Extremely reliable, helpful, and professional. Received a quote on the phone and that is exactly what they charged to replace the water heater, even though it was not an easy job. I will definitely be calling them for future plumbing issues.

Used Affordable Plumbing for a stubborn kitchen clogged drain.Serge was the tech that came out.Serge was very patient in unclogging the main kitchen clog.He had to use the Hydro jet to unclog the pipe.He was very Professional and did an excellent job of cleaning when he was done.I recommend Affordable Plumbing and Serge the Tech. Had a leaking water heater that I wanted fully replaced. Was able to fit me in same day, showed up when they said they would, and left the place clean. Will use again in the future.

I decided on Affordable Plumbing because of their Yelp reviews. They were consistently rated high and the reviews that rated them low had responses from Angelo the owner which were very reasonable. Angelo came out to my home in response to a septic line blockage which he repaired well. He is very professional and courteous and it is obvious he excels at what he does.
I decided to have my lines power sprayed which happened today with another worker Sergio - who was very pleasant and did a great job. This is a great company with excellent staff. Based upon my two experiences - I would highly recommend them.

Spoke to Angelo, he sent Rigo out and he came early, which was great. Took out old toilet and installed one I had ordered from Home Depot. He was efficient and quick and answered my questions. Price was way reasonable and he left area clean. I use them for all my plumbing needs.

My 12 year old gas hot water heater stopped working on a Wednesday evening. Called my “go to” plumber Thursday morning. Said they could come out Saturday. They gave me Angelo’s number. Called Angelo at 1:00 pm. Ben was at my door at 3:00 pm with a new hot water heater. 2 hours later the new hot water heater was installed. Affordable Plumbing is now my “go to” plumber. We had a clogged kitchen drain due to a broken garbage disposal. The worker who came out did a great job. He removed the old disposal and installed a new one. He left the worksite clean. He was pleasant and professional. When I needed to modify his time of arrival he worked with me to accomodate my needs. All of this for a reasonable price which he quoted at the commencement of the job. All in all an A+.

My kitchen faucet was leaking due to a faulty Moen design. I obtained a Kohler replacement, but needed someone to install it. I found Affordable Plumbing on the Yelp website with very high ratings, so I called and spoke to Angelo. It wasn't an emergency, so he came out the next day and installed both my kitchen and bathroom faucets. He is cordial, quiet, professional, and did a perfect job at a reasonable price. I would recommend Angelo highly and plan to call him whenever I have a plumbing need.

Serge came out quickly and on time. They gave me an actual time rather than a 6 hour window to deal with. Reverse Osmosis installed quickly and other issues I hadn’t mentioned were addressed as well. I’ll definitely be using them again. I’ll even request Serge, couldn’t have asked for a nicer guy.

When my hot water heater died, I checked internet for reviews of plumbers. Affordable Plumbing is highly rated by reviewers, so I called them. Angelo, the owner, asked for information about my hot water heater and when I described it he explained that the controller probably was defective and that I could either replace the controller or the complete hot water heater, and the price for each. He and his assistant arrived promptly and they efficiently replaced the hot water heater and explained how to operate it, for a very reasonable price. If there were 10 stars on this rating I would rate Affordable Plumbing 10 stars! I will definitely call them for my future plumbing needs.

Serge was the person who was over the top in every category.Masked, on time, pleasant, skilful and patient. VERY patient. I don’t think everyone should expect this, but he actually met me after I got the wrong fixture to help me get the right one at Home Depot. He knows his craft and had the skill to quickly do the work.

We had a drippy kitchen faucet that kept getting worse. Angelo (Affordable Plumbing Tucson) was able to get us scheduled quickly. Marty (the gentleman who do the plumbing) was right on time - actually showed up a little before the time expected - which was awesome and greatly appreciated. He immediately knew what the problem was with the faucet - a part that needed to be replaced with the handle itself. He had it done in no time. Marty was very professional, friendly and quick. The price of the plumbing was also awesome - I did not feel like I was being taking advantage of/ripped off. Bottom line here - AFFORDABLE PLUMBING TUCSON DOES SUPER QUALITY WORK AT A GREAT PRICE!!!!!

After a lengthy search on Google for reviews of plumbers, I happened upon Affordable Plumbing. This company is very highly rated by reviewers, which is why I decided to call them. Serge was my technician that came out. He arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He repaired my “squeaky” bathtub faucet and leaking dishwasher water valve in no time. When I received the bill, I was shocked because it was indeed affordable! If I have any future plumbing needs I will definitely call this company and you should as well if you have plumbing issues. You will not be disappointed.

Serge installed 2 new water faucets in my laundry in less than 30 minutes and for less than the price quoted. He was polite, professional and friendly. I'm grateful for the excellent service.

I called about a leak under my kitchen sink and expected a major repair. Rick stopped by right when scheduled and took a look. He didn’t see anything obvious, so he just tightened up the spray nozzle and presto! Since it only took him a few minutes, he said there would be no charge, but I happily paid for the service call. He could have easily ripped me off for an unnecessary repair, but he was honest and just did what was needed. He didn’t even seem to mind my little barking dogs. I will use Affordable Plumbing from now on for any and all repairs!

Angelo and his associate arrived at our house just a few days after we contacted them. We had a long list of jobs that needed attention. our main sewer line was clogged. both toilets tub backed up.it was a mess. Called Affordable Plumbing and Sergio came out on time. infact text me and was able to come out sooner. Surveyed the problem and I had no clean out outside so he went in thru all the roof vent needed to unclog the main sewer line. he diligently checked each drain in the entire house.He was professional, knowledgeable, a very courteous nice man.The price was very resonable.I truly recommend Sergio at Affordable plumbing.

Called for an appointment on Friday for an estimate to repipe my entire house. Next availability was Tuesday. Meanwhile had other plumbers out to give estimate. One was very low and they were able to start right away. Called 7:30 am on Tuesday to cancel and explained that I had accepted another estimate. The man (owner?) said “well great. Thanks for a waste of time.” And hung up on me. I am so glad I never got an estimate from him because I would hate to give my hard earned money to such a awful person. Will NEVER recommend this business.

Sergio from Affordable Pluming put in a new R.O. system under my kitchen sink. It works beautifully and the faucet has strong water pressure. Sergio is professional, very skilled in the area of plumbing, as well as a very kind and polite person!

Marty did a great job and answered all my questions about time & cost to replace toilet in the future when I only needed the wax ring replaced. Was in & out fast.

We are doing a master bath remodel and needed a plumber to reconfigure our two sink drains into one. I left messages with several plumbers on the east side as I live in Corona de Tucson. Angelo was the only one who called me back. He was able to schedule us a couple days out to fit my schedule. I loved the efficiency of interacting via text and him asking for pictures after we opened the wall so there were no surprises and wasted time. Rigo arrived early, was friendly, well prepared, and got straight to work. I thought he would merge the two somehow and there would be capped off lines, etc. What I got was complete removal of the previous connections, new pipe, boards moved and there is no evidence of the previous connections! Very professional work for a very good price and he was done in an hour and a half! I will be calling back when demo is complete to have him cap the tub drain, etc. I am so glad to have found Affordable Plumbing!
Update: After shower/tub demo, I called Affordable Plumbing back because of some hidden leak damage and to cap off the tub drain. Rigo came out and assessed the problem. We thought a lot more would need to be replaced, but Rigo pointed out the origin of the leak and replaced only what was necessary. He installed the new mixer valve we had bought and even added the connection for the additional spray bar that was going in. Nice and tidy for the tile guys… Very honest and fair price for all the work he did (chiseled thru concrete to expose the drain) Thank you again! I appreciate the consistent excellent service!

My assigned technician was feeling ill on the day of the appointment so the owner, Angelo, made arrangements to fit me in to his schedule that day. Great communication, super professional and knowledgeable, and an extremely clean and quick fix to my main drain line leak. The cost was extremely fair and the most competitive I could find. I will use Affordable Plumbing again if need and you should not hesitate to call them if needed...or you could waste your money and call those businesses that you hear all day on the radio or TV commercials (how do you think they can afford all those commercials - hint, it’s by over-charging you). Call Affordable Plumbing and Angelo - and save money!

Angelo (owner) and Rick who did plumbing work at our home turned a very disappointing experience into an awesome ending. We recently had new countertops installed and the contractor we choose neglected to recommend a plumber look at our changes once old tops were removed but before new was installed, 🤬 needless to say, old plumbing would not work with the tops and farm style sink, our only option was to come into the house by removing exterior brinks to get to pipes and relocate. Affordable Plumbing made sure the job was done right and extremely caring and professional. We highly recommend Affordable Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

This is the second time I have called Angelo, the owner, for service. The first time was to replace a leaking main water line between the street and the house. Great job for much less than others bids.

Last Friday, they came out to do work in our kitchen as part of a remodel. They installed faucets, drains, instant hot water heater, disposer, supply and drain lines,, dishwasher, and connected our gas oven for $500 which is what he estimated over the phone No surprises. Just quality service with a smile. I love telling my friends and neighbors about Affordable Plumbing.

This is an amendment to my original post. They came out promptly to look at my job. Unfortunately no estimate was provided even after I checked back. I felt ignored.

They did try and reach out after reading my original review, stating my text and voice mail didn't reach them and were adamant about this being a miscommunication. I give them three stars because he did try to follow-up and can't attest to work performed.

David came out, diagnosed the problem in a few minutes. Needed a new faucet. Our son-in-law installed it for us. We’ll call him if we ever need a plumber again.

Quality is what value, responsiveness and punctuality all are. A quick call and Angelo was at our house within a couple of hours for refrigerator water line repair. He was done in less than half hours time. Much appreciated by Jack Potter and Bill Hays!!!

We needed four different plumbing services: 1)installation of a water circulator; 2) installation of a Whole House APEC Salt Free Water softener; installation of kitchen faucet; removal of salt water softener. Angelo sent Serge to do the work. He is extraordinarily proficient, personable, caring, congenial, and even funny. The invoice for the work was most reasonable especially considering the length of time to do the work and its complexity. Angelo was very responsive and courteous. We will definitely request Serge and only Serge next time.

Amazing that I'm writing the first review for Affordable. They are definitely my go-to plumbing organization. It's a small company with people who really know what they're doing. The two experiences I've had with them in the last few years have been absolutely wonderful. Both times, I happened to get the company's owner, Angelo, who's very personable, a quick worker and the bill, as the name says, affordable. I rarely take time to write reviews on social media because I'm skeptical of some full-time reviewers, but these folks are the best. If you're in Tucson, give them a try. I think you'll be happy.

Outstanding customer service by Rigo. He was very patient and explained all options. So much respect for this company's honest and straightforward attitude. I would highly recommend.

I am so happy I found Affordable Plumbing. Ben came out last year to replace the water heater. Rick came out yesterday to repair a leaky shower faucet. Angelo is honest, professional and affordable. He does excellent work and is always fair. This is true only plumber I will ever call.

I needed a water softener installed; I got quotes from every plumber in town and they ranged from expensive to astronomical, with the notable exception of Affordable Plumbing, which truly lives up to its name!

Angelo was able to schedule the job for the very next day and it was complete in an incredibly short time, in spite of the job needing additional plumbing, which he handled with style and grace at a very reasonable price. Now everything is plumbed correctly and working great!

Angelo is a wizard at his craft, and a gentleman as well. Look no further for all of your plumbing needs!

I called and received same day service. Top notch work and they are extremely affordable. I will definitely tell everyone.

$150 for service call. He did not call before coming like we were told he would, I had stepped out for 30 minutes, my wife let him in but was busy, so I didn't get to be present as we had planned for.

He put a camera down the drain and showed my wife, and on a cell phone later to me, the build up on the sides. Explaining this was rust flaking from the sides. I was concerned about lint build up because this was a laundry drain. Truth is probably both.

Where I feel this was not good value: the only solution offered was an $800 dollar 4 hour chain grinding estimate. I rented a drill drain cleaner and solved the problem for $40 bucks and an hour of work with clean up. He had explained his concern of blocking/impacting the drain by just snaking the drain. This just doesnt figure out for me based on the small amount of material I pulled up and how quickly we cleared it.

I called these guys out to look at a water problem I was having in my backyard. They showed up exactly when they said they would and diagnosed the problem within just a few minutes! The tech that came to my house was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of his trade. I will definitely be using Affordable Plumbing for my future plumbing needs!

I will not comment on this person marco who runs this company, instead I will tell you to read his comments on all the people who have complained about his plumbing. He appears to be a nasty person, unless of course he has since deleted them.

I hired him for a big job which should have taken 3 days, instead it took 9. Before the job was finished I went and looked at the property and it looked as if a bomb went off in it. Plaster and waste everywhere. I was furious and wrote to him, and quickly it was cleaned up.

Eventually they finished. I hired another plumber who I would trust with my life to change a faucet and they told me there were old, non regulation parts in the plumbing which should have been fixed, and they were leaking. Marco offered to come and fix it, but after my experience with him I did not want him in any property in which I am involved. I had the problems fixed for a bit over two thousand dollars. I will not Ever hire affordable plumbing again and I hold them in disdain. You make your own decisions about who you want to hire, do the research and make your choices. And I suspect Marco will claim that I never hired him and that he doesn't know who I am, but ask yourself this. Why would I write this review out of thin air?
