceled. From my two experiences they do not honor their word, do not communicate effectively and do not respect their client's time (at least the 5 hours and 15 minutes in two attempts that I provided).

Great advice

We feel fortunate to have had All In Plumbing at our house today to fix a leak that had sprung from an outside line. We called our service line warranty company and were told that we would have someone out to our house today or tomorrow. All in Plumbing arrived at our house within two hours. Before they even arrived, we were made to feel at ease by an email notification that they were on their way (much like a package notification). When the guys arrived, (Robert Pizano and Jorge Tellez) they were very courteous, professional and efficient at resolving the problem. Within a few hours, our outside plumbing water leak was fixed. They cleaned up and left the area the way they found it. We are so pleased with their work ethic. We hope the next time we have an issue, the company will send them. If I could rate zero stars I would. They repaired a leak outside and the following day it burst, forcing us to turn off the water. They claim to be 24/7 and yet refuse to answer their phone. When they do feel like answering they insist that a tech will follow up and come fix it. Yet here we are, now 24 hours later, still with no water and no one showing up. I am shocked at how horrible the service is. Going on day two of no water and we’ll see if they finally decide to show up. Absolutely ridiculous.

I want to thank Derek, the owner of the company, who helped my mom and I swap out a toilet. He did the job cleanly, perfectly, and in a timely manner. After finding out there was a leak the next day, we called him back (as we were going to ask for vanity replacement too anyway) and he showed up that day to help us. He was patient and understanding, he even called the store we bought the toilet from, drove to the store, and dealt with everything. In the end, he stayed until 10pm just to fix and replace our faulty toilet. Despite how tired he was, he was kind and didn't leave until the problem was solved. God bless his heart. I highly recommend this place!! Thank you Derek!!

These guys have great response times, are super friendly, professional, and determined to get the job done right. Cesar and Duran did tremendous work on a very difficult water leak at one of our locations. The price was great too. All in is definitely my preferred plumber for work and personal plumbing issues!

Jorge did a great job in unclogging our sewer line on 2 different occasions. He was very easy to work with. We live in a historic home so the outside line can be a challenge to work with. Using the camera in figuring out the bigger problem with the line was very helpful as Jorge was able to explain the the condition of the line and potential problems. We certainly will use All In Plumbing again when needed.

Derek was absolutely amazing very professional and friendly he was very efficient I absolutely would recommend this company to everyone!!!!

I noticed our yard was flooding in an area that was not supposed to have a water line. I dug up the wettest spot and found 2 pvc lines with 1 cracked and leaking alot. I was able to cap the leak but was completely confused what the pipes were for. All In came out the next morning and figured out almost immediately what was going on. Duran and Ceasar were great and had it corrected in a short amount of time without it costing a fortune. It was a water softener line that was no longer used. They were both friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would not hesitate to call All In Plumbing again

Derek from All In Plumbing gave us a competitive bid. The work was scheduled promptly and completed by Nick the same day. Although we had a small issue afterwards, they again responded promptly and resolved the problem. We appreciate the professional follow-up.
