I've used Professional Plumbing many times on my rental properties and have always had great service great results at a great price

Called and spoke with Michael who was not Very welcoming when he answered phone...Michael stated he would call me back in 30 minutes and send someone..30 minutes passed..and No one.. someone finally showed up..Jeremy was Great!!! He fixed our back up issues in hour...Thank you Jeremy!!

Really really unprofessional for it to be 8 PM at night and one of your drivers to be tailgating me in a 40 mph zone. Then when he gets around my car he starts to tailgate the car in front of him and swerves into my lane and almost hits my car (FYI my kids were in the car). The worst part of it all is when we get to the light and I look out the window he flips me off and I have it all on video! If this is how you allow people that work for your company to drive, I can't imagine the service they provide. Last place I will call and recommend for plumbing!

The exterior faucets in my old home were so corroded that they we useless. I took my chances cold calling and was very happy that Professional Plumbing had someone available within an hour. I was thankful for this availability because I had to shut the water off at the main when the valve slipped and would not shut the water off at the hose. The technician Steve was polite, professional and quickly addressed my need for new exterior faucets. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Fast response friendly service

I had this company come to unclog a toilet. The first guy, Steve, used an auger for 1 minute and declared it fixed for $170. Two days later, the toilet would not flush again. I asked them to come back via their 3 day guarantee and a more helpful and neater guy unclogged and flushed it about12 times but the clog was back the next day. I called and Steve came back again and spent less than a minute and dripped all over the floor unapologetically. Both guys insisted that its not an issue in the pipe or lateral. The clog was back the next day but I called another company.

Awesome service!! Tyler and Cesar were professional and courteous the whole time! Arrived at the scheduled appointment time, quick and efficient. Both were knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Both did not hesitate to go the extra mile in assisting with everything I needed for my recently purchased home. My apartment complex contracts with this company and when the woman in the unit below mine complained of a leak, this company was fast ,efficient, and courteous! Not only did the technician check in with us repeatedly throughout the process to make sure neither unit was being inconvenienced, but he was friendly and polite. Best part? When all the work was done he took the time to clean up his bootprints and other mess from the tub. When I purchase a home I will definitely be calling upon them for any plumbing needs.

Professional plumbing sewer and drain did an amazing job! From speaking to Michael on the phone, they were able to come on a Friday with in 2 hours of me calling them and help get my drains cleared up in a house that was built in the 50's. Every other place was going to have me be toilet less till Tuesday and was charging an arm and a leg just to show up to my unit. I believe Tony was who came first to help me out, super nice friendly guy. I could tell this company was a team because then Gauge came out to help him finish the job and together they did a great job. They were efficient and effective in clearing my drains and they cleaned up the mess after themselves and we're very reasonably priced. I didn't even have to call out of work to get the situation figured fixed. Would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again for other properties. Thanks again guys!

This is a very professional company. They came and gave a reasonable estimate for replacing our garbage disposal, then came back and did the work. The technician, Gilbert, was very courteous, answered all our questions, and gave us good tips for how to keep things working well in the future. I had an easy time scheduling with this company, both for the estimate and the repair work-- didn't need to leave a message. Someone actually answered the phones! I plan to use the company again for future plumbing needs.

Steve has been a wonderful, professional plumber in taking care of our sewer and drain cleaning issues. He explains all the issues, finds the best affordable solution, is efficient and extremely friendly. I highly recommend him.

Cesar and Joe did an OUTSTANDING job yesterday with a pipe that blew out under ground beneath my unit and flooded the whole place. I was promised the job would be done before the night was over. Promises made promises kept! Cesar and Joe are both hardworking, professional, and friendly. Their work is EXCELLENT and I would recommend them any day of the week!

Professional Plumbing removed a clog in my sewer line and charged me double what they quoted me it would cost. I was advised they needed to use a water system to remove the clog as the snake could not do the job. It thus cost me approximately $300 for the one hour the plumber was on my premises. That's a bit much. Having said that, they did open up the line.

I have had this company, and in particular one of the company's plumbers, James, for many remodeling and repair jobs. We have used them for over 10 years at a previous house and our most recent home. They are definitely professional. The staff come prompt, prepared, and knowledgable. Even when faced with challenging jobs, they use creativity and professionalism to fix the issue. I would highly recommend Professional Plumbing Sewer and Drain Company!

I've used Professional twice and was very impressed on both occasions. When we awoke to a flooded house one morning, they were very fast to respond to a leaking water heater and it was repaired within a couple hours, even though the tech had to leave the house to purchase a part. The second time I hired them was to diagnose and repair a pesky stench that had been plaguing our house for months. The tech systematically went through the area, which included a water heater, bathroom, and washer/dryer, eliminating potential sources of the stench until he found a leaking seal at the base of our toilet. He spent a good amount of time replacing the seal and refurbishing the poorly-flushing toilet. The smell is now gone and the toilet is working better than ever. The tech was very kind and clean and the price was reasonable.

The main worker was Rick. He was very good. The owner was something else. He comes on like a good guy, but shortly you will find he all about getting your money. I was told one price and then had to pay $400.00 more to get the job completed. Not what his web site promises. My re-gas plumbing cost was over $2,800.00. I called the owner. Terry a number of times after the job began and never got a return phone call. Poor customer service!!!!!

Very good company and professional, came in ,found leak and repaired it and most of all cleaned there mess, I hv had other company's but I will never use another company again unless its by professional plumbing ,love there honesty also i recommend them to everyone.

Don't even think about going to anyone else! These men are the kindest hardworking plumbers I've ever encountered.

Great same-day service!

I use Professional Plumbing frequently, and called and asked for Rick without them knowing who I was. As I guessed, there is no Rick working there. Rick has never visited my property. My experience with Tony, the owner of Professional Plumbing Sewer & Drain has been very much different from what niceguy says happened to him. I always get quotes from Tony or another Professional Plumbing plumber that are higher then what I am actually charged in the end. They never come back at me with the typical now that we are this far into the project, it is going to be another $500 or what one may call the up-charge

Here is a personal experience with plumbers. I like to keep businesses honest, so I periodically check prices. I got a quote from Tony at Professional Plumbing, then got a quote that was $500 dollars less from another plumbing company. I went with the lesser of the two, and ended up paying about $625 more dollars then I was quoted. As I said, with Professional Plumbing, they may quote me a project for $500, but I usually end up paying less then what was quoted. They seem to be honest when giving quotes so there are no surprises in the end.

I recently had a gas line installed that I was quoted $1800 to install in three days. When they started digging, the area was like concrete, and it took them five days to do the install. Professional Plumbing never came back to me saying they needed more money for the additional equipment or labor that it took to complete the project. They honored the quote that was given to me from the start.

Had issues with our home's plumbing, nothing was draining and everything was at a standstill. Professional Plumbing came out within a day of calling and they showed great customer service & workmanship. Their technician Tyler did a great job explaining what he was doing and gave tips for any future issues. Would use again!

These guys are honest and do not try to gouge you like other places do. They do the job and do it right the prices aren't low ball, but others low ball the price to get in the door and then they really stick it to you. Steve did my job and was the guy I'll ask for when I call them again. He went the extra mile to fix my clogged line and did a great job.

Professional plumbing sewer and Drain are simply awesome. I was able to secure an appointment for an emergency backed up sewer in a short notice. They made it in under 2 hours as promised. Technician Tyler was very professional, did his job and cleaned up after himself and they were cheap. I will recommend them to my family and friend and anyone who is looking for a timely /professional and reliable plumbing company.

Professional was one of the few plumbing businesses that would give an estimate on the phone. It pays to call around- some estimates were up to $150 higher than Professional's. The toilet I needed installed had gotten terrible online reviews from plumbers due to being extremely difficult to install. It took Joey an hour longer than usual to wrestle that sucker into place, but he did a great job and Professional honored their original estimate.

Joe, Jim, Cesar and Christina at Professional Plumbing are amazing. They are incredibly flexible and generous with their time, I couldn't thank them enough for the work they have done for me. I will recommend them to anyone I know just for the courtesy they give altogether.

Update: the company owner, Michelle, contacted me after reading the review below because she was very upset that one of their plumbers had changed the price on me. She said that the initial invoice clearly showed the (wrong and cheaper) price I had been expecting and that that was the price that should have been charged. She offered to refund the difference and apologized for the mistake. Her professionalism and concern for my satisfaction as a customer was commendable. As I stated below, the work itself was done well and was timely.

I was quoted one price on the phone and then given a different price AFTER the job was completed, along with an additional $20 fee that I had not been told about. The plumber said, I told him he was quoting you the wrong price when you were on the phone with him. Well, ok, but in that case you tell me BEFORE you start the work, preferably BEFORE I hang up the phone. I turned down a bid that was $40 cheaper (but turned out to be $90 cheaper in reality) because this company could come two hours earlier. I might have just waited for the cheaper company if I'd been given the right price. Very disappointed. To be fair, my sewer line got cleaned out quickly, without any problem, but the pricing seemed shady. Get the estimate in writing when they show up, if not before.

Very helpful. Called to fix leaking sink; there a delay because the sink was non standard, but he efficiently worked around the issue. Would definitely recommend.

There was an issue at my place of work. We were given a quote of under $500 but charged almost double. We were charged a truck fee even though we are located across the street. Less than 30 days later, the same issues came up and we were told they only guarantee their work for 20 days! So we were charged AGAIN for work that was done by them less than a month before. It has only been 30 days later, and AGAIN we have the same issues. We called another plumber who fixed their poor work and more, and charged us considerably less. As a Disabled Veterans organization, we aren't looking for hand-outs, but definitely did not expect to be taken advantage of.

We had a water line leak that was only discovered late Saturday afternoon. Mark came to our house within an hour of my call, correctly diagnosed the problem, and provided a quote for labor and parts. He returned on Sunday morning, as promised, and fixed the problem in just over two hours (as he had estimated). I was charged $60 extra for the weekend, but was pleased to not have to wait another day without water. Mark was very informative, friendly, and professional.

This company was recommended to us by a previous client, and now we know why! Our technician, Simon, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We were on day 2 with no working bathrooms due to a plugged main sewer line. He really went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of, and at a very fair price, about a 1/3 of what others quoted us for a weekend call. Thank you Simon!

When I called, I was pleased that they could send someone the same day. Gage arrived and promptly figured out what we were doing wrong. He fixed it, cleaned up, explained what he had done and made friends with my cat! I felt he was professional, honest and a friendly guy. I will call, and request Gage, the next time I need help.
